• Ronald (8/5): Een geweldige accomodatie. Klein maar fijn! Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. - Een volledig ingerichte en sfeevolle accomodatie op een relatief beperkt oppervlak. Perfect om in een paar dagen de omgeving te verkennen. De host heeft een handig boekje klaarliggen met tips over de omgeving en restaurants. De wastafel was aan de kleine kant.

• Victoria (10/5): Wonderful Place to Stay 10/10 - We stayed here for a couple of night on the way up to Nairn. It was a lovely place to stay with the dog. Everything was wonderful here. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
• Hannah (10/5): - Great stay. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook a meal. Instructions to find the property were very helpful. Easy to check-in/out. I'd forgotten to bring my own decaf tea but luckily there was some in the cupboards, thanks :) TV brackets could use a look at (bit wobbly) but that's a very minor issue

• Naomi (9/5): - Very quiet area, modern furnishings, lovely welcome pack including freshly made cookies! Good selection of different shampoos and soaps. Plenty blankets for the cold winter weather. The heaters in the main room worked really well and it was easy to change the temperature on them. Loved that there was a coffee machine and a selection of coffee pods too! The shower was much smaller than expected, we are both tall and I'm not skinny 😅 it was difficult to move in it, hard to wash feet etc bashed my elbows / head / back. Smaller people will be fine 😉 Took a long time for bathroom to heat up, so it stayed very damp in there from our showers.

• Karen (10/5): We did well to choose this studio apartment 😊 - The studio apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.Communication was great and check in very easy. So easy to get into Perth by car or bus ( bus stop 1min down the road and 20 mins into Perth) Not one thing we didn't like.
• LOUISE (10/5): Exquisite & charming - Superbly efficient, and professional hosting. Pleasung extras in kitchen, and very Welcoming extras including Visitors pack. So often overlooked, but much appreciated, Dog savvy & friendly. Stanley Mills Riverside is excellent dog walk nearby Generous with pillows but no *ploompf* / hold. Only a very minor disappointment & had brought x1 from home so just ne.

I felt very comfortable; the kind and generous hosts are on-site, friendly, and supportive. Little Rosslyn is in a stunning location in Perthshire, minutes away from amazing walks, historic sites, and museums.

• william (9/5): Lovely quiet peaceful place to stay, just what we needed after Edinburgh! - Great little place to stay, I'd came from 3 nights in a big Edinburgh hotel so this was quiet heaven! Lovely little village also. Great we could take the wee dog to. Nothing really, wet weather made the entrance a bit dirty with the dog but that's it, I hope it cleaned up ok!

It was a fantastic location for our day trips, only around 30 minutes from all areas we visited. The host was very kind, gave clear directions and put lots of effort into making our stay easy and enjoyable. We also loved all the local recommendations.

• Jean Mac (10/5): Studio sumptuousness! - Great location being far enough outside the city of Perth but in a more rural location. Our host Emma was friendly and had prepared the place well. Loved the two night stop so our intrepid cyclist. Had everything needed for the two of us. Great to be able to cook for ourselves after a lot of corporately produced food. Did a load of hand washing which dried on the line which helps our next weeks stayovers. We were given clear instructions how to find the place by satnav as not obvious. Feel well chilled from our short stay and we were able to buzz into Perth easily for a quick shop and spent an excellent afternoon in the Palace of Scone- well worth a visit folks and only down the road! The drip from the shower was grating but only heard when actually in the en-suite area.Everything else fine.

• Karen (9/5): Brilliantly located for Scottish Game Fair - Ideally located for the Scottish Game Fair. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Other than the minor point mentioned about the shower cubicle, this property was very clean. Shower rubbers, fittings and tiles ready for a deeper clean. Fridge with freezer compartment would be good if ever needs to be replaced.

• Rowel (10/5): Impressed from the get go - You know this is going to be a cozy place to stay when there are home made cookies waiting for you on your arrival. There was even a small bottle of milk in the fridge to accompany it. The studio was immaculate and was away from any sound of traffic or bustle, which fit in well with the natural surroundings of the area. Emma was an extremely considerate host. The studio was our home for a few nights but always ensured she was there if anything was needed. There should have been more home made cookies, as they were absolutely delicious after a long journey!

The shower is a little weak but not a deal breaker. We would highly recommend this for stopovers. Already sent on the details to our family and friends.

• Anna (7/5): Clean, poor views. - It was clean and cared for. Cosy. No comfortable chair to sit on. Lots of windows- felt like you had no privacy. Location felt like it was the garage on the property. Views consisted of fence.

• Angus (10/5): Superb compact studio - ideal for our one-night stopover. - Absolutely fabulous accommodation - compact, but has everything needed. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Nicely situated in the village, easily found and 2 minutes walk from the friendly local pub, where you can get meals as well as drink. A useful information pack was also appreciated. Nothing to complain about whatsoever.

I’d usually wash all the dishes/cutlery before using it at air B&B /hotel but not here . Whole place just felt so clean and beautiful. Everything was so new, fresh , owner was lovely, only 10 min drive to dunkeld , homemade filled cookies on arrival and even dog friendly . What more could u want after a busy day of walking and exploring x There was nothing I’d change.

Restaurants and markets nearby, within walking distance. It is a 10-minute drive from Perth and close to attractions such as Scone Palace and Queen’s View. Emma &. Neil are perfect hosts. Nothing at all!

The property was spotless, and is really nicely decorated. Lovely and quiet location, with good access to Perth and the surrounding area. Emma and Neil were excellent hosts and went out of their way to help us. They even left some delicious homemade cookies on the table for our arrival! Our stay was perfect and we hope to return one day.

• Philippe (10/5): A very pleasant stay. - The newly refurbished studio really did have all the comfort and equipment for the few days we spent around Perth. Located close to us, our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful: they were invaluable when we had a problem with a rental car. We also really liked the location of the studio, which was very convenient for travelling north to the Cairngorns National Park. A door handle in the bathroom needed readjusting, and the shower hose was a little worn. But nothing too serious.
• Max (10/5): Lovely Stay - Great little spot, quiet, private and easy parking. All facilities are excellent, was nice to have an oven while away from home! Emma and Neil are a lovely couple, cookies were a nice touch! Looking forward to more stays here
