• Zaccaria (10/5): soggiorno fantastico. - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Budoni! La struttura è curata, accogliente e immersa in un’atmosfera rilassante, perfetta per chi vuole godersi la bellezza della Sardegna. La vista è davvero spettacolare: al mattino si può ammirare il mare direttamente dalla terrazza, con tramonti che rendono ogni serata speciale. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host Massimiliano, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento, consigliandoci spiagge, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Posizione ottima, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax, panorama mozzafiato e ospitalità autentica. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
• Payam (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön angelegt, nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und in der Nähe vieler schöner Strände. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen. In der Unterkunft findet man alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
• Michael Daubner (10/5): - Massimiliano hat uns erwartet und dann alles gezeigt und erklärt, wo es sprachliche Probleme gab hat sein Sohn übersetzt. Die Räumlichkeiten, die Ausstattung und besonders der Ausblick sind wundervoll. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist durch eine außergewöhnlich steile Rampe erreichbar, Massimiliano hat uns angeboten den Wagen hochzufahren, aber mit ein bisschen Mut klappte es auf Anhieb und war dann auch in den folgenden Tagen gar kein Thema mehr. Nichts

• Constantin (9/5): Incredibly beautiful sunrises in a cosy atmosphere - The view from the balcony and the bedroom is especially beautiful at sunrise. The property is really well equipped and perfect for a couple or a small family. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and committed to ensuring their guests have the best possible stay. Even after a few days, driving along the well-paved road still feels a bit sketchy. This is due to the extreme gradient and the corners that are somewhat difficult to see around. Those who are not confident drivers may have a problem here.

Abbiamo avuto internet,tv,la casa molto pulita e dentro c e la cucina arredata.Panorama e una meraviglia!!!Mare e montagna!!!Torneremo di sicuro!!! • Elke (9/5): - Wir konnten erst um 20h anreisen und wurden sehr herzlich vom sympathischen Massimiliano und dem süßen Chico empfangen und beim Einzug unterstützt. Wir erhielten viele gute Tipps für Strände und freies Parken. Bei Fragen war Massimiliano immer schnell erreichbar. Der Blick von der Terrasse bietet einen breiten Blick auf das Meer. Das Meer ist zufuß in 20min erreichbar. Da die Zufahrt zum Haus recht steil ist, durften wir das Auto weiter unten parken.

• Martina (10/5): - Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Massimilian hat sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles passt. Er hat uns Tips für Strände und Restaurants geschickt. Auch ein Handtuchwechsel wurde uns von ihm angeboten; wir waren 10 Nächte dort. Wir durften schon früher einchecken, da es meinem Mann nach der Nacht auf der Fähre nicht gut ging. danke dafür Massimiliano. nichts

• Helio (10/5): Splendid and romantic place - We had a wonderful time in a picturesque romantic place!The house has a balcony with a splendid view to the sealine (it's perfect to observe sunrises from the room)! Located about 15 mins from the beach by foot. Kind, friendly and helpful host, clean and fully equipped rooms/ kitchen/ bathroom. We recommend this place for a memorable romantic holidays in family or couple.

• Iris (10/5): Beautiful apartment with wonderful view of the ocean! - Extremely well equipped and clean apartment with nice view and terrific host. By coincidence there was a French soccer club party in town that weekend with very loud and disruptive music until at least midnight on two nights. No fault of the owner but it definitely ruined the mood of what we thought would be a quiet stay in the outskirts of Budoni.

The hosts were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We could even use the washingmaschine, which was not noted in the room services. It would have been difficult to approach on foot (up on a steep hill).

Near the apartament there is beautiful pine forest, really exceptional, that leads to the lakes where you can see flamingoes. It's a really good point from where you can go to other amazing places. Everything was better that we'd expected. We'll certainly come back there! Everything was perfect!
• Agnieszka (9/5): Peaceful and relaxing time in Sardinian countryside with beautiful views over the sea - The friendliness and kindness of teh host. Shower head needs replacing (leaking); parking was a challange - extremely steep hill (the ususal scenario in Sardinia), just the alternative could have been a bit better - addressed the matter with Massimiliano and he promissed to builld a designated car parking space (can be easily done)

The appartement is fully equipped with everything you need and is rather spacious. On top of it, some essentials for the kitchen. The cherry on the cake is the host care and diligence (Massimiliano) to make you feel at home and taken care of. All perfect. Pitty I could not stay longer

Maximiliano is an extraordinarily dedicated and professional host in the apartment rental business. From the very beginning to the end, he was incredibly kind and helpful. He was always available to answer any questions we had, displaying a level of attentiveness and dedication that is truly rare.The apartment offers breathtaking views. Watching the sunrise from there is an experience beyond words. The location is unbeatable, as Budoni i is surrounded by some of the best beaches in Sardinia. Beaches like Cala Brandinchi, Porto Taverna, La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Berchida, and others are just a stone’s throw away, making our experience on the island even more memorable.The apartment was perfectly equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the tranquility and privacy it offers are unmatched, and its state of conservation is excellent. Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

• Radu (10/5): Great Sea View Apartment, close to La Cinta beach - Very clean apartment with a great sea view and strategic location for the east coast beaches. The location is strategic, it's a 14 min drive to La Cinta beach - which was our favourite beach on the east coast - and 5 min drive to Budoni beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a private parking always available. The owners are very nice, we would definitely return here. We loved everything. If you want to park exactly near the house there is a pretty steep 30 meters road. I preferred to park the car in the private parking before this steep road and walk the 30 meters. So, not really an issue, you can see my car parked in the first photo. Massimiliano was kind and helped us with the luggage.
• Margaret (10/5): A beautiful apartment with a fantastic view and an exceptional host! - We spent three nights in this lovely apartment with a fantastic view. Conveniently situated in Budoni, it's not far from Olbia and San Teodoro. An exceptional beach and numerous restaurants are close by. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. Don't miss the AltoEvo olive oil farm and store, just a 10-minute drive away. Nothing….it was perfetto!

• Famil (9/5): Excellent quite holiday with lots of sun and sea. - Fantastic, super friendly and hospitable hosts. A choice of beaches from at least 4 excellent options within 5 km. Excellent, white sand, clean sea, and tranquillity. A view from the accommodation is one of the best in the world! There are no negative remarks about the accommodation itself but if you are interested in other things (e.g. culture, adventure, shopping) than excellent sea, sand and sun, the location might be a bit too quiet and too far from any city.

• Maarten (10/5): Exceptional - The view at the location was stunning. It's located quite high up on the hill, so you have an amazing view of the ocean. The sunrise is definitely worth getting out of bed for. The hosts were also really nice people who were passionate about there place. Nothing really. Adding the place to Google maps and a road description with a sign saying "Belvedere to the right" could make it easier to find the place.
