• Georgios (10/5): One of our best stays up today. - Location, safety in-house, cleaness, heating with air-conditioning perfect, hot water always... Everything was in a short walk distance. Kerem was very helpful and organized perfectly our return to the airport. Day and night main door was under supervision and we felt very very safe. Kitchen basic equipped but we managed to make coffee and tea (provided) with the kettle and we toasted our bread in the pan. The fridge on the other hand was very big. Mini market quite reasonable priced just 2 min. away and small supermarket 5 min. Instiklal street around the corner with best rates exchange office. We will visit Kerem definitely again in the future. Thank you Kerem & staff. We were just missing a wall mounted hanger for our coats & jackets and a small table in the living room. We could have asked Kerem the manager to arrange it, but I think he will do it for his future guests. The neighborhood is quite live after dark but we manage to sleep and rest perfectly, especially after the long sightseeing days and nights.

It’s very close to the square, with plenty of convenient shops and cafés nearby, making everything so easy. The hotel facilities are new and very clean, and the room was incredibly spacious! The owner is especially kind and very friendly. On our last day, since our flight was in the afternoon, he also kindly let us store our luggage for free until we left. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit! No

• Lymperatou (10/5): Amazing - Comfortable and very beautiful rooms in the heart of Istanbul, with a large balcony. The rooms are very clean, good value for money, and the staff is extremely helpful. The hotel was perfect, with only one small suggestion: I would recommend providing extra softer pillows for more comfort.

• Negin (9/5): I recommend this place 100%, and will definitely come back. - The property was exceptional. The building is very new and nice, staff are very helpful and friendly - Mr. Karim helped us with many things. The apartment has all the facilities you need for a longer stay. Location is amazing, just 1-2 mins from Istiklal street and it is very vibrant area, many shops, restaurants and bars just around the block. It can be quite noisy at night, but this is not a big deal, and you can also ask them in advance for a backyard room.

The amenities were great so we had a wonderful stay as a family. Our reservation was for six nights but we extended for ten days more The manager is/was gentelman , friendly and very helpful, the night shift guy. Was so patient and nice. The noise of bars arround was loud but not that much to hurt our sleeping
• Faruk (7/5): Decent place to be close to Taksim and istiklal - Relatively new and decently appointed apartments with amazing location just few steps from Istiklal. Excellent staff and owner speaking perfect English. He was super kind and moved us into room that doesn't face the music. But it is Taksim on weekend and music has to be faced so anywhere you are will be loud. But soundproof windows are not a norm in Turkiye yet.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, family friendly, and close to everything you need (shopping, public transportation etc). In reviews you see complain about noise. Bars around were noisy but it wat not bad.

• Hani (10/5): In the heart of Istiklal Street. - The location is in the heart of Istiklal Street, the apartment is updated and clean, and the host (Karim) is a friendly and polite man who offers all the help he can. The apartment is spacious and has a bedroom and a living room with a bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, a family of five can stay in it, one bathroom, and a kitchen that contains basic things except for a microwave. The elevator is spacious. The only flaw in the apartment, and a very big one, is the noise from the nearby clubs, which continues until 3:00 AM. Anyone who wants to sleep early will find it difficult. However, the owner of the apartment is working on installing soundproof windows soon, according to what he told us. A microwave in the apartment would be ideal. The apartment doesn't have a sign.

• Meynadrake (10/5): SUPERB APARTMENT!! WE'LL BE BACK - Stayed for 5 days 4 nights. Apartment on a street that is rarely passed by cars but easy to find. Very strategic location! Just a few steps to İstiklal Street, taksim square, shopping areas, restaurants, public transportation, all very easy to reach. The host is very friendly, making it easy and facilitating whatever our family needs without additional costs. MasyaAllah.. May Allah repay your kindness. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely return to this place, hopefully the facilities and hospitality are maintained. And this apartment has elevator! It's really important, because lot of luggage that we have 😊

• Dominika (7/5): Good - The hotel is very close to Istiklal street and Taksim square. Apartment is spacious (but defenitely not the metres square they advertise) and nice. Hotel staff don't speak English and isn't very helpful. They don't say hello or anything when they meet you and you don't really feel welcomed during the check in process. We especially asked two weeks before our arrival if the sofa could be ready as a bed, they promised it and it wasn't. We got one toilet paper for two people for 5 nights and it was quite difficult to get one more. Also the street the hotel is in is completely broken, around 50 metres you have to walk in mud. It's not hotels fault and it's probably gonna get repaired but it's super uncomfortable walking there with luggage and our shoes were dirty every day from it.

• Said (9/5): 1 week in Istanbul - Very nice property. Located in the heart of Taksim/Istiqlal. The manager was very friendly and helpful. As it's a new hotel, it was not yet fully furnished. A few more dishes would have been nice. That's why I put a 9, otherwise, once fully furnished that' would definitely deserve a 10. Given the lovely and lively night life, it can be a bit noisy though. nothing.
