- Wendy (10/5): Attractive, well presented hotel in Orvieto. - This hotel is in a great location right near the Duomo. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nicely presented and clean. There was a range of foods in the breakfast buffet. All the furnishings were well coordinated and attractive.

The room was tiny, we booked it at the last minute when our original hotel had to cancel so all that was left was the "economy room" which for the price was a rip off, the shower was so small that we couldn't fit in and the staff were not friendly.

Il letto era più piccolo di un letto matrimoniale standard, poco comodi i cuscini, che tra l'altro erano tre e non quattro (di solito se ne mettono a disposizione due a testa, di consistenze diverse). Nella stanza c'era una sola presa per ricaricare gli smartphone, posizionata a mezza altezza e nel centro della stanza. Per utilizzarla, in pratica, avremmo dovuto appoggiare il telefono sul letto, dividendo di fatto in due la camera. A seguito delle nostre rimostranze ci è stata gentilmente fornita una ciabatta multipresa, ma mi chiedo se sia così difficile prevedere delle prese ai fianchi del letto, dove comunque ci sono gli interruttori. Il doccino in bagno non stava su da solo, stava per cadermi in testa. Ultimo, ma non per ordine di importanza, la pulizia! Tra la testiera del letto e il vicino frigorifero c'era parecchia polvere.

The rooms are large for Europe and the bathroom had a bathtub! There were extra blankets and a variety of pillows. Coffee at breakfast was excellent! Staff were helpful both before I arrived and during my stay. There is nothing to absorb the sound such as carpeting so you hear every noise, everyone talking in the halls and closing their doors. Further, while I thought that being on the side opposite the square would be quieter, the sounds from people walking and talking on the street below at night were very loud even with the windows closed, The breakfast was heavy on sweets such as cakes and there was only one kind of cheese and lousy bread.

- Kimberly (8/5): A very nice to stay in Orvieto! - We loved our room with a view. The property was very clean, and the staff was very nice. We even had fresh eggs made for us at breakfast. The property is in the perfect location and made touring the town and relaxing very easy. There was nothing we didn't like.

- Ilham (10/5): Charming hotel right on the main square and facing the Duomo - From what we saw, this was the only hotel right on the main square and facing the Orvieto Duomo, which is the hub of activity. So the best location out of all other hotels and guesthouses in the area! It’s a small and cozy hotel with charming and exceptionally clean rooms with calming blues and white colours, almost gives a sense of being the countryside. Luckily our window faced the alleyway and the houses at the back, so it was very quiet an we had a restful sleep. Due to the hotel’s location, we were able to sit out at the front patio overlooking the square and the Duomo till well into the night—-definitely do not miss doing this! Hotel staff do speak some English as well. The checkout time is earlier than the typical 11am.

Aun en una habitación económica y -muy- pequeña, teníamos todo al detalle y disponible, incluso una ventana con vista al exterior al posterior. Del hotel en sí; la ubicación, el trato del personal y el desayuno: perfecto. (hasta el parking público es muy cerca y con excelente trato). Si a ello uno le adiciona una ubicación única del hotel en una ciudad hermosísima; vale muchísimo la pena). No hubo aspectos que marcar mas que hubiéramos querido quedarnos mas !!

- Dora (10/5): Perfect location in front of Duomo and awesome room. - Excellent location and room was clean and luxurious. Breakfast was very good. No lift/elevator so if have bulky luggage will be a bit of a challenge but not many floors so not bad.
