- Ceferina Giselle Dawn (1/5): Scam - Very, very disappointed. We were traveling with senior citizens and were already exhausted, hoping to rest as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately, when we reached the unit, it was already occupied by another tenant, and we were unable to stay there at all. I strongly suggest double-checking with the agent before your arrival. If the agent is not reachable, it’s better not to proceed. In our case, we tried multiple times to contact the agent, but the number was unreachable. This experience was extremely frustrating, especially given the circumstances with elderly companions and long travel. Very, very disappointed. - YUBAC (1/5): BEWARE: RENTAL SCAM ALERT! - The owner scammed me; when I arrived, the property was already occupied by tenants on a one-year lease. I tried contacting the owner several times through chat and her listed phone number, but there has been no response.
