Only down side is there is only air conditioning in the lounge room (there is fans in the bedrooms). We arrived on an extremely hot day, around 40 degrees, and the unit struggled to cool down with the single unit.

• Adam (10/5): 2 day quick break to Horsham - Modern and clean. Bed was comfortable as was the furniture. Garage was big enough for a trailer as well as a car, great location. No fault of the owners, but we could hear some hooks in the area on Friday night that started to become a bit painful as they were doing burnouts for a prolonged length if time, but otherwise it was pretty quiet.
• Mark (8/5): Very good comfortable nice set up. - The unit had everything needed even some extra essential items for cooking. All plates and pots pans etc. Nice rooming apartment great TV set up. Good sleeping beds and showers Little noisy being the front property on the main road from traffic. But I normally travel with ear plugs so slept well.

Walking distance to where we needed to be for an event. More road nosy than we are used to being at the front. But nothing to terrible or that ear plugs can't fix

• Elizabeth (10/5): Last minute find that pleasantly surprised us! - Very pleased to secure the accommodation late yet be able to check in the same day I booked. Other accommodation in fire zone so had to change. Loved the location, space, secure parking and access to amenities. Something the local council needs to deal with, noise from drunk revellers Christmas Eve ie 2am, and deposit on footpath outside the next day.

Being close to where I needed to be and the shops and playgrounds. It had everything we needed and more. The neighbours playing loud music but you can’t choose your neighbours!

Location was fantastic and loved that we could walk across to the supermarket.Q We found that there were a number of dirty cups in the cupboard (which we cleaned) and the BBQ was not able to be lit without a lighter and very dirty.

• Sheri (9/5): Superb - We arrived on a cold winters afternoon to a beautifully warm house, thankyou so much for having the heater on, AMAZING. Plenty of room for us all, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On a rainy day we watched a bit of TV and relaxed. Then the neighbours over the fence started playing loud music and we couldn't even hear the TV. Lasted about an hour. Also no cloth provided to wipe benches, sink, etc so had to use a tea towel.

No air con in the bedroom, was a 39-degree day, unfortunately. Road noise of the non-stop trucks going past, double glazing would be very helpful for the master bedroom.

• Tomas (10/5): Clean, comfortable and warm. - Comfortable couch. Heated blanket. Appliances were great and all the cutlery and utensils were clean and available. Didn't really have anything to point out, honestly.

Plenty of space for our family, and we slept the best we have ever done! Lighting at night was too bright, would be great to have a floor lamp in the lounge room with a warm white globe to help getting ready for sleep, especially with young kids.

From the various board games, to the laundry facilities, everything was well thought out and placed in this unit. Modern facilities including a Webber bbq and outdoor setting. Wonderful property. • Sandra (10/5): Spacious and secure accommodation with modern amenities in a convenient location - Very spacious accommodation which was good for 4 guests. There were 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Modern and clean. Lock up garage with remote for the car. Handy location with supermarket practically across the road. Easy self-check in. If staying in front unit, it may be difficult to get good night's sleep in the front bedroom due to sounds of people yelling as they walk along the main street til the early hours of the morning (there is a skate park nearby). That was Saturday night but Sunday night was quieter. Recommend sleeping in one of the rear bedrooms if staying on a Friday/Saturday night or school holiday period, if noise interupts your sleep. Would be good if a box of tissues, dishwashing brush/sponge and more coathangers were provided.
