- Denise (10/5): Serafina - Excellent accommodation. Very clean and well presented. Lovely host.
- Robert (10/5): The biker friendly Serafina Lodge is a little oasis. - The great communication, detailed instructions and the warm welcome. The Serafina lodge is spotlessly clean, modern, beautifully decorated and very spacious. With all the little extra touches it was the perfect end to my short break. The covered parking under the lodge for my motorbike and the veranda were a real bonus for me. N/A.
- Duncan (10/5): - A beautiful little lodge with some amazing facilities and set in an incredible location. The host was amazing and waited until we arrived (10.30pm) to make sure we had everything we needed, even putting the heating on, just to take the chill out. The little touches (breakfast bits, shower bits etc.) made such a difference, as does the sheltered parking. The Lodge slept 4 people, very comfortably and is an amazing place to use as a base to explore the wider area. My only disappointment, and this was down to ourselves, was we didn't get a chance to use the pool or garden facilities.
- Toni (10/5): Highly recommend a visit 😀 - The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Couple who run the business were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Great value for money compared to similar properties.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet at night.
Facilities like Wi-Fi and breakfast met expectations. Only 2 people run taxi services in the area which can make getting in and out of town difficult but the hosts are very accommodating and if around, happy to drop you off and collect you.
If going to use taxi service please allow atleast 1hr30mins to be collected or dropped off.
- David (10/5): A spotless well equipped accommodation for both myself and wife. Everything u can think of was on h - Everything- a little gem of a place Nothing
- vincent (10/5): Great stay -

- Matilda (8/5): beautiful and definitely will be returning - Travelled for a birthday and we loved the area, and it's lovely to stay in the area.Hosts were super nice and if needed to ask questions they were down the line. Breakfast was also included (like a little snack bar) N/A

We were only booked in for one night but could have happily stayed longer. Nothing.
- Mark (10/5): -
- Emily (10/5): Lovely stay - The property was beautiful, well kept and breakfast items and toiletries left was a big bonus. A lovely spot that was quite just what we wanted. Nothing to dislike, only minor thing the mattress was too firm.

- Crossan (10/5): Amazing Accommodation & Amazing Host - We arrived in the evening, the host heard us and immediately came out to say hello and show us to our accommodation where the keys were already waiting in the door. Susan was so warm and friendly and talked us through everything. She even provided milk and tea bags etc, also a lovely grab and go breakfast box which was super helpful for our early start the next day. We wanted to go for some dinner but taxi's are few and far between, Susan offered to drop us off in town so we could dine and then pick us up when we were done, which was amazing. Its a shame we only had 1 evening and we will def come back at some point. Susan is a fantastic host and genuinely lovely person.
- Julia (10/5): Fabulous property, location and a great host. - Small, but perfectly formed. Very comfortable, really well thought out, stylish. Spotlessly clean. Amazing location, incredible views and only an 8 minute drive from Leominster. Steps up to the lodge are quite steep. A battery operated touch lamp at the bedside of the sofa bed would be the icing on the cake.

Had fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea. The bed was super luxurious and very clean. Beautiful balcony, view, garden. Highly recommended N/A
- Wayne (10/5): A cosy, relaxing retreat. - We enjoyed our one night's stay at Serafina Lodge. We found it very comfortable, cosy & clean. We also appreciated the quietness. It's in a great location for Leominster and Hereford. Highly recommend. Nothing to dislike.
- Cecil (10/5): Great spot, lovely hosts. We'll come for longer next time and get some walking in. - It was a lovely place. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with local tips, a running guide and even a taxi service to a wedding. The ceiling sloped in a little so we both hit our heads (until we learned)!
- david (10/5): -

- Mark (10/5): Fabulous! Great location, lovely host- would stay again -
- Huxley (9/5): Relaxing stay in peaceful location - The lodge is very comfortable, and in a very quiet location. On site parking (covered) is also a bonus. Well equipped kitchen, with a fridge and freezer, and a cooker. The host also leaves a breakfast basket, and fresh milk and butter.
Comfortable bed, with a small terrace off the bedroom overlooking the garden.
Host Susan is very friendly and helpful.

- Vernon (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice setting and a great host will definitely stay again 😀
- Molly-jane (9/5): Virtually immaculate! - Amazing stay, only downside for us was how warm it was overnight - a fan perhaps would’ve been awesome but everything else was perfect.
Host was brilliant, amazing service plus brilliant having direct access to a taxi service for a wedding we attended! Thank you very much, we enjoyed ourselves very much so. Very warm through the night, even with windows open. Fan would’ve been amazing. But otherwise all amazing.
- Florin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacque (10/5): Perfect - Lovely location , peaceful and lovely host
- Blackwell (7/5): Plenty to see and do exploring the Herefordshire countryside and a comfortable stay - The property was in an excellent location being close to Leominster and Hereford and many National Trust properties, sights of interest were all within a short driving distance. It was well equipped and comfortable and stocked with some provisions. There were good public transport connections to Hereford and Leominster by bus (the drivers are very helpful and amenable) and there's also a train service from Leominster. We were under the impression that breakfast would be provided but the provisions were quite limited and not what we would normally expect from a B&B. Fortunately we had taken extra supplies just in case. It would have been helpful to have had more information on getting around on public transport as it was possible to manage without the car to reach Hereford, Leominster and places in between .
- Katrina (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): super cosy and comfortable - Super comfortable and cosy.

