- Kirkpatrick (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The TV didnt work.
- Sherri (7/5): Loved location and the view but would be reluctant to stay here again - Location and fabulous view!! Needs lots of TLC Very outdated. Needs lots of general maintenance!! Patio door handles broke. Kitchen floor tile’s cracked in lots of spots. Couch was dirty and looked like had been snagged by a pet.
- Sharon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Darrin (5/5): The view was beautiful. However the cabin needs some updating for sure - It was some what private. The few was beautiful VERY outdated . Sliding glass door was broken . Good just some TLC
- Becky (9/5): Superb - The scenery was great. Seen a bear while we were there. Quiet mornings on the deck with coffee. Beds were very comfortable. No wifi, but it was very nice to go without a phone for a while
- Helms (8/5): Beautiful View - The view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. It was secluded yet close to the Pigeon Forge city limits. There was a problem with the key code when we first arrived, but the staff member I talked to on the phone was very friendly and was able to resolve it immediately. There was a little bit of a musty smell in the living area. The hot tub was very small.
- Marc (9/5): Superb -
- Drury (10/5): Time spent at Mountain Ridge - I liked the privacy, the spacious area and most of all the beautiful scenery. Not used to climbing up mountains, I live in a flat area. After a few times I was more comfortable. That's what I came for to see the mountains. Beautiful.
- Gary (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - Loved the view! The cabin was very cozy and beds were very comfortable. This was our honeymoon and we enjoyed our stay very much! 😊 The shower doors needed a little work or replaced.
- Joe (5/5): I expected a cabin, not a city style home -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cox (10/5): Exceptional - The secluded but close location
- Shipps (8/5): Very good - The water pressure in showers was weak and hot tub jets didn’t work
- Mark (7/5): The location was good and the ac worked good and we slept good - Lighting in rooms was poor ,smell was musky in cabin, needs some better towels, hottub was 107 degrees. , to hot. Doors had 2×4 s for the locks.
- James (8/5): Overall good place to stay. - Definitely off the grid yet still close to everything. The view was amazing. Lots of wild life in the area. We enjoyed our time in the area. The outside of the building is a little dated. There were critters (Racoons by the sound of it.) in the wall making noise at night.
- Morghann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (6/5): Great view and location with quite a bit of maintenance problems. - Exceptional views and location. Quite a bit of supplies and appliances provided for the stay. Very quiet to the point of just nature sounds. General warming and home feel. Very rough driveway entry along with overgrown grass that is feet tall. Water pressure and flow inconsistent. Water stopped flowing altogether at one point. Hand railing on interior stairs very loose. Electrical outlet sockets are very loose and recessed below the wall plate on some outlets, to the point no plug devices would stay. Kitchen light switches make arcing noise at times during transition from off to on. Trash, debris and no long used structural support just laying around the area. Holes in the siding and housing structure that allow animals entry to walls.
- David (10/5): Will definitely reuse this company - The entire experience was wonderful
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Slone (8/5): Very good -
