• Lars (8/5): Entspannte Zeit in Kroatien. - Das Haus mit vier Ferienwohnungen liegt in Senj an der letzten Strasse oben. Der Besitzer wohnt mit im Haus, ist aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Küchen / Wohnraum und ein Flur und Bad. Es gibt EINE Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die Fenster (nicht die Türen zum Balkon ) hatten Fliegengitter. Die Küche hatte eine KühlGefrierkombi, eine Kochstelle mit zwei Heizstellen, Einen Geschirrspüler , Mikrowelle, Filterkaffemaschine. Es gab im Bad eine Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer hatten einen Plasma Fernseher, Ledersofa, Tisch mit vier Stühlen und ein paar Schränke. Der Balkon hatte auch vier Stühle, einen kleinen Tisch und einen sehr stabilen Wäscheständer. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer, sind ok, leider war es nicht möglich, die Kleider aufzuhängen , da immer ein Brett in der Mitte war. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer war der Schrank viel zu klein . Super war: * sehr sauber, kostenlose Wäschetausch bei längerem Aufenthalt nach Bedarf * Verbrauchsmaterialien (Toilettenpapier, Tabs für Waschmaschine / Geschirrspüler, Spülmittel, Salz und Pfeffer. Kaffefilter) waren ausreichend für den Aufenthalt vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wahrschenilcih häte man mehr bekommen, wenn man gewollt hätte * Vermieter einfach per WhatsApp fragen , wenn man was wollte * Kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus * Wohnung gross genug * Man kann alles den Vermieter fragen und bekommt auch gute Empfehlungen zum Strand / Restaurants ... Verbesserungswürdig: * mehr Ausstattung in der Küche (Teller, Besteck, Gläser, noch ein kleiner Topf) , damit man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anmachen muss * fehlende Artikel, ( Sieb, Schäler, Salatschüssel) * Die Wohnung etwas gemütlicher einrichten * Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern Vom Balkon hat man eine sehr schöne Sicht auf das mehr und die Insel Krk. Zum Strand runter sind es ca 300 Stufen. Man kann in die Stadt laufen. Zwei Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Stadt. Paar Kleinigkeiten, siehe Bericht davor

• Mario (10/5): Het was super fijn!👍🏼👍🏼 - De host is erg vriendelijk,reageerde ook gelijk via app als je vragen of dergelijke hebt.Je kan gewoon in Nederlands appen.De accommodatie lijkt vrij recent nieuw,alles super schoon! Fijne bedden,grote tv en wasmachine en vaatwasser magnetron,kookplaat en broodrooster aanwezig! Airco in woonkamer en slaapkamer! Echt een super mooi en fijn appartement! Vlakbij de zee met winkels en terrassen.👍🏼👍🏼 Ik miste in de douche een douchestang waar je de douchekop aan kan ophangen,zodat je eronder kunt staan,nu is het gewoon een handdouche. Verder is alles naar behoren en fijn schoon!

• Sandra (10/5): Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić to miejsce. - Polecam! Apartament czysty, zadbany, w środku wszystko czego potrzeba. Widok na morze, klimatyzacja, rolety przyciemniające. Świetna lokalizacja, bo nie w samym centrum, dzięki czemu wieczory są spokojne i można się relaksować na balkonie. Do centrum zaś jakieś 10 minut pieszo. Jedyny minus (ale nie wpływa to na ogólną ocenę) to bardzo dużo schodów aby dojść na plażę 😂 trzeba się nastawić na sporo chodzenia, zwłaszcza powroty po całym dniu szaleństwa były wyczerpujące. Ale to szczegół, cała reszta i tak zaważyła na ostatecznej ocenie.
• Magdalena (10/5): Bestes Apartment in Senj - Weiße Bettwäsche mit Matratzenschoner Top! Das ist das einzige Apartment in Senj, das meinen Vorstellungen entspricht. Sehr sauber. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, alles von sehr guter Qualität. Aber das wichtigste: Weiße gebügelte hygienische Bettwäsche. SEHR GUT. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Kühlschrank war sehr sauber, genauso wie der Ofen. Die Handtücher, die ebenfalls weiß sind, auch sehr sauber. Hohe Qualität. Die Waschmaschine war neuwertig und hat funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist auch neuwertig und sehr sauber. Die Holzsessel am Balkon sind nicht so für meinen Rücken geeignet, da sie sehr hart sind. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas anstrengend durch die Treppen. Für die Kinder war es okay. Aber das Apartment ist es trotzdem wert zu buchen. IMMER WIEDER GERNE.

• Zoltán (10/5): Gyönyörű panoráma - Gyönyörű panoráma! A legfelső szinten levő apartmant béreltük. 2 terasz is a rendelkezésünkre állt. Az egyik a hálószobából közelíthető meg, a másik ugyan "csak" az aparman bejáratánál, a folyosóról, de azt csak mi használtuk. Személyes kulcsátadás volt érkezéskor, körbemutatta Stan az apartmant, köszönet érte!Jól felszerelt konyha (pl. :csöpögtetős kv főző, mikro, kenyérpirító), tisztaság, működő klíma várt. Az aparmanház előtt sajat parkoló van. A ház elhelyezkedése számunkra abszolut megfelelő volt. A belváros kocsival kb 3-5 perc. A Plodine, Spar szintén. Jó lett volna az ágyak mellett éjjeliszekrény, lámpa. De lehet ezek nélkül nyaralni.🤓

Strand ist eine Mischung aus großen Kies, Felsen und Beton. Direkter Weg zum Strand über steile Treppen ca 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

• Anett (10/5): Kényelmes, praktikus modern apartman - Csodás apartman, modern és esztétikus. Kilátás kielégítő. Minden megvolt amire szükségünk volt. Az ágy annyira kenyelmes volt hogy legszivesebben hazahoztam volna 😄 A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt és bemutatta az apartmant erkezeskor. Figyelembe vette a korábbi kérdéseiket. Az utca elég szűk, de van saját parkoló minden apartmanhoz, azonban elég kevés a hely egy nagyobb autónak. Sajnos rá is nyitottak az ajtót a kocsinkra, 2 hónapos auto már sérült lett. (Szabalyosan vonal között álltam meg) Ami még kicsit zavaró volt, hogy a fő bejárat mellett volt a szobánk ablaka és az éjjel érkezők nagyon hangosak voltak nyitott ablaknal. (Első emeleten voltunk)

The surrounding area of the apartment is quiet during the evening and night. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset/sunrise. The walk to the beach and back is a bit challenging on the stairs. Wifi in the accommodation is fine, but sometimes it stops working for a while.
