Arlene (4/5): Not having hot water was an issue. - Cleaning staff great. No hot water in bathroom. The plumber came twice but problem with hot water issue was never resolved.

Stewart (6/5): Sofia at site was of great assistance,no management presence! - Breakfast n/a, quiet pool area. Needed more information re initial access to building and definitely how to acquire key. Initial apartment not as advertised, no washer/dryer and air conditioning not working. 2nd apartment had only one bedroom which was acceptable for us although not as paid for or advertised. Plumber had to be called in to dismantle shower piping and rain head and install replacement, replaced kitchen and bathroom sink unit piping as blocked up giving only a trickle of water!!

Gabriel (3/5): it was a scam - the pool was one of the only god things of the whole stay We got there at about 2pm after driving 12 hours to get there we were tired, hungry and hot upon arrival we called the contact listed to verify that we arrived so they could open the gate. The man that met us there took us to an elevator which I thought was weird at first because I had remembered we got the ground floor apartment due to my disabled sister not being able to use the stairs for long durations of time, I thought well at least they have an elevator but when the afternoon came after we settled and put down our things we tried to go down to eat and the elevator was broken, my disabled sister had to take the steps up and down at least 6 times that one night because we wanted to go to the pool after dinner. We were so tired that we decided this must have been the room and carried on my mom and dad slept on the couch and my sister and I slept on the 1 Bed In the booking I stated would be 4 of us so getting there after 12 hours in the car and only seeing one bed was really annoying. on top of everything the tv wasn’t working at all and the sink water wasn’t running. The 2nd day my mom and I decided to ask one of the workers on site why the elevator was down and why the tv didn’t work they told us they would come check I decided to check the booking app and I saw we were supposed to be in a completely differnt room, one with 4 beds and 2 rooms we called the contact we were given to make them aware of the room mistake and they told us they would check on it and give us a call back when they called back they said they were really sorry and they had made a mistake that they had a room on the ground floor that would be ready in 1 hour. we requested a refund for the 1 night in the wrong room and they said to report it to booking.com. If i were you i would stay literally anywhere else.
Joanna (2/5): WILL NOT COME BACK FALSE ADVERTISING - The pool is okay it had some pieces of tiles missing. I had made the reservation the night before the stay for 2 nights. The pictures are extremely false advertising. With my family of 5 I had planned of staying in the 3 bedroom 2 story apartment which that is what the pictures showed. Once we arrive there we got there 2 hours earlier then the check in time. Which my then Rodrigo had told me that they could not find my reservation and they where not ready for is until 3. Which I had agreed after that is their check in time. We waited in the pool area while the cleaning lady got the apartment ready for my family and I. 3 o'clock came then I called Rodrigo then he said the cleaning lady told him the appointment was not ready because the people before us left and hour later. So my family and I decided to drive to the beach to make time. 4 o'clock came then the apartment was ready. We get their then we meet with the property service guy who gave us the keys and a key car to access the private parking lot. We get the the apartment and it was not the one on the pictures. It was a small 2 bed room with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. Not the 3 bedroom king and 2 queen bedrooms that we had expected to get. My husband called Rodrigo and was tols by hum thay they don't have 3 bedrooms they only offer a 2 bedroom option. Okey so there was still room for us my husband, my three year old and I had to sleep 9n the queen size. Ok thats no biggy. My 12 year old had to sleep on the sofa couch. Then we go to the balcony to check the view to find out that the balcony furniture is completely ripped. To the point that my 12 year old fell though them because they were covered up by the cousion. Then when we get to the master bathroom the shower handle is not put on safely. It literally fell on my 3 year old toes while he was getting ready to shower. I took pictures of everything and immediately texted Rodrigo about it. He didn't reply back.

Hector (9/5): Great place few customer service workers - In general, the facilities are great, my family and the children really liked the place. The location is awesome because it is quiet and it is very near to Marina Mazatlán and in a 10-minute drive you can get to the golden zone; the view from the building is good. The pool and the jacuzzi are clean. We stayed several days, I think the owner of the resort can improve a lot with some minor changes. In particular, the kitchen light flickers does not turn on, so at night it was difficult to use the kitchen. We sent a message to the property by Booking but nobody answered, so the kitchen light did not get fixed during our stay. Other thing that it can be improved is to have someone on the reception area, there was no people on the reception, so the communication wasn't smooth, so having a person in charge could be very useful for reporting issues or solving small problems.

Kevin (3/5): The property is aesthetically, appealing, conveniently located, but unfortunately, some of the rooms may not be cleaned - The property is located in a convenient area close to the medical and shopping locations. The unit was not properly cleaned and sterilized properly. Unfortunately, there was leftover hair in the shower area, bathroom, and in the bed sheets the lack of proper cleanliness, unfortunately caused my skin to break out in the morning.

Staff was great. - Location New place Clean Living room table was a bit too big for the space Staff was great but easy to miss directions/instructions. It's called a resort but not much resort about it. The places outside were closed No toiletries provided. Would've been nice to know. It also didn't state if there was a kitchen so we didn't know until we got there that the place has certain amenities.

The clean service never came to clean up the room and the internet connection was break down on Monday and never restored
Jerry (8/5): Very good - It was nice and cozy. Enjoyed hot tub. Was too much furniture in space. Stools, plus table and 4 chairs plus couch and bed. Rain shower holes kept getting clogged because of hard water and not having hot water in kitchen made hard to do dishes.
Lindsay (7/5): We still enjoyed our stay, just a few minor hiccups, nothing that can't be dealt with. - Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. We didn't receive the value of room we booked and paid for due to the cleaning lady going for surgery. We had one wash cloth for dishes, no towels to dry or a drying rack. There are also no hand towels for the bathrooms, just the 2 large towels to shower with. We also found the traffic noise very loud.

Jose (7/5): the place could be great but in its current state, it’s very disappointing - the view, location and the actual property where very nice also good AC washer/dryer wasn’t available, furniture was old, dated and some in bad condition. furniture distribution was also bad. lighting in the apartment was terrible, very bright office like white light throughout. accent lights in bathroom don’t work either neighbors using pool had loud music and some bathed with clothes on. another neighbor was banging on his door very loudly late one night (it was actually scary). parking garage door wasn’t working properly. only one set of keys for tenants. no batteries on one remote control for the electric shades the place has potential but fails to deliver on many levels

Yaremi (10/5): I really enjoyed this loft resort I'd recommend to family and friends for sure - Location was a bit away from main strip but all in all safe secure and quiet what we wanted to relax and rest once we were back after being out and about all day (fyi Karla great host attentive and great communicater from day 1) Zero complaints everything was fine the loft was great the pool also the staff 10/10
Karla (7/5): Enjoyed our stay - Location, close to restaurants, close to the mall, Sams, Walmart etc. Apartments nice and spacious, pool is also nice. They allow extra people which is perfect for big families to stay together. AC / Wifi worked great! Nice ocean view I didn’t like the fact that check in was at 3pm but my apartment wasn’t ready until 6:45pm which was a huge inconvenience. We also didn’t have clean towels until 10pm that night which was another huge inconvenience because we had to dry ourselves with our clothes.
