• Anelie (1/5): - Nicht so wirklich Während unseres Aufenthalts ist uns ein sehr beunruhigender Zustand aufgefallen, der dringend angesprochen werden muss. Sechs Tauben wurden einzeln in kleinen Käfigen gehalten. Die Haltungsbedingungen waren offensichtlich ungeeignet und belastend für die Tiere. Sie waren über längere Zeit der Sonne ausgesetzt, zeigten deutliches Stressverhalten (ständiges Kopfnicken) und hatten weder ausreichend Platz noch Beschäftigung. Eine solche Haltung ist absolut nicht zeitgemäß und entspricht in keiner Weise grundlegenden Standards des Tierschutzes. Die Isolation und die engen Käfige sind für die Tiere äußerst problematisch. Wir fordern die Hotelleitung dringend auf, diese Praxis zu überdenken und umgehend Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um die Situation für die Tiere zu verbessern. Solange sich daran nichts ändert, können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
• Chloé (8/5): - La chambre est très jolie, très propre, la piscine est très sympa, la nourriture est bonne et le personnel très gentil. Le seul inconvénient je dirais que c'est l'emplacement qui est en haut dans les terres et pour ce déplacer, si vous ne savez pas conduire de scooter, c'est mort pour vous et les taxis sont très chers là-bas L'emplacement, les taxis sont très chers là-bas, il n'y a pas de Grab vous pouvez louer un scooter directement à l'hôtel. Si vous savez pas en conduire, c'est mort pour vous niveau emplacement c'est dans les terres.

• Thomas (8/5): Nice stay at a good value - The rooms were large and the area was quiet. The beds were comfortable and their linens were of good quality. The pool was large and well maintained. The air conditioner cooled well and was quiet. The shower water was heated. The property restaurant food was large portions, good quality, and very tasty. The staff were very genuinely nice. I would have preferred if the seating of the bungalow porch were more comfortable so that one would want to sit there. The wooden upright chairs were designed to be around a dining table and are thusly, not comfortable at all. However, there is an abundance of comfortable seating around the pool, so it’s ok..

• Jonna (5/5): - Direkt vor Ort der Rollerverleih und auf Anfrage wurde das Zimmer direkt gereinigt. Pool war auch gut. Bauarbeiten direkt nebenan, die etwas laut waren. Außerdem konnte das Personal zu 99% kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwert hat. Katzen die frei rumlaufen und vermatschte Augen hatten und immer ins Zimmer wollten. Essen definitiv NICHT zu empfehlen, da ich vom Pad Thai eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen habe und 3 Tage flach im Zimmer lag. Lage auch nicht atemberaubend und am besten nicht zu nah an Hunden an den Straßenseite in der Nähe fahren.
• hugo (7/5): - La piscine, les abords calmes et champêtres Le personnel était vraiment très serviable Le premier jour la dame m'a prêté un scooter gratuitement (scooter hors d'âge mais quand même) Un autre jour, nous sommes arrivés avec un gros barracuda entier et fraîchement pêché Nous avons demandé à la petite dame de nous cuisiner la moitié en soupe thaï et de nous laisser l'autre moitié pour des grillades La soupe était excellente et elle nous a apporté un barbecue, du charbon, une petite enceinte pour la musique et nous avons pu faire notre soirée tranquillement au bord de la piscine J'ai pu inviter des amis extérieurs à l'hôtel et c'était vraiment génial de profiter du cadre et du service de la dame. Assez vétuste dans l'ensemble Ca mériterait un bon rafraîchissement La moitié de l'hôtel semble être non utilisé ou servant de réserve. Gros point noir, l'isolation phonique ! Chaque bungalow possède une porte mitoyenne qui communique avec un autre bungalow. Les murs sont minces et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'intimité. (Ça pourrait être facilement réglable avec un bonne couche d'isolation des deux côtés 👍)

• Alexander (1/5): Finger weg von diesem Resort - Nichts, der Pool vielleicht, aber das war schon alles! Das ganze Hotel ist heruntergekommen, ungepflegt und eine Zumutung. Die Zimmer sehen ganz anders aus als in der Beschreibung, dunkel keine möglichkeit den Spiegel zum rasieren benutzen außer man kann es blind, Wasser spritzt nur wenig, TV Satelitenepfang, Kabelkanäle weder noch, wäre auch nicht möglich bei maximal 2 cm dicken Holzwänden die alle Geräusche vom Nachbarn übertragen, zerissene Bettlaken, ungesicherter Außenbereich mit 3-5 m Abgrund für Kinder Lebensgefährlich, habe noch nie ein RESTAURANT gesehen mit nur EINEM wackeligem Tisch. Fittness? Fahrrad ? weder noch. Unmittelbar dabeben Baustelle mit Baggerarbeiten von früh bis spät. Aber Bilder sprechen mehr. Betrachten sie die Bilder und beurteilen sie selber.

• Liam (10/5): Really enjoyed it - Mr Sansak Pakdee, family and staff were extremely welcoming. Collected from Phuket Airport, rented scooters from him and he also organised onward travel. His place is lovely, surrounded by lush gardens in a quite area away from the main street but close enough to enjoy. Pool is a good size and always cleaned in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

• Bea (10/5): - Szép, tiszta szállás kellemes környezetben. Kedves személyzet. A tengerpart, éttermek, boltok kb 10-15 perces sétára. A medence környékére ráférne egy kis fejlesztés, kicsit elhanyagolt, pedig szuper helyet lehetne belőle varázsolni.
• Boris (4/5): Wouldn't stay again. NOISY DIRTY MESSY - Pool was okay, staff 2nd day changed from old bungalow nearby reception to newer ones on the other side of the pool. It was a bit better then. Still just minimal hygiene standards. Despite demanding silent room they gave us bungalow just next to reception that was very NOISY because of zero sound insulation. Bungalow looked old and DUMP. Bathroom had AWFUL SMELL from some cleaning products. CLEANING was not done properly. Staff was not speaking English. Reception looked like a big mess. Access road is not paved and dark in the night. Wouldn't stay again.

