• Siddharth (5/5): Not a very great place to stay - Property Location The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and torn. The staff didn’t deliver the suitcase till the time we called the reception in the evening to deliver it. We requested them for an early check in for 1 hour, for which the receptionist told that we have to pay ₹500 extra for it. Not very justifiable ask for 1 hour. Also the receptionist told that it’s how the rules are.

• Prem Chandran (1/5): My experience - Nothing to like there. Booking thru booking.com is not worth as size of the room shown is very small and uncomfortable. Deluxe rooms are basically called there ordinary one. We struggled a lot even paying higher amount. Should mention catagory of the room while booking. No own restaurant. Breakfast included but to a third party's mercy that too away from the hotel. No choice for the Guest. Need to develop.

• iamsandeepk (9/5): The best I would say in thrissur - The location is just next to the center of the city , rich next to the round . The room were clean and maintained Some staff opened the room while I was in the room , when I informed about the same to the hotel reception they told me that no one else has the access to the keys and it won't happen. I wasn't complaining but it's a concern while my belongings are there in the room

• Swathy (1/5): Will never recommend this hotel - Nothing The ac was not at all maintained ,water was dripping and bed was just below. we had requested to check it but they didn't even care , even though one of my friends had booked other room when they came the management told there is no room available. And they charged extra 500 rupees for just 30 mins early checkin .will never recommend such a hotel. A total waste of money

• Sreerag (5/5): Small room without a window/ ventilation in a great location. - Location is really good. Right at the heart of the city Rooms and bathroom had barely any space to move, let alone stand. There is no window or ventilation in the room just a curtain which opens to a wall.
