• Martmarie (6/5): - Safe parking. Comfortable matttress. Proximity to highway and Mall. This place is in need of a paint job and a good clean-cobwebs at windows and corners.. It smells musty. Will be good if there was a bottle or 2 of fresh water to use,seeing Worcester had no water supply. Had to buy own water to flush the toilets. It is an affordable option to stay for 1 night, but overall cleanliness is priceless for any property, regardless of price per night.

Next time, we’ll definitely stay an extra day or two! Everything was incredibly comfortable, and the host was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. N/A

The air conditioning doesn’t work—I was freezing. The doors are swollen and won’t close properly, and the bathroom door closes on the opposite side from the toilet. The host did recommend some good places to eat, but I wouldn’t repeat the experience.

Additional amenities provided well exceed those of similarly priced rooms. The shower drain is slightly blocked resulting in the shower floor being dirty from soap from previous users.

Ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sorgfältig geputzt und der Vorplatz ist voll Zigarettenstummel und stinkt, es lädt nicht wirklich zum verweilen ein. Küche ist nicht vorhanden, auch kein Airfryer - nur eine Mikrowelle. Alles in allem lässt sich sagen, man kriegt was man zahlt.

Only one knife for eating for two people. The crockery was dirty. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. Cockroaches were running in the unit.

• Rae (1/5): Horrible. - I got refunded for one night but only after I kept messaging. The shower grate was broken. the shower water pooled and leaks into the bathroom. Speaking to the owner was a disaster, he didn't have another room to house us because he overbooked. He wanted to throw drain cleaner in the shower while we were staying there as guests. I have a 10month old daughter and I came from hospital after surgery. He argued that he doesn't do inspections before guests arrive, only the cleaners do the cleaning. When I raised concerns, he magically showed up while my parter and baby were in the room, seemingly to argue with him too. He called us unreasonable because we said it was unacceptable to do maintenance while we are staying there. He argued and has very little empathy or manners in how he talks to guests. I have family who also run guest-homes and know that this is unprofessional. He promised our reimbursement after we left but only after he came from site work, absolutely unkind to the fact that we needed to book alternative accommodation after being treated horribly by him. Absolutely disgusting the way we were treated.

• Demas (3/5): - It was a nice area to stay in. The pictures on the site seemed a little bit bigger. In person the unit is actually very small. Ants was walking all over our food that we placed on the kitchen counter. So we had to discard it unfortunately. Very limited amount of cutlery. A welcome by the host would not have been bad. We just received instructions over the phone of how to get the keys. That conversation was so cold it was almost like the person was not in the mood or to busy with other things to attend to the guest. A welcome to a place I've never visited before would have just made the experience better due to the owners giving their guest the satisfaction if they need anything they can just give them a call. The experience lacked warmth if I can put it in a nutshell.

• Mkcloete305 (5/5): Unit 3 requires a thorough clean - The unit was okay I guess .The aircon was worth the stay even though it was just felt in the room. I am unsure if the unit was cleaned properly before my stay. The floor was clean however, dirty hand marks were visible on the walls as you enter the room,kitchen and bathroom door. There is no stove or airfryer avaliable and the microwave had spilt milk on the plate. The couch was comfortable however, it too was dirty with alot of wear and tear. A simple suggestion would be to place a throw on the couch. The bathroom had spider webs in the corner of the toilet and roof.
