• Rosemary (10/5): Cosy, Calm and Perfectly Located - My stay at Zenscape Oasis was absolutely delightful. The house is beautifully well lit, cosy, incredibly tranquil - the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease. It's location is a major plus, making it easy to access virtually everything one might need. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night. I stayed here specifically to catch a morning morning at Kisumu Airport, and it worked perfectly for that purpose. A special mention goes to James, the host. Despite my arrival being past midnight, he was remarkably responsive, helpful and reassuring, promptly answering my queries and making the late check-in stress-free. That level of attentiveness truly makes a difference. Overall, Zenscape Oasis offers comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kisumu whether for a short stopover or a longer stay. The mosquito net was not hanged - though I wasn't bitten by a mosquito!

• Thomas (4/5): Disappointing and wouldn't stay again - The host was responsive and the shower had great pressure. The car parking and property is secure with many guards on duty day and night. The facilities did not match what was included. Apparently there was air conditioning (it was a fan that did little to keep the heat at bay and took 10 minutes to start working) Only one towel was provided. Apparently the apartment has a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine (never found it), there was also no toilet roll provided when it says there will be. There was a TV though it was not linked to any streaming services like it suggested and it wasn't even possible to find any normal TV channels as there was no ariel plugged in. No mosquito net on the bed but there was a rail and sound proofing is a joke when the wind howls through the building. I feel the host has clicked every available option but didn't bother to actually include any of the items so be warned when staying here to expext only a small amount of what is listed.

The extra hour provided for checking out also really helps Nothing really. I would stay at the facility again next time I am in Kisumu for work

• Michael (9/5): Great local high rise living experience. - Pictures match 100%. the apartment is in Makasembo estate, not airport. they recently changed the location. everything was great. mostly the apartment had everything you need. electricity cut out but was sorted quickly. Thanks to James for the Hospitality. He even gave me a luo name haha. Otieno. Safety was top notch, and enough space to walk around even inside the compound.

• Vincent Kiplagat (8/5): A peaceful stay with good amenities, but a few inconveniences and charges outside the app. - I loved the spaciousness, the quiet and secure environment. The compound had a great outdoor area, well-equipped kitchenware, and reliable Wi-Fi. The fan wasn’t working, and the bedroom lights kept flickering on and off. I also didn’t like that I was charged extra compared to the price stated on the app
