• Rodrigo (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment was well located, clean and tidy, the furniture and beds were of high quality and there was a television in both bedrooms. The kitchen was relatively new! The owner was very friendly and concerned about our stay.
• Daniela (10/5): Empfehlenswert! - Als wir ankamen schickte ich via Booking eine Nachricht, dass wir vor der Tür stehen und angekommen sind. Keine 5 Minuten später wurden wir sehr nett in Empfang genommen und in die Wohnung begleitet. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vorhanden war auch Salz, Mülltüten, Geschirrspûlmittel, Toilettenpapierrollen, so dass dies nicht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt extra eingekauft werden mussten. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und wären gerne länger geblieben. Sogar eine Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmer war vorhanden. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe mussten die Personalausweise vorgelegt werden und eine Gebühr von 54€ in bar bezahlt werden. Kontakt war per WhatsApp schnell und unkompliziert. Vor der Tür gab es gute Busverbindungen, so dass wir sehr schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen konnten. Unweit gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und idyllisch mit dem Balkonblick in den Innenhof gerichtet und trotzdem gut verbunden mit der Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft wäre wieder die erste Wahl für den nächsten Rom Aufenthalt. Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Einen großen Supermarkt hätten wir uns gewünscht, aber es gab alles in der Nähe einzukaufen.

• Calina (8/5): Nice place - The location was perfect for the purpose of our presence in Rome I had problems with the air conditioning and the hot water in the shower, which cannot be set to a fixed temperature, it varies. On the first evening and in the morning we had no hot water at all because the installation was not turned on. The air conditioning broke down because it was running optimally at 20 degrees and we were not informed about it. The owners worked quickly to remedy the deficiencies. They turned on the hot water installation, but there was still the problem of the fluctuation: too hot or too cold. The air conditioning could only be used up to 20 degrees, which I understand, but it is desirable to communicate from the start.
