• Carolin (10/5): Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage - Hier bekommt man eine tolle, neue Wohnung in ruhiger Lage! Der Checkin verlief unkompliziert und selbständig. Was ich mit Google Translate nicht verstanden hatte: Um die Schranke zum Parkplatz zu öffnen, muss man tatsächlich ein Wort per SMS verschicken, das einem vorher zugesandt wird. Das war mir völlig unbekannt und dank Übersetzungsproblem etwas unklar. Der Vermieter schrieb mir aber schnell zurück und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ich hatte eine gute Nacht hier. Ein Duschvorhang wäre super, sonst steht das Bad unter Wasser. Leider wurde auf dem Balkon hinter Glas wohl kurz zuvor geraucht, lüften im Schlafzimmer war damit unmöglich

• Evelina (6/5): I definitely would not return. - I chose this apartment mainly for its location. I liked the bed because it was very large and comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I was disappointed with my stay as the apartment felt very empty and unwelcoming. Despite being a large space, the lack of decorative objects or a carpet made it feel cold. The walls were covered in various marks and a large, visible crack. While the kitchen appeared beautiful at first glance, it was not properly cleaned; there was no hot water, and the table was covered in marks — at the very least, a tablecloth should have been provided to cover them. Another frustrating issue was the Wi-Fi; I couldn't connect properly as it only worked once, and even then, the connection was very poor and I couldn't connect properly afterwards. I ended up having to stay on my own mobile hotspot for the duration of the trip. In the bathroom, the extractor fan was filthy and produced a terrible smell. Because the light and the fan are on the same switch, I had to bathe in semi-darkness just to avoid that odor. Furthermore, the bathroom towels had a sour smell, as if they had been left to dry in a closed, damp space. Finally, the balcony furniture and broken shutters made the bedroom feel suffocating. The TV cable was stretched to its absolute maximum; it looked like it could snap at any moment, which was visually stressful to look at. I will definitely not be returning.

• ynt2012 (8/5): Foarte bine - Apartament tip studio cu o zona destul de spatioasa la intrare in care este bucataria/livingul -dormitorul este separat prin usa. Incalzire de la centrala proprie, in bucatarie este frigider+congelator si aragaz pe gaze cu cuptor Este la parter inalt cu balcon mare si dispune de loc de parcare rezervat. Acces cu bariera care se deschide prin SMS Amplasat in zona linistita si sigura. Mi-a placut oglinda de la baie cu lumina integrata ,dezaburire si control tactil Nu exista posibilitatea de a face o cafea (fara ibric sau aparat cafea) Nu exista apa calda la bucatarie, am folosit singura oala pt a incalzi apa pt a spala pahare/ cesti (si pt a face cafea) Noi am petrecut foarte putin timp in apartament, am fost plecati aproape toata ziua si nu a fost nevoie sa gatim/ inclazim mancare. Cine isi propune asta trebuie sa stie ca nu se poate, deoarece exista o singura oala, o tava de cuptor si cateva seturi de tacamuri - fara cratita, tigae, ibric, sau ustensile de bucatarie.

The location is superb to see the Neamt fortress, the apartment is extremely clean and well-equipped with parking space and private entrance! Quiet environment, exactly everything you need to escape the noise of the city! I will definitely come back and I recommend it with confidence! I would recommend a coffee maker, some wine glasses and a...corkscrew!!😇
