- ColzAsh2015 (9/5): Would stay again all things considered - Good location, close to the shops, and snooker hall.
Easily found and basic amenities such as tea and coffee.
Towels laid out, beds made and tidy. Rooms relatively good sizes. Few small issues, such a cobwebs in top corners of livingroom, no toaster but evident that the house is being renovated as kitchen was freshly done.
Small amounts of rubbish in back garden.
Bathroom could of been cleaner but again evident that effort had been made

- Ali Asgar (3/5): Poor cleaning - Location was good, 3 mins walk to metro/glider station. Big enough to accomodation group of 6. Bedroom was comfortable. Cleaning was not up to expectation. Also in washroom there is leakage in jet spray

- MOHAMED RAFIK ZERMANE (10/5): - Everything perfect Nothing needed to do
- Rebecca (8/5): - The location was fantastic with supermarkets just at bottom of the road and the glider stop which takes you into belfast and a mcds and doughnut shop.
The beds where very good , as was the shower which are important when taking teens.
The TV had netflix which was very nice of an evening.
The oven was branded new so worked fab.
I would stay again and recommend to others. The house isn't really set up for more than 4 even tho has beds for 6 , only has 4 chairs at dinner table , 4 outside chairs , sofa for 3 and one nice chair.
A few beanbags would be fab and few more outside chairs which could be used inside or outside.
Only 2 out of the 4 bedrooms had curtains, all bedrooms need curtains really as the blinds don't keep the sun out.
The bathroom door is very hard to open it was very funny when our young teens got stuck multiple times 🤣🤣.
- Robert (1/5): Extremely dirty house ( toe nail clippings) - Nothing House was not clean at all,
When we got there and found the house so dirty we didn't stay and reported to booking.com which ended in an aggressive phone call with the owner
- Kerry (1/5): - The weather while we were here The property the smell was so bad it gave me a sore head
- Owen (2/5): Very poor - Location was good, house has potential just dont think it should of been let out in the state it was in. The house was in what looked like the middle of being renovated, exposed brick work, broken blinds, plaster patch repairs, no skirting boards etc.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): It was amazing and my grandchildren loved it.not far to town and local facilites - Good location to were I used to live in belfast Nothing
- Campaner (7/5): Good -
- Nina (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the Kennedy Center and nearby shops. The host was very accommodating, and the house had all the necessary amenities. With three TVs and Netflix, our family was able to relax after long days of touring. No curtains or blind in kitchen window and 2 rug a bit old
- Christine (10/5): Fantastic - The location and everything, the owner was fantastic help. Nothing very thing was what we needed for r stay
- Rosemary (7/5): Good - Very central good location, quiet area Could do with a deep clean and not enough bedding/pillows, only 3 forks for 6 people
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect for commuting plenty nice places to eat within walking didstance
- Caitlin (6/5): Great spot for a short stay and convenience. - Host was responsive to messages and the property was in a good location. All basic amenities provided and a couple more. Exactly what we needed for the trip. Mattresses were fairly worn through, could use a replacement soon. Curtain in downstairs bedroom didn't close fully but it would be easily fixed.
- Raghid (4/5): Disappointing -
- Laura (7/5): This was basic, but didn’t want for anything. Cheap and cheerful. Will happily stay again - Good location, Close to local amenities. Shopping centre just down the road, and Lidl. Driveway for parking. Comfy sofa and beds. All stuff there to make teas and coffee. Nothing it was fine and fit for purpose.
Seems to be a work in progress, but for what we paid it was good value for money. If you want a 5* hotel, go and pay 5* prices!!
- Thomas (7/5): Good -
- Wiltshaw (1/5): Not suitable!!!! - The location was excellent. It had a washing machine The place is being used to let and is a pure health and safety hazard. House wasn't ready till just before we got there (6pm), only lucky we were running late.
There is loose boards and holes in the flooring, mold in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards don't work properly and are full of chemicals, we had a 2 year old with us. Holes in the wall, garden a complete disaster area...randomn pieces of wood in places and glass shelves just put in a room.
Boiler kept tripping, oddest shower set up ever. The front door does not have a dead bolt and could easily be opened with a credit card.
Even the drive was dangerous, needs leveling to be able to safely exit the car
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Ailish (8/5): Very good -
- Thompson (10/5): Exceptional - Great house.great location.great host.brill n every way. Nothing
- Sunny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorna (1/5): Awful place - The place has no carpets downstairs and was disgusting. Dust and hair all over the place and it's a fire hazard. Do not book this place as we left I couldn't have the kids stay here No fire exit, no skirting, hair and false nails on floor, leather chair with no leather left and dirty rice on it. Thick dust on things, dirty tissues left in rooms, items left from old guests and the owner has the audacity to say he has a cleaner. Fire alarm not attached to the ceiling either
- Satyam (2/5): Disappointing old damp place with unkempt garden and living room would not recommend. - Location is close to city centre. Parking on site. The house was warm. The place is very old and has not been refurbished. Smells of damp. Cluttered and smelly kitchen. Smelly fridge which we decided not to use as a result. The garden was uncared for and looked like a construction site. The carpet in the living room was so dirty and old and our children could not even walk around. The bedrooms upstairs had some parts of the wall which were broken. I would not recommend this accomodation to anybody, especially anybody with young families.
