• MARIANNA (1/5): Mold on the pillow, extremely rude onwer - Location is good Today we checked out of Ydor apartment and it was probably one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. On Friday I checked in with my son who is a toddler and as he playing with his car the car went below the coffee table and he layed on the floor to reach it. When he came up, he was covered with dust. I reached out to the lady which later came with a vacuum and entered the room without knocking as I was naked and did not even apologise and proceeded to clean. I had to ask her to walk out of the room for a moment. When she came in to clean I showed her the dirt and she told me that this cleaning should be charged extra even though we had just checked in and that they clean once every three days. We stayed there 4 nights and no one came ever to clean or change towels and sheet, or even empty the trash can and put new toilet paper. Also the tableware (plates glasses and knifes and spoon) were dirty or the new ones still had the stickers on and when I mentioned that she said that people who come here dont use the kitchen and that it will take me no time to clean it myself. At the last day as I was making the bed I flipped on the pillow my husband was sleeping, from the other and saw that there was mold. We contacted the owner and when she came she never apologised she said that they out source the sheet and towels to be cleaned elsewhere and never apologised. She asked why we waited until the last day to say that and was rude when we told her that we changed sides of the pillow just by accident. She said that we should contact booking to resolve the issue as we are booking’s customers and not their own. I really have an extremely difficult to believe that all these positive reviews that we read and decided to book here, were true. All this for the price of 226€ per night Overpriced and rude

• Heather (10/5): The best in Hydra. - We could not fault this apartment at all. It was clean, comfortable, private, and in the most perfect location to the harbor for dinner drinks and shopping. The staff were lovely, helpful, and generous with homemade ice cream. We totally enjoyed our time in Hydra. There was nothing to dislike.

• Ayesha (9/5): Superb - This is a very well located apartment just steps from the main port but quiet. The room was comfortable and it was very clean. Appreciated having the washing machine. An issue with the hot tub was resolved very professionally by the host which was much appreciated.
• Raymond (10/5): Perfect spot when visiting Hydra - Amazing accommodation right next to Hydra port. No need to climb the hills. No need to take a donkey taxi. Clean, well appointed, spacious, secure and hosts who were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the place. We loved everything about Ydor. What a beautiful place.
