Arnaud (9/5): Tout était parfait! - L’emplacement, l’espace, le stationnement Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de micro-onde pour réchauffer des plats lorsqu’on réside plus d’une semaine dans le logement.

Peter (6/5): Appartement met potentie, maar vooral ook aandachtspunten. - Het appartement ligt op een toplocatie, wat absoluut een groot pluspunt is. Helaas werd onze ervaring overschaduwd door bouwwerkzaamheden in het gebouw in aanbouw ernaast. Een week voor aankomst werden we hierover geïnformeerd, met de optie pas tijdens het verblijf om de overige dagen te annuleren. Op dat moment nog een alternatief moeten zoeken is echter allesbehalve iets wat je tijdens je vakantie wilt doen. Bovendien werd gesproken over “lichte werkzaamheden”, maar in werkelijkheid was er sprake van aanzienlijk meer overlast dan vooraf was aangegeven. Dat bericht had ik overigens gemist. Het appartement zelf oogt netjes en verzorgd, maar de inrichting is vrij basic en lijkt van de goedkopere IKEA-lijn. Daarnaast liet de afwerking te wensen over: verschillende onderdelen, zoals de wc-bril en meubels, zaten niet stevig vast, wat een wat slordige indruk gaf. Wij verbleven in een appartement aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Hoewel dit functioneel was, is het uitzicht aan de voorkant, met zicht op zee, duidelijk aantrekkelijker. Wat verder opviel, en ook door de contactpersoon werd bevestigd, is de aanwezigheid van beveiligingscamera’s rondom het hele gebouw. Dit kan een gevoel van veiligheid geven, maar roept tegelijkertijd vragen op over privacy. Het idee dat je continu in de gaten gehouden kunt worden, maakt het lastig om je echt vrij te voelen. Christophe (5/5): - L'extérieur Nous avons loué un appartement en pensant avoir vu sur la mer et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une vue sur un mur dans un appartement très sombre. A 2 jours de notre arrivée on nous a avertis qu'il y allait avoir des travaux entraînant une nuisance sonore (ce que les propriétaires savaient depuis longtemps puisquil s'agit de travaux qui durent depuis longtemps) Lorsque nous avons remonté ces informations aux propriétaires, ceux-ci ont rejeté la faute sur Booking.com (???) Nous ne pouvons pas dire que nous n'avons pas passé un bon séjour car l'endroit est magnifique mais nous avons eu l'impression de nous être fait avoir !

Thomas (8/5): Villa super sympa, vue impressionnant sur la mer! Bien équipé et confortable. - L'emplacement devant la mer est formidable, bien équipé et bien situé. Lit confortable et cuisine bien équipé. La vue est super belle. Je peut pas dire que jai pas aimé, mais a penser dans l'avenir des rénovation, une peinture contre l'humidité (rien de très grave, mais comme la tempête est passée, il a fait un peut humide, mais rien de très grave). Des couvertures pour les plis frileux étaient déjà prévu des le départ.

Arkadiusz Trafny (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja w małej miejscowości. Cisza i spokój. Miejsca parkingowe zlokalizowane przy samym budynku na ogrodzonej posesji. Aneks kuchenny to duży plus. Słabej jakości łazienka.

Nasja (7/5): Lovely location but apartment in the back not very suitable for a family - Nice location, view of the ocean and the mountains, wine and cookies as a gift, free laundry. As we are a family of 3 with a small toddler and got the room on the back of the building, lower floor, I personally found the space to be a bit small (especially the bathroom) and quite dark. As mentioned in another review, some different and additional lights (in the kitchen area) would be very helpful. Other than that we had a wonderful stay :)

Danielle (9/5): Feeling at home in Madeira - We liked the quiet feel of the village. Near the sea. On a dead end road. Few good restaurants and a supermarket. All we needed was there, including banana trees and friendly cats.

Such a lovely base to relax. - Location first of all, then the size, convenience and general atmosphere were all lovely. Finally the extra touch of having bikes provided for free. Fantastic. Only a small suggestion, because it really was such a lovely place overall… The lights were a bit bright, some softer mood lighting (side lights or dimmer switches) for the evening would be a wonderful addition.

BARTOLINI (4/5): Vacanza bellissima non posso dire lo stesso dell'appartamento - La posizione non corrispondeva con le foto illustrative a me pervenute mi era stato garantito vista mare e terrazzo e non è stato così Ero vista cantiere con tanto di operai che dalla mattina alle 9 iniziavano I lavori Come se non bastasse doveva esserci il terrazzo ma non c'era .non era l'appartamento a me destinato dalla struttura villa renacer Niente Perché mi era stato promesso un appuntamento e me ne hanno dato un'altro Direi poco professionali e sono stato educato
