• alicebubnova (9/5): Stylish, fully equipped apartment in an excellent location - Great location of the apartment and an easy key pick-up process. The hosts provided a lot of useful information. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable for a long stay. Special thanks for the iron and washing machine! :) In the smaller bedroom, the pillows were not very comfortable for me. They were quite high and firm. This is just my personal opinion, maybe some people would find them comfortable.

• VanandMax (9/5): Great apartment in an excellent, safe location close to restaurants, etc. Highly recommend! - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and it's located very near a great street with lots of restaurants and a metro and tram stop. There's a bakery right next door! Even though the apartment is at street level, it was quiet at night, and it had privacy from the street while keeping the windows open. We were there when it was cold, so the windows were closed at night. But if we were there in hot weather, we would not sleep with the windows open (would use the AC). Keys were in a lock-box by the front door, so it was very convenient to check in and out. One thing we liked was the host used a portal to upload identification documents. This was much better than sending the ID’s via WhatsApp, which we are *not* comfortable doing. WhatsApp is NOT a secure means to send your ID! The bathroom is modern and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The host was very responsive and worked with us to alter the dates of our stay. We would definitely stay again! No fault of the owner / host, but mentioning this in case someone has doubts when they walk in the courtyard: During our stay, another unit in the courtyard was having construction work done, so the area in front of that unit had building materials and tools out front. BUT, this did not impact our stay in any way, and there was no noise when we were in the apartment.

They provided excellent, detailed information on things to see and do. Provided comprehensive instructions for the apartment and appliances, and was very aminiable.

• Carsten (9/5): Gern wieder! - Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen nahe Innenstadt, Donau, Markthalle, Restaurants. Für eine Erdgeschosswohnung ist sie hell und ruhig. De Einrichtung ist freundlich und zweckmäßig. Die Schiebetür am Bad klemmt.

• Леся (10/5): Definitely recommend! - Great location right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding was clean and cozy. The host was literally always available and helped with everything.

• Rebecca (7/5): Great location - This property is in a great location, is a great size and had everything we needed for our stay. The bakery next door is incredible. It's close to good restaurants and a lovely ice cream spot. The metro and bus stop for the airport is very close and convenient. The market is right around the corner. The negatives are; the beds are too hard and bedding is minimal. Only thin summer duvets, not yet summer and not enough pillows. The motion sensors in the bedrooms need removing. The blue flashing lights when you so much as move a finger are insane and not conducive to a good night sleep. Incredibly difficult to resettle a baby when they are flashed with blue lights when already upset.

Guide and info for dummies, great communication with the staff despite not meeting anyone. Property had everything we needed. Main bedroom bed squeezes. Main bedroom and bathroom have slide doors with generous gap and may feel uneasy at times. Sound proofing is like non existent. Not enough space in the living room for 4 people to be comfortable/chill. 1 sofa for 2 (to chill) and 4 stands. Fireplace is decoration. 🫤

• Nursah (9/5): Very comfortable and clean! - It was super central to the city and pretty much everything was in walking distance, also a supermarket near the facility to get groceries! Everything in the apartment was very clean and everything you need like tableware are available too, also coffee and a coffemaker!

The location was great, close to the city center and public transportation, which made exploring easy. The price was very reasonable considering what the apartment offered. I liked that they had kept tea coffee sugar etc. Also had a washing machine and dishwasher. The air conditioner was too small and was in the living room so the bedrooms got quite hot. Couldn’t keep the windows open as it was facing the road and there was a lot of noise from people walking and talking outside in the night

Warm water problem was in one evening because not working. Host was not able to reach via phone, only email was answered. Only one pillow was in bed. Security guard lights in bedroom was blinking when turning in bed.
• Maria (10/5): Perfect apartment for stays in Budapest. - Beautiful apartment, easy check in, and great host. Comes with fully equipped kitchen, including dish washer and washing machine. Great blinds and sound isolation from outside for difficult sleepers. Beds are very comfortable too and comes with lots of storage. Bathroom has both a great bath and separate shower. Great air-conditioning too, which is amazing to come home to on Hungarian summer days. Location is amazing. Five minute walk to the river, walking distance from city center and iconic market around the corner, including supermarket. Would highly recommend, especially for a longer stay. Nothing bad to mention.

Entry procedure was easy to follow and great location . Bakery next to property was lovely . There could have been more towels but when I asked for some they were delivered. The hair dryer was not powerful so could do with upgrading

• Darren (7/5): Very good location but overpriced. - Tram and Metro stops are close by (and the 100E bus to the airport), location very good to access the main attractions. Some very nice restaurants in close proximity, including an excellent cafe just outside the main entrance. Rooms very big with high ceilings, shower room very nice. First impression not very good but grew on us to some extent (courtyard not very appealing to say the least). Walk-in bedroom-wardrobe more like a storeroom/dumping-ground. Stain on the settee. Toilet very small, knees hard-up against the door. Extremely expensive (€637.78 for 3 people for 4 nights).

• Berend (9/5): Spacious and well located appartment. - Good location naar metro and city centre. Spacious appartment and good beds. Sufficiently equiped. Located on ground floor, so no stairs to handle. Supermarket and public transport at close range. Noise of the traffic. In another part of the building was a party, which kept us awake.

Also they were flexible about checking out 1 hrs late. -The toilet is not in the bathroom but in a very small separate room, with no sink to wash hands. You need to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands afterwards. -Some bugs and a big fly in the apartment -Hairdryer being too small, is overheating quickly and becoming out of order -Pillows too small -Wardrobe is combined with the storage room which is looking a bit messy -No shelves to place the shampoo and the soap in the shower cabin also no shampoo or shower gel provided

• Imi (10/5): Excellent sleep quality in a perfect location - Great sleep quality, beautiful apartment. Central but quiet. 2 bedrooms, one is facing the street, the other one the courtyard, both offer relaxed sleeping. Brewery and gourmet bakery with specialty coffee are in the house (entries from the street), way better than a hotel breakfast.

• Sandruczysko (10/5): 10/10 - Great location. A public parking garage is located 100m from the apartment. The parking cost was around 10€ per day. The apartment itself is spacious and the interior is impressive. The location is phenomenal, with everything being close by. We will definitely be returning again!
• Jacob (5/5): Average - The location is good and it’s really stylish The air conditioning unit leaked and a bucket was needed to collect the water, the duvets were smaller than a single duvet and the pillows were very basic. Additionally the property was not cleaned when we arrived.

It saved us when our train was delayed. We liked the instructions for the apartments a lot, we even had a guide to the coffee machine. We felt very safe along the way and the neighborhood is perfect. Would be nice to have sugar in the kitchen and more coffee

• Mihai (9/5): Good accommodation choice!👍 - The apartment location is close to the center town! The breakfast & coffe shop is right there! The Industrial Fantasy Apartment mood was very nice! 1. No specific info inside the building "hotel", regarding the rooms.... which is your ...? You have to try the safety key box number to the several rooms. But we did it, finally! 2.The mirror glued to the outside WC door face, is not the happiest choice..... when you are "inside", the outside ladies with makeup activities, are so pleasant to hear the wonderful noises....😅🤣😅 3. Car parking place is challenging!
