• Noam (10/5): Exceptional Stay! - This place is absolutely wonderful! The host was responsive from the moment I booked it and sent very clear check-in instructions. The place was clean, bright and well designed and the stay was very enjoyable. The location is perfect, with everything (cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, landmarks, museums) 3-20 minutes away, located in a quiet and safe street . Overall very pleased :) I wish there had been a safe for precious items, as this is a renovated apartment that is well-thought-of.

• ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ (6/5): Beautiful and spotless apartment in a great location, but not Fully Stroller-Friendly - The apartment was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. The bed was very comfortable, the temperature inside was perfect, and the space itself is beautifully designed and very well maintained. We also requested a crib for our 7-month-old baby, which was provided free of charge. It was brand new and very clean, which we really appreciated. The kitchen utensils, such as the kettle and the pots, were not in good enough condition for me to feel comfortable using them to prepare baby food. Additionally, although there is an elevator, getting around with a stroller was very difficult. To reach the third floor, we had to go up one floor by stairs, take the elevator to the fourth floor, and then go down the stairs again to the third. This was extremely exhausting. Anyone traveling with a wheelchair would likely find the apartment inaccessible.

• Lovro (10/5): - Everything is amazing. I warmly recommend it for your stay in Zagreb. It's one of the best accommodations in the center of Zagreb. You cannot have a tourist apartment where you have numerous plates, all basic cutlery and even some more, and even have 2 wine glasses, but you don't have a cork screw (wine bottle opener). That's the situation in two of your different apartments. Fix this. However, that's literally the only minus, everything else is 10/10 and this is one of the best apartments in Zagreb.

• Lovro (10/5): - In the central location, the apartment is up to date with interior design, the bed is good, the bathroom is good. Everything is new and well maintained. It's in an old building, but it doesn't feel like it in the apartment. It has both air-conditioning and heat radiators, so during colder parts of the year it's perfect for cozy stay. It's close to everything - main square, cathedral etc. by foot. Numerous tram lines are passing by on different tram stops around the apartment, so you can easily access all parts of the town from there. Parking is on the curb, but expensive. You have 2 a bit cheaper public garages (Zagrebparking, owned by the city) nearby, 5 minutes walk to each, where you can leave your car the whole day or night. You have more expensive garage 1 minute from there (Importanne Galleria).

• ELENI (10/5): Cozy and practical! Perfect! - Very nice comfy apartment in a nice area very near the center and tram stations. The bed was very very comfy. We appreciated the room was warm when we entered and directions for everything was very good and clear. It had a very nice blow dryer for the hair and the bathroom was very practical and always warm water available! The kitchen had everything we might need to cook and also some extra coffee in hand which was perfect. The landlord very friendly and we had perfect communication for everything we might needed Everything was perfect more or less , it might needed a more detailed cleaning to some places like the top of the headboard had a little bit more dust or some glasses in the pantry but not nothing tragic or bothering the staying, in general it was clean!!:)

• meher (9/5): Highly recommend to anyone travelling looking for an apartment in the centre of Zagreb! - Location was amazing only a 10 minute walk to the main square and lots of cafes, shops around the apartment. Very clean, has everything you would need! There was no a/c in the bedroom which was a little challenging as the weather was around 28 degrees when I went :)

• NATHALIE (10/5): sollte ich nach Zagreb zurückkommen, würde ich gerne diese Wohnung noch einmal buchen. - Ich würde etwas empfehlen: An der Tür steht ein Plakart "Please close the door behind you". Einige Personen ziehen die Tür auf, ohne den Schlüssel zu benutzen und es macht viel Krach! Oder sie schließen die Tür überhaupt nicht, weil diese ohne Schlüssel ziemlich schwer ist. Daher mein Vorschlag: das Plakat ergänzen "Please close the door behind you by using your key"!

• Matteo (9/5): Buona posizione e appartamento ristrutturato bene - Struttura in una posizione super comoda, molto vicina al centro ma in una zona più tranquilla e meno caotica. La struttura ha tutto, cucina molto carina, bagno ristrutturato bene, spazi generosi per letto e tavolino sempre molto comodo. Riscaldamento molto ben funzionante e acqua sempre calda. Letto da 140 un po' piccolo, si poteva mettere un letto anche leggermente più grande, ma in generale non scomodo. A differenza dei cuscini che hanno la tenuta di un batuffolo di cotone e assolutamente non comodi. Pulizia migliorabile.

• Judy (10/5): Good value and close to bus station - Good value, very clean - felt like it has recently been remodeled and a bit sparse but this was just a quick overnight stay, walking distance to the bus station There was no staff present, and and we didn’t realize that. Our flight was delayed and we were already arriving late so worried about access. (That said, all directions sent were helpful!) Kitchen was adequate but we didn’t have time to take advantage of it.

Disponibilità dello staff a tenere i bagagli dopo il check out, anche se per poche ore (fintanto che il personale delle pulizie si trova in loco in mattinata) Nonostante ci sia l’ascensore, ci sono comunque un paio di rampe di scale da dover fare e potrebbe essere scomodo per chi ha bagagli pesanti. Non andava il terno arredo in bagno

• Josef (8/5): - Schönes, ruhiges Apartment (zum Innenhof Nr.5) in sehr naher Innenstadtlage. Die bebilderte Beschreibung zum Apartment war sehr hilfreich und verständlich. Trotz 7Grad Außentemperatur und nur 17 Grad Zimmertemperatur war die Zentralheizung nicht in Betrieb. Die AC macht mehr Lärm als warm und das Badezimmer bleibt kalt. Den pre-ckecke-in haben wir wunschgemäss 3 Wochen zuvor gemacht und dann kam noch zweimal eine Aufforderung. Sonst hätten wir eine Bewertung von 10 gegeben.

• Martin (9/5): Nice clean roomy apartment in a excellent location! - Very good location in lower town area nice and quiet. However most restaurants / bars historical sites are in the upper town but only a 10 minute walk. Easy 15 minute walk from the bus station. Some convenient shops not far away. We were able to get an early check in which was appreciated after a very long flight. Just a comment- there are some stairs to climb as you enter, but a lift is on the 1st floor. The building needs a sensor light as you enter and on the apartment floor, very dangerous when you come back at home, there appeared to be a witch but hard to find.

• Leesa (8/5): - It had a really comfortable bed & we liked the location, an easy walk to the old town but a nice quiet area. Cafes, restaurants & a supermarket all close by. It was in a lovely building & the host communicated well, with photos provided to make accessing the entry easy enough. There were 2 large TV's, one in the bedroom & one in the living area. No toaster or mirror (other than above the bathroom sink, which isn't really suitable for much besides your face). Shower wasn't a great design, the taps are in the way when using it.

Por ponerle un pero, le falta una plancha para la ropa.

• Celia (6/5): Muy sucio - Muy buena localización, cerca de todo. El apartamento estaba muy sucio, había polvo y pelusas por todas partes. El plato de la ducha muy sucio también. Daba la sensación de que solamente habían cambiado sábanas y toallas, poca limpieza.