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et nous avons payé un prix plus que correct, 35€ la nuit. Je recommande vraiment. Trop court 😁

• Tom (10/5): Séjour très agréable - Hôtel propre, proche de la plage, avec une piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et très serviable : ils nous ont aidés à réserver un bateau pour aller à Koh Phi Phi et on a pu louer un scooter directement sur place, super pratique. Je recommande sans hésiter!

• Rachael (8/5): Lovely remote stay - Poonsap, Poonsap, you’re my Poonsap. We loved the pool (it wasn’t regularly cleaned but this didn’t bother us), it felt super tranquil and remote. The gardens were pretty and lots of wildlife to see. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The room was very spacious. One thing to note is that the property is on a very remote secluded path about 10 mins away from the main road. To get the anything (food, shops etc.) you must take this path. Walking back after sunset was pitch black with very few street lamps and there was practically no civilisation, just forest. If I was on my own it would have definitely put me off leaving in the evening.
• Robyn (4/5): If you’re after a bed and a pool this will do - lots of hazards for kids though, so more suited to the budget traveller - The pool was a good size and the pool area had sufficient loungers for the number of rooms. Pool maintenance needs attention though. The aircon in the rooms was good. Wifi connection good. This place needs a lot of maintenance done. There are so many dangers including holes in pathways that could break an ankle, many areas where there are fall or trip hazards. Would never stay with kids. The smell was awful. Open drains behind the pool obviously have overflow from the rooms. The smell of the drains in our room, which was one of the “newer” ones was awful. Beds are hard - even by Thailand standards. Cleaning of rooms was hit and miss. The very basics done each day, but begrudgingly by the housekeeping staff. Unlike many other reviewers I didn’t find the owner/manager/staff very friendly. Quite the opposite actually. Many of the facilities advertised on booking.com do not exist at the hotel. No meals, no TV, no free shuttles, no push bikes, but they do sometimes have free tea and coffee available to make. As also noted by other reviewers this accommodation is about 1 km from the main road. Not an issue for us but could be for some.
• Lidia (6/5): Overall, if you don’t have the money to spend on a nice place in walking distance it is a good option on a budget. - If you hire a scooter, it is a great location. Not exactly the view, but how close it is to many things. I guess if you’re desperate and strapped for cash, it is livable, and kind of a good deal. -Pool was not cleaned ever. (I didn’t go it) -housekeeping don’t do the standard (replace drinking cups) -smells a bit like sewerage outside the apartment.

• Shawn (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, secure, and very quiet. 10 min walk to main road and 15 to beach. There is a beautiful garden and pool area with many birds. All the instant coffee you can drink. The owners cooked the fish that we caught during a trip in a delicious meal.

The pool was great and staff were friendly and it was a 10 minute walk into the main town. We was able to hire bikes from the place which was very handy and the room was cleaned daily. It was very good aircon as well which was great! The shower wasn’t very clean and the bathroom wasn’t the nicest, the toilet looked quite dirty. The bed was quite hard as well.

• Jake (10/5): Fab - Poonsap Poonsap, you’re my poonsap. Where do I even begin, I absolutely loved this property, every time I drove in the poonsap sign gave me joy. The pool was lovely and the rooms were nice. Be careful if you don’t have a bike, when we went for a run round the roads there a dog came and about attacked us. (Obviously nothing to do with the hostel, just beware)
• Kir1n (1/5): Worst hotel in Thailand - Nothing! I've never written bad reviews, but this was terrible. The hotel owner is a scammer. We booked at Booking at a price of 990 baht per day, which is already very expensive for such a hotel, but the owner, taking advantage of the fact that we arrived late in the evening, were tired and all the good hotels around were occupied, began to come up with some stories that Booking was from him takes large commissions and we have to pay in the end not 990 baht, but 1287 baht per night!!! The owner is a very unpleasant and rude person; in 6 months of traveling around Thailand, we were the first to encounter something like this. The hotel itself is not worth the money, it is old, dirty, the plumbing is broken, the air conditioner is old, loud and dirty, the TV is from the 1990s, the duplex rooms are connected to the neighbors in your room with a door to the next room!! and the room is very noisy, you can hear absolutely everything from the next room and the street, you can hear the neighbors talking, snoring, going to the toilet, it’s terrible! worst hotel in Thailand.
• Samantha (6/5): Room to Improve - Nice pool and decent sized bungalow. Hot water for showering. Electric was not connected to key card so fridge etc stayed on when you were out unlike a lot of other accommodations. Location was very far from main road with no restaurants around. My husband had bites which we assumed were mosquitos after the first night but both of us had several bites that seemed to be from bed bugs by the morning we left. The bed clothes did not seem that fresh when we arrived but we assumed we were overthinking it. Bungalows are semi detached and we were very unfortunate to share a wall with a very loud guest who woke us up every night of our stay.

• laurie (2/5): Don't bother - The accommodation was fully booked and they tried to make us stay in the owners apartment which was filthy. We ended up having to stay somewhere else.It was a also in a bad Location. Do not recommend this place.

Located in a quite beautiful off beat place but still close to everything you need and want, including the beach. Service was fantastic and we would recommend this place to anyone ... singles, couples, family. Great pool. Airport transport was nice for a good price.

Zum Händewaschen muss man eine steile Treppe in den oberen Stock erklimmen und nach draußen auf den überdachten Balkon gehen! Sehr umständlich und bei längerem Aufenthalt nervig! Hilfsbereites Personal!
