• Mariel (7/5): Good hotel - Staff are super friendly but only one person could speak English, so be prepared to use your translator. A big thanks to Nadir, he helped to get an internet eSim. There is no cleaning of rooms every day. There were not enough bath towels for each room. If you are doing things in the city center of cairo, I'd recommend the location, it's too far away. One of the rooms did not have hot water.

• ماجد (1/5): - حجزت الفندق ع تقيمات الكثير ولكن تفاجئة بالغرفه كلها نمل وبق والمكان غير نظيف الحمام بابه لا يغلق والمغسله مسدوده مانقدر نغسل فيها لايوجد فيها مناديل او شوزات للحمام وانتم بكرامه النت سيئ جدا وكل ماكلمتهم قالو المهندس بيجي اليوم يضبط النت وكل يوم يقولو المهندس جا وضبطه وهم كذابين الفندق الاستقبال مغبر والدرج كله غبار وطلبنا مناديل ماجات إلا آخر يوم بعد ماجلسنا نشحتهم كل شي سي جدا اتمنى اي احد يعلق يخاف الله بالتعليقات لانا ندفع مبلغ عشان نبي مكان مريح غير الاصوات والإزعاج والكلاب اعزكم الله بالمدخل فوضى بكل شي الحمد لله اخذت معايه لبس مخده ولحاف احتياطي تقيمي اسوا من السي ولا احد ينظف أبدا ماعندهم نظام كل يوم تنظيف غرف دخلها وخرجنا ولا احد جا نظف احنا صرنا ننظف 😭😭

• ABDELFATTAH (1/5): نصب واستغلال ( لا انصح بالتعامل) - حجزت من خلال بوكينج ولكن طلبوا مني 3800 جنيه إضافية من خلال الواتساب او سيتم الغاء الحجز، وفي نفس الوقت طلبوا مني الغاء الحجز بنفسي لأنهم يعلمون انني لن استطيع استرداد المبلغ، نصب باحترافية بكل اختصار وعدم مصداقيه واستغلال، لا انصح بالتعامل مطلقا، وقدمت شكوى في هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية لأسترداد نقودي
