- Khaled Rumman (1/5): سيه جدا لا انصح أبدا التعامل معهم - لقدحجزت غرفه في أجنحه كريستال وعندما جاءت قالالشخص المختص بان غرفتك قد اجرت لشخص آخر ولذلك نحولك إلى فندق كريستال التابع لهم ايضاً وهذا قمه عدم المصداقيه وعدم الالتزام لا يستحق التعامل معهم نهائياً

- Ash N (4/5): Bad experience - I was around 12 PM instead of 1 PM. The furniture is old and heavily worn. Some electrical cables in the room were left exposed, which felt unsafe. The breakfast was very poor in quality and selection. During check-in, the staff member was distracted, having a personal conversation with a friend instead of focusing on guests. The key card failed twice, and on one occasion the security alarm was triggered. I had to return to the front desk two separate times to resolve the issue because the staff member was not attentive. Me and the room next to me are separated by a door and I had to endorse their noise the whole day and night. Additionally, the TV did not work, and the room phone was also out of order. This was my second stay at the hotel. My first visit was good, but the service and overall quality have clearly declined. What concerns me most is that I noticed multiple guests being asked to pay extra Jordanian Dinars at checkout. I had already made my reservation through Booking.com and paid at the front desk before checking in, so this raised serious concerns. It made me question whether this practice is legitimate or if something inappropriate is happening.

- Mohamed (7/5): استقبال رائع ترحاب و ابتسامة والخدمة جيدة اتمني ان نكون افضل شكرا - موظفين الاستقبال ودودين ومبتسمين وكذلك العاملين بالمطعم تيست الاكل ممتاز ودي مش اول مرة انزل في الفندق و مش هاتكون اخر مرة لكن زيارتي السابقة في ٢٠٢٤ كانت افضل من الاخيرة حمام الغرفة كان سئ جدا و الاجهزة تحتاج الي صيانه و خاصة الثلاجة كان صوتها مزعج جدا ، خدمة العرف لازم تكون احسن من كدة و كمان طعام الافطار كان محدود في الاصناف
- hf (7/5): - Breakfast was good and the staff is friendly. The furniture in the rooms is nice. The rooms were so dirty that we suspected that the sheets had not been changed at all. When I asked for them to change my sheets, they promised to do so, but the next day they just stretched them. The floor had not been mopped and was full of dust. The bathroom was relatively clean. The sofa covers were stained. The receptionist told us that he would provide us with a transfer from the airport for 35 JOD and when we agreed, he said that it would still cost 50 JOD.