- Richard (10/5): Fantastic, loved the lodge and setting. Will gladly stay here again if the location ties in. - Fabulous one night stay here. Susan was very welcoming and a great host. Lovely comfortable lodge in a quiet location. Breakfast essentials provided was a nice surprise and fresh milk in the fridge too to go with the tea and coffee also provided. A single bed was made up in the bedroom for our 4yo to sleep in which was perfect.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (10/5): A lot of accomodation for your money, everything you needed and more! Excellent location. - A lot of accomodation for your money, everything you needed and more - butter, fresh milk, breakfast items, snacks, freezer and ice, shower gel and shampoo. All unexpected! Bed a little too firm for our liking and fitted blackout blinds & curtain would help light sensitive sleepers (but that's more of a me problem!)
- Pawel (10/5): Fantastic place, can't recommend it enough. - Everything Could not stay any longer 😟
- Will (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (10/5): Very good. Most enjoyable - Friendly host. Nice idyllic location and a smart, modern lodge with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Some nice sweet treats and milk in the fridge was a nice touch
- Victoria (10/5): Really lovely property and location :) Thank you - Very clean and cosy. Lovely little touches: breakfast basket, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel.
Will definitely stay again. Location is stunning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
- Sally (9/5): Superb - Ease of communication with host from the outset. Very tranquil location, but incredibly close to Leominster centre. Really thoughtful additions like milk, tea etc and some breakfast items. Sofa bed is very comfortable. Deluxe windows in living room and bedroom allowed for star gazing! Very clean throughout and apartment had everything we needed.
- Fury (8/5): Very good - Very Cosy, pleasant decoration.
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Serafina Lodge is a really lovely accommodation. I was met & welcomed by the owner who had already put the heating on to make it nice & toasty. There was a pint of milk in the fridge and some breakfast bits to help yourself too in the morning. A really clean, cosy and comfortable place in beautiful surroundings. Purely nit picking - the fridge was too cold (the milk was frozen in the morning - I just had to use a tea spoon to get it out into my tea) and I couldn't work out how to turn the volume up on the TV, but I think that's more of a me and my technological skills problem!
- Dann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruce (10/5): Exceptional -
- Traveller (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous place - real home from home and wish we'd had booked more than 2 nights!
- Calum (10/5): Fantastic, would stay again. - Quiet area very cosy accommodation, excellent hospitality.
Little extra bits like cereal, waffles and a list of recommended places to visit.
- Jake (8/5): Very good -
- Berge (9/5): Superb - Excellent accommodation. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Nothing. I would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nick (10/5): Great place, really cosy and very clean. -
- Suzanne (10/5): Charming lodge very quiet but close to main road - It was clean, warm and spacious The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have milk and breakfast provisions included
The towels were thick and fluffy too The outdoor staircase was not very well lit
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, lovely setting and views. Some lovely breakfast bits too!
- Meriel (8/5): Lovely bolt hole just outside Leominster - The perfect location for us as we were attending a dinner very close by. The accommodation is lovely and it felt very welcoming. Lots of little touches. I can see it would be a great place for an extended stay. The hostess was friendly and kind. Unfortunately the bathroom sink plug was stuck down, with a repair scheduled the day after our stay. So teeth brushing in the kitchen sink. I had a sleepless night as the mattress was much too firm for me and didn't quite fit the base making it uneven in places. I just can't cope with a hard bed with aging joints!
- Denise (7/5): Good - Nice and cosy Hard bed and pillows
- Tom (10/5): Lovely - Lovely location, great living space with everything you need even a little welcome chocolate on the bed😊 and so peaceful.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Douglas (7/5): Useful overnight stop - The lodge was well equipped and fitted and largely comfortable. Heating worked brilliantly and Sally had thoughtfully left us some milk. The breakfast items were all pre-packed, processed foods. Nearly all very sugary and not very nutritious. We had missed Sally's directions email and as a result relied on sat-nav which took us 4 or 5 miles along very narrow windy roads. Make sure to follow Sally's instructions. Whilst the conversion of what presumably had been the roof space of an old barn had been very well done, it had sloping ceilings which extended close to the floor. This resulted in us (quite small people) banging our heads a number of times.
- Josie (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Beautiful setting. Well equipped. Thoughtfully presented. - Everything! N/A
- Michael (9/5): Excellent value for money - Location and hospitality Just an observation about having a couple of table lamps, instead of having main spot lights on all the time
- Tim (8/5): Lovely rural setting - Lovely property. Very rural location off the beaten track. . The host phoned to warn of difficulty getting to the property because of roads closed due to flooding. We were unlucky because there was a lot of local flooding with roads closed so access to nearby Leominster was very difficult. No pubs, shops nearby
- Andrew (9/5): Good enjoyable break - Clean quiet good access Small problem with television
- Miriam (9/5): Superb - self contained and comfy the rain
- Heathfield (10/5): Exceptional -
