• DANIEL (3/5): - La ubicación era buena para ir al centro y era barato A nuestra llegada estaba sucio y hasta media tarde no lo limpiaron. Lo limpiaron cuando ya habíamos dejado las maletas. Tenía sensación y olor de humedad, y era realmente pequeño. Las camas duras y el sofá insufrible

• Javier (5/5): Una mierda pero con encanto - El precio y la ubicación excelente. En primer lugar, la puerta. Que venga dios y lo vea pero si eso es seguro yo soy millonario. Esa puerta cuyo único seguro, porque el segundo no funciona, podía reventarse fácilmente. Por puro miedo poníamos sillas en la puerta, no para parar a quien entrase, sino para avisarnos del sonido si alguien entraba a robar. Se cuela todo el ruido y la policía suele pasar por delante del portal por la noche así que dormir no se puede mucho. La cama que es sofá-cama es ultra incomoda y está rota. Usamos mochilas y maletas para nivelarla. Las camas como tal duras como el asfalto de la calle y sonaban como el demonio al moverse. Había que meterle engrasante al colchón. Si quieres la experiencia del zulo Victoriano y tener un divertimento con tus amigos a la hora de dormir por el peligro inminente de la muerte y el dolor de espalda es el sitio a pillar. Familias y parejas que van a disfrutar y no a la aventura abstenerse.

Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness, in - The location is actually very convenient, it’s close to public transportation and easy to reach from different parts of the city. The area felt quite accessible, which made getting around much simpler. The apartment also had a TV and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the photos shown online. The sleeping arrangements were very poor, we were five people, but the space was extremely tight, and one of us had to sleep on a small fold-out bed that was nothing like the one in the pictures. It was very uncomfortable. The apartment itself was quite dirty; we found bugs, spiders, and even a slug in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. The bedding and towels were also dirty and stained, which made us feel uncomfortable using them. There is a club located right in front of the property, and it was extremely noisy at night. We were somewhat prepared for this after reading other reviews, but it was still very loud. The apartment felt much smaller than it looked in the photos, it was difficult to move around with five people, although we somehow managed to fit. The garden area was also very neglected and poorly maintained.

Nobody answered our calls or massages or emails.... Only after we had contacted the booking.com we got the video how to get into the Appartment. Very disappointing.... Internet in the Appartment did not work at all.

• Hasiba Be-Nazeer (1/5): Disgusting, Unsafe and Hostile – The Worst Experience Ever, Stay Away! - 0. Nothing at all. Absolutely nothing was acceptable, safe, or as described. Total worse. Everywhere rubbish and dustbin full of garbage at front door and back yard. Totally full of insects, spiders and spider webs. Proves I have! Seems to be never cleaned. The Host John had No respect, no manners for any guest neither family nor kids. Everything was a nightmare. The apartment was disgusting – full of dirt, hair, used towels, moldy smells, and even urine stench from the bed. Flies and spiders everywhere. The sofa bed was broken and painful, the bunk bed was unsafe and dangerous for children. The light bulbs were scorching hot, right above the bed. The backyard was filthy and full of garbage, yet insects still came in with windows closed. Absolutely no hygiene, no comfort, no safety. This was not just unfriendly – the host was hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. He shouted at us, disrespected us, and even insulted us at checkout. No hospitality, no empathy, no basic decency. For families: stay far away. This place should be banned from Booking.com.
• Vinicius Eduardo (1/5): Foi péssimo, pior experiência da minha viagem. - Nada era bom Minha experiência com uma acomodação em Londres, reservada pelo Booking, foi extremamente problemática. Tudo começou quando fiz a reserva e o pagamento com antecedência. Meses antes da viagem, informei à acomodação, tanto pelo site da Booking quanto por WhatsApp, sobre um atraso de aproximadamente uma hora no check-in, previsto para acontecer entre 20h e 21h, sendo que o limite era às 20h. A acomodação confirmou e concordou com o atraso. No entanto, ao chegar em Londres, recebi duas ligações rápidas da acomodação que caíram imediatamente. Logo em seguida, recebi uma mensagem informando que, devido ao meu atraso, eles não poderiam mais me receber. Diante disso, peguei um táxi do aeroporto para tentar chegar o mais rápido possível, gastando um valor consideravelmente alto, pois minha intenção inicial era usar transporte público (metrô ou ônibus) justamente por ter sinalizado o atraso. Ao me aproximar do local, a acomodação parou de responder minhas mensagens e ligações via WhatsApp, mesmo eu sabendo que a entrada seria feita por self check-in (as chaves já estariam disponíveis). Após muitas tentativas de contato, a equipe finalmente me atendeu, reiterando que "não havia o que fazer". Tive que implorar e me "humilhar" para conseguir acesso ao quarto. Depois de um longo tempo e várias mensagens trocadas (todas salvas), finalmente recebi o código para entrar. Ao entrar no quarto, deparei-me com uma situação muito diferente do anunciado: as camas não correspondiam às fotos do anúncio; o quarto estava sujo, com poeira acumulada debaixo das camas e nos móveis; a cozinha também estava suja e o quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável. Uma vistoria mais detalhada revelou que o jardim nos fundos estava completamente insalubre, com cadeiras jogadas, sujeira, latas e bitucas de cigarro espalhadas, o que não tinha nenhuma relação com as fotos de divulgação. Além das condições internas, a localização da acomodação era péssima.

• Mayara (7/5): Good - The location is great, super close to the metro and we were able to drop our baggage’s earlier than check in time It is a bohemian neighborhood so at night it is very loud and busy with fights happening constantly. The space is much smaller than expected but ok for the price.
