• Guillaume (10/5): - Proximité de la gare. Parking gratuit. Appartement spacieux et propre . Il est dommage que Booking n'intègre pas d'emblée le coût de la taxe locale dans le prix annoncé.

Kahve ikramını çok beğendik .Dalrenin metroya yakin olmasi Cok kolaylik oldu . Tek sevmedlglm sey evsahibinin check in saatini gectigimiz her Saat icin 10 euro istemesiydi .Ne fark var anlamadik.Kendisi zaten bizi karşılamadı şifre sistemi ile içeri girdik Check in saatini 1 saat ya da 3 saat geçmişim ne önemi var .Ayrıca check out yaparkende sadece valizlerimizi 2 saat fazladan bırakmak için yine kişi başı 5 Euro istedi

• Johanna (9/5): Very nice apartment, clean, light and spacious - Very clean and spacious apartment, well equipped for our family of 5 people. Great communication with Giorgia who has been very helpful and available at all times; thank you! The location is a bit far from the city centre (but we were well aware of this when we booked), make sure to plan ahead for a stress-free day of outing in the city centre (about 45-50 mins away from the Trevi fountain, for example) by bus, which weren't too far away from the apartment. Nothing, really, everything was great 👍

• Labinot (8/5): Great place - Property was very good and close to central of Rome. Some good local restaurants ( not touristy ones ) and coffee shops in the area. Very friendly and helpful host. Nothing
• Radim (9/5): Superb - Privacy, cleanliness, owner's attitude, train station easily reachable. Further from the center, quite dirty neighborhood (obviously not owenr's fault).

Good value for the money - + Good apartment for 3 couples + Good kitchen with almost everything we need + 7-10 minutes to metro, bus and train station. Easy to travel to any place + You can easily travel to Coliseum from the near metro station. It takes around 15-20 mins + Not far from Lidl and other markets. Macdonald and Burger King are near. + Many towels for each person (3 sizes) + Modern apartment + Host was agree for earlier check in + Easy access from airport by train, 8 euro In the photos you can see how easily to access the apartment. Travel on google Maps to see neighbors areas. Photos from booking.com are matching the reality We were happy with the apartment. I guess for some people the noise from the main street could be a problem. We managed rooms in the next way: people with lite sleep to use the room with windows which were looking inside the backyard. And everybody was happy :)
• Simon (10/5): Perfection! 🤩 - Our family fell in love with Rome, and with this beautiful apartment! ❤️ Such a thoughtfully decorated and practical space with everything we needed and more. A wonderful host who was very understanding after our flight was delayed, and with shops less than a minute away, it made for a perfect stay. The standard has been set very high for the rest of our trip!
