Hotel does not take company payment by Booking.com - Expedia only. This is confusing as reservation was made on Booking.com that they accepted. Restaurant breakfast not great selection - coffee maker not working properly - staff lax in the restaurant. Some other excellent, helpful and friendly staff.

The staff at the standard office was very unfriendly and told that us that even though we reserved via booking at night , we should have been here to check in before 2pm which did not make sense. Regardless of the reservation , the staff told us that the room was given to someone else and then stopped answering to us . This was very frustrating

• Mariama (10/5): I 100% recommend this place. - We had a very positive experience, everyone was so friendly. A special thanks to the staff at the restaurant (Fatim and Celestine) they were adorable and always smiley. They deserve a rise or a promotion, they are the leaving proof of excellent customer service. The security Koné was also friendly and did not hesitate to assist whenever we needed him. Another gem is the guy offering Aqua gym lessons, he was simply amazing.  The staff at the reception took ages to lend us the iron that we requested, we waited for ages. It would be nice for the hotel to provide an iron for each room, as it is sometimes needed and is difficult to travel with.
• Yoram (6/5): Pleasant - Room, breakfast, services nearby, manager assistance Unfriendly front desk staff, inflexibility in response to a 1 hour late checkout. They promised to availability but never replied while the room was prpbablt available for a half day pay. General unhelpful attitude, unfriendly speech tone, impatience, were exhibited by a number of staff members at the front desk as if they hated their job.

• Peter (1/5): Poor experience all round and I will never stay there again - Sorry, I cannot say anything nice about this property, so as my mother taught me, if you can't say nothing nice, don't say anything at all. Restaurant does not offer dinner as advertised. It even has staff to look authentic, but in reality it has nothing to offer. Breakfast was a different story. They offered a reasonable breakfast. Staff on the reception desk which also incorporated a maintenance guy??? were very rude would or could not accept the fact there were wifi issues and maintenance issues in the building.

• Timothy (6/5): Good place for the price. - The room is very pleasant and quite large. There were a few issues with the room, but we didn't really realize it until it was too late. Seems strange not to have any hand towels or a hair dryer in the room.
• Aikins-kouakou (1/5): Worst hotel. They will kidnap you and force you to stay. - Nothing, it was a nightmare. The hotel is a fraud, they tried to kidnap me by using their security to force me to stay in their hotel. Everything. I will never go there again. They are q fraud.
