• Katia (1/5): Uma noite tenebrosa - De nada. Não gostei de nada. O funcionário me ligou afirmando que havíamos entrado com 2 crianças e me senti coagida e intimidada. O quarto não tinha onde pendurar as coisas, nem cabide, nem TV, nem cobertor, nem piso no banheiro, nem toalha de rosto, nem secador de cabelo.
• JULIE (5/5): Insatisfaite - Les lits étaient confortables. La date n'avait pas d'eau chaude, la chambre sentait la cigarette, il n'y avait pas de t'aide bain. Les stores extérieurs étaient casses. Dans une chambre on entendait la rue. On entendait le bruit des voisins. C'était trop cher pour la prestation reçue. J'estime qu'un geste de la part de l'hôte serait approprié.

Poca acqua in bagno e quando aprivi la calda diminuiva ancora di più e per lavarsi o farsi un bidet dovevi lasciar scorrere almeno 15 m perché arrivasse appena intiepidita.. Non credo d ritornarci
• DeviZz (2/5): - Niente. La camera era sporca e per nulla accogliente, la finestra era rotta ed anche le tapparelle, l'acqua del lavandino e della doccia aveva um getto minimo poi cosa peggiore la reseption era in una strada vicino la stazione le camere erano in uma struttura distante. Terribile

Persiana do quarto partida (nem mexemos nela com risco de não conseguirmos voltar a fechar), colchões pouco confortáveis, AC não funciona...
• Mihaela (2/5): Locația apartamentului ok, faptul ca dispun de locație pentru doi adulți și doi copii, se află aproape de mijloace de tr - În afară de faptul ca au fost deschiși și ne-au acceptat să intrăm la ora 2.00 am, deoarece o alta proprietate ne anulase rezervarea cu 2.5 h înainte de a ajunge la proprietate, sunt multe de îmbunătățit la această proprietate. La capitolul curățenie….. e puțin spus,lasă de dorit. Curățenia poate fi ușor întreținută dacă o faci temeinic la un anumit interval. Dar aici nici gând de așa ceva!!!!

• katherine (1/5): No lo recomiendo ni para dormir. - Muy desagradable Todo fue horrible, las camas no son colchones sino como colchonetas, habia una cama doble y una sencilla y la sencilla solo con sentarse se cayó, el baño sucio , no tiene calefacción y ni aire fui con mi hijo de 3 años y ese cuarto no tenia calefacción, escribí y la respuesta no fue positiva, me quede solo porque era para dormir y ya, pero ni para eso la recomiendo, experiencia muy desagradable , por la ventana entra toda la luz de noche de afuera porque tiene una persinana vieja que traspasa toda la luz

• HITOMI (7/5): スタッフの対応が親切だった！ - スタッフが親切だった！鍵を受け取ってから宿泊先まで分からなかったのですが案内してくれて、鍵の説明など現地で丁寧にしてくれた。 あと、シャワールームが綺麗だった！ 宿泊施設と鍵の受け取り先が違ったのでそこだけ気になった。鍵の受け取り先に行くのが分かりにくかった。 隣の飲食店の人がインターホンを押して今から行くことを伝えてくれたが「俺に5ユーロくれ！5ユーロくれ！」と図々しくチップをせがんできて絡みがうざかった。外国人だったので英語分からないと適当にはぐらかしましたが...

No lo recomiendo de ninguna forma solo si necesitas con urgencia una cama si está cerca de la estación lo único bueno. Ni siquiera la limpieza era notable la ducha no funcionaba

La douche était désastreusement sale, avec des moissisures et des champignons au sol. Il n'y avait pas de table de nuit ne petite lampe de chevet. L'interrumpeteur de la salle de bain ne marchait pas. Pas de tv non plus. L'eau chaude venait par intérmintence, et durait 5 minutes. J'ai dû partir avec un jour d'anticiption.

Il bagno soprattutto la doccia era sporca e non arrivava l'acqua per lavarsi ...il riscaldamento con clima scadava pochissimo. Non lo consiglio neanche per una notte e prezzo caro per carità siamo a Milano ma è troppo e non c'era neanche la TV.

• Steven (3/5): - The apartment is very close to the train station and the staff were willing to let us stay on very short notice. We only stayed in the property because of a last minute cancellation. The property was 500 euros more expensive than our original property and was in much poorer condition. The blinds didn't work so we had to hang up a blanket to keep the light out. The apartment is on a busy main road and the noise penetrates the room very loudly. The shower was leaky and the toilet was dirty. When we moved out we requested an invoice 20+ times and didn't receive a thing, making it incredibly difficult to claim money back from booking.com. Don't stay here.

