Guest Reviews
- anthony (5/5): This property could be really nice but sadly not - Nice spacious property Needed some upgrading in carpets kitchen flooring and some decoration , power tripped off with light switches etc just inside front door oven didn't work and cables dangling from cooker hood
- Rod miller (1/5): Do not book. - Nothing It’s smelled of urine. It has live wires sticking out of the cooker hood. The cooker was broke. The beds were dirty. The skirting boards were filthy and chewed by an animal. The electric tripped off 3 times in the ten mins we were in the property.
I reported it to booking.com and the pathetic company that they are they did nothing. They wouldn’t give me a refund and we left ten mins after entering. Booking.com are as corrupt as the landlords of this property.
- Adam (1/5): Bad -
- Mike (2/5): Barely ok but we survived. - Not a great deal. It was dark and dreary, the oven was broken, the toilet sear needed fixing and the bedrooms stank of cigarettes and stale beer.
Not ideal for a family Christmas after having been flloded out of our home.
- Misan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kempster (8/5): Very good -
- Amal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Urowayino (7/5): Somerset Place - Location, ease of access and proximity to shops (Sainsbury for one) The sofa/sofa bed in the living room. It looks like it doesn't get used much (if at all) but it could do with some regular cleaning. It was an eyesore when we pulled it out for my son to use that we immediately packed it back in. He ended up sleeping on the sofa for the 2 nights and complained of body ache on the entire journey back home 😞
- Mckeand (6/5): Pleasant - The place was ok but closed carton's in kitchen they fell off my son's bed had hairs on it so he was on top of bed the oven was dirty and trace.were Rusty so we all ate out the days we were there shower plugs were filthy under sink was dirty have been a cleaner myself so I knew were to look
- Leanne (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, close to shops and easy access to Silverstone. The estate was very nice, too, and we all felt safe and relaxed. I'd stay here again. Price really good. No actual live TV, viewing just via apps only.. The house needs a lick of paint, too but I understand its let out to people who don't treat it like their own home. 1 chair needs removing or replacing.
- Samantha (6/5): Functional. - Spacious and good size rooms with ample parking. There was flies throughout the house, the garden looked trashy and there was only enough cutlery, seating etc for 5 people. The cooker doesn’t work properly, it’s missing a button. It was just a bit rough around the edges, it was lived in would be how I describe it but served a purpose.
