• Keith (4/5): Way over priced for a run down hotel. There are better in the area. - Location, nice lobby. The whole place reeked of smoke. Everywhere but the lobby needs a serious renovation. The breakfast was expensive and not good. Each morning was mass chaos. The bar is stinky and dingy. Other than the front desk, the staff is grumpy. The whole place is falling down.

Сам отель не тянет на 5 звёзд. Скорее 4,но совсем не 5. Отель старый в номерах нужен ремонт. Они кажутся грязными и изнощеннымм. Полотенца чёрные от того что они старые. Я вытираоась своим полотенцем. Ковролин грязный. Лобби красивое ,но номера старые и потрепанные Номера очень старые ,полотенца чёрные от частого пользования. Номера требуют ремонта. И нужно убрать пылесосборник ковролин
• Margarita Lebedeva (8/5): - Очень удобное расположение отеля относительно достопримечательностей Коломбо, персонал был очень вежлив и разрешил нам поздний выезд с 14:00, очень удобные кровати и подушки, Блэк аут шторы, наличие шампуня и кондиционера для волос, зубных щеток, фена, чайника, разных чаев в пакетиках, 2 бутылок воды. Также хотим отметить очень вкусный завтрак с разными блюдами, как европейскими, так и ланкийскими, фруктами, выпечкой и проч. Наличие бассейна при отеле - это здорово, жаль не удалось им воспользоваться из-за отсутствия достаточного количества времени. Душ плохо работал - работали только форсунки по центру и сила удара была слишком большой. В ванной не работал слив, пришлось экстренно искать нож для его открытия. Не работал телевизор. Окна были грязными

• Mohammad (1/5): Disappointing - I did not like the hotel. They are totally misbehaved and made a very bad experience. They opened my luggage without my concern. The staffs are totally unprofessional. They lied sometimes. My recent stay at Ramada Colombo was extremely disappointing. I traveled to Colombo to participate in an international Ironman event, expecting professional hospitality and respectful service. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. From check-in onward, the behavior of staff members was unwelcoming and dismissive. I felt that I was treated differently compared to other guests, and the attitude displayed toward me was neither courteous nor professional. As an international guest, this was particularly upsetting. Hospitality should be based on respect and equality. Sadly, that standard was not met during my stay. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training, professionalism, and guest treatment policies.

• Marina (9/5): I loved the hotel and central location and would recommend it to anyone who was looking at visiting Sril Lanka - Ramada Columbo was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate and well set out, the pool was a comfortable temperature and well kept. The staff were very helpful and well mannered. It was rather noisy at times being able to hear all the traffic through our window and one of our neighbours were very loud one night.

Заветренные продукты и мухи. Единственное что стоит внимания - выпечка, она была вкусная. В номере не было ни какой шумоизоляции.

Breakfast was buffet and was amazing. nada vis-a-vis hotel but do take note that the google and apple maps do not work in Sri Lanka so was a little troublesome to walk to places without the aid of technology. • Zaheen (4/5): - I have stayed there earlier this year. It was really amazing, the service was great, staff were diligent. This time it was really bad. They don’t seem to be able to handle a lot of guests at the same time. The location is great though. They were extremely slow to provide any service. We booked 5 rooms. The walls were crusty, one of the rooms had a faulty bathroom door. Someone got locked in and the hotel staff couldn’t do anything about it. We had to break the door. They said they’d provide compensation but they didn’t. They served unripened stale food in the breakfast buffet. Not recommending them anymore. I was embarrassed in front of my family for their horrible service.

• Rachel (9/5): Its was fabulous! - Great location , food was amazing! I just loved the secret garden and the Black birds band! Chipped paintings in the room especially when its a Wyndham Property. It could be better. I understand that as human we do fall asleep during night but make sure the staff who is at the reception sleeps behind and not seems . When we arrived to the hotel it was early morning and the staff was asleep , thats perfectly alright however no apologies what so ever and appearance is everything, not scratching here and there while talking .

The shower water pressure is a great bonus. If I really had to nitpick, I would say the carpet furnishings in the lobby are showing their age.

• Jai (5/5): Diaappointing - House keeping staff were polite. In general the staff were good. We had booked for a room with two double beds(deluxe room) but we were initially given a room with a double bed and a folding bed. When asked about it, we were told that as we were only three people, to please adjust and manage. We were moved to a different room only after we insisted that this was not what we had paid for. Whereas the website said 24 hours room service, we were told that breakfast could only be buffet breakfast. Communication between staff was poor with each person telling a different thing.We had asked for late check out. We were told by the duty manager that they would let us know a day before whether it was possible. However, there was no communication with us either way. So we just checked out at the normal time even though our return flight was only in the evening. We had stayed in the hotel for almost 10 days but no consideration was given for this.

• Sara (6/5): Short stay in Colombo to complete our tour of Sri Lanka - The family room was a great size for the three of us. The hotel is located in the tourist area making it easy to get around. The hotel ia tired and needs refurbishment to justify the rates charged. They are competing with numerous other hotels in the area which are possibly better value.

I messaged booking.com and they confirmed that it was a scam. It is over a week since I check-out and there is still a reservation on my creditcard for the stay, and the same amount has already been deducted from my creditcard. It smelled like people smoked in our non-smoking room.

• Reuma (6/5): - הגענו למלון לשהות בת יום כתחנת מעבר. לובי מאיר פנים וחדרי אמבטיה נקיים וחדשים. מיד כשנפתחת דלת המעלית מתגלים מסדרונות ישנים ושטיחים מלוכלכים. כשנכנסים לחדר ריח של חנק ולוקח זמן עד שהמזגן מתחיל לקרר והריח עובר. גם בחדרים שטיחים מיושנים שנותנים תחושה של לכלוך.