• Martina (1/5): Nie wieder!!! Trotzdem vielen Dank, dass der Buchungsbetrag zurück erstattet wurde. - Wir wurden vom Personal genötigt die Buchung vor Ort zu stornieren. Die Empfangsdame war sehr unfreundlich, hatte kein Verständnis für unsere Situation und hat uns dann aufgefordert die Buchung nicht einzuchecken. Die Räumlichkeiten des Eincheckens , bzw. der Schlüsselübergabe ließen auf ein Stundenhotel schließen…..für junge Menschen nicht akzeptabel!

• Emilien (1/5): Milan est génial, c’est établissement est à éviter, HORRIBLE !!! - L’emplacement Attitude execrable du staff. meme pas de bonjour ni dans le chat, ni face a face. Une fois arrivé sur place, l’interphone pour aller chercher les clés ne fonctionne pas, ou bien la staff ne la pas entendue. Une fois arrivé dans la chambre, c’est sale, il n’y pas de bouteille d’eau, très peux de papier toilet, 15% de un rouleau, pas de télécommande pour l’aire conditionné. Je suis resté 2 nuits, le lendemain je voulais me connecter au wifi, je téléphone alors au staff via l’application booking, le numéro ne fonctionne pas, la staff, elle ne répond pas au chat. Je dois donc retourner à la réception, qui est à 10 min à pied, ce n’est pas la même adresse. Une fois devant la staff, toujours la même personne, aucune excuse, aucun bonjour et bien sûre aucun nettoyage de la chambre après avoir passé une nuit ! Il y’a aussi un bruit d’eau qui coule toute la nuit, et la douche ne fonctionne pas, seulement le pomo de douche fonctionne celui que vous utilisez avec la main, la douche est toute petite, il n y meme pas de plateau pour poser le savon et le shampooing dans la douche. SALE, staff HORRIBLE ! CHER !!! A fuire ! N’aller jamais la bas !

• HANNA (5/5): В целом впечатления не очень, в комнате пахло уксусом, в санузле постоянно текла вода и было шумно. - Прекрасное месторасположение! Прямо возле Центрального вокзала. Добраться из аэропорта и обратно - очень легко и быстро. Меня встретила менеджер Nadia и помогла. Не понравилось, что ключи нужно забирать в одном месте, а идти в совершенно другое в другом направлении. Непонятно было куда идти, никаких обозначений. Видно что убрали плохо, стены грязные, на полу волосы от предыдущих постояльцев. На свою цену конечно не стоит.

• Sherif (1/5): Basic Amenities Missing – Disappointing Experience - location is amazing , the host is very welcoming . Unfortunately, my stay was affected by several key issues. There was no hot water available throughout the stay, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the advertised WiFi was not working, which made it difficult to stay connected or plan activities. even if the hot try to fix it , i told him to forget about because it was taking so much time and i need to check in quickly The apartment also lacked basic comforts such as extra pillows, and it was quite noisy at night, which impacted sleep quality. With better attention to these essentials, the overall experience could be significantly improved

• מאור (5/5): For less than 12 houres it was just okay. - When we got the apartment there was a water issue. We sent them a massage and they came immediately to fix the problem. Well, it is basic. Bed and shower. The mattress at the single bad was not comfortable at all. The check in takes place in a different place which makes it a little bit exothtin.

Also was not provided a hand towel or soap and the shower was a struggle because the button to switch to the overhead didn’t work. Retrieving the keys was also a little inconvenient.

• Nur (5/5): Passable - walking distance to centrale. No basic fasilities eg kettle, hanger, soap, not enough towel.
• Lotem (3/5): Completely disappointing, uncomfortable stay. Unreasonably expensive with little to no value. - The place is very close to the central station. The receptionist was also pleasant and professional. To say the place was disappointing is an understatement. The "double room" consisted of two single beds pushed together, one lawn foldable chair and a tiny table. It didn't even have side lamps or dressers, and the towels we were given upon arrival (as the room didn't have any) were damp because they were left in a freezing, damp, not-that-clean service room. The bathroom was very cold and only had a single toilet paper roll (not even hand towels were given out). Considering the price was not cheaper than actual hotels nearby, this whole stay was a complete let down.
