- Irina Notarius (10/5): - Отличное расположение апартаментов, всё как в описании, соотношение цены и качества услуг. Смутила газовая плита, от которой исходил запах газа, старались вообще не использовать её, возможно лучше её заменить на электрическую.

Shower was very very dirty, water pressure very low,there were no hot water, even if you try to heat water(water heating didn't worked)Basicly apartment is with no normal shower doring the winter months.Fridge was full of food leftovers.The whole building is old and scary, everybody smokes in stairway.
- Alena (9/5): Good location - Apartment was good size, with two little balconies, there was everything you need for stay. Location was very good. Only 30 min walk to Nissi beach and 5 min walk to party street. Building is little bit old. It would need some renovation. Every night it was very loud outside so make sure you are bringing earplugs with you

Very good location in just 5 minutes away from the central square of Agia Napa but very quiet and with a nice view. Very friendly owner. We spent our holidays perfectly and definitely will come again 🤗
