Chiara (5/5): No me quedaría nuevamente. - La habitación limpia, fresca y cómoda y esta ubicado cerca d e todo. Siento que la salida es demasiado temprado, a las 11 am y te cobran. Como si fuera un hotel, el personal no está para recibir tus llaves a la hora que deseas salir y te envían unos pasos para poder dejar llaves etc que no era tan fácil aunque parecía que si y cada vez que sales de tu habitación está bien cerrarla pero en el área de recepción también tenias que estar cerrando y abriendo cuando eso debe ser trabajo de la administración.

Beate (5/5): Hat Potential, kann man was draus machen - Es kam sehr viel Wasser aus der Dusche und dem Wasserhahn, perfekt. Gute Lage, leicht ausserhalb der Stadt. Dass die a/c auf Schlafmodus zu stellen war. Beim persönlichen (späteren) Check-in war man sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Google translater erforderlich. Sauberkeit. Umständliche, unpersönliche Eincheck-Prozedur im self-service. Unflexibel, da wir draussen 3 Stunden mit vollem Gepäck in der Hitze aufs Einchecken warten sollten. Wenigstens Gepäckverwahrung für die großen Rucksäcke hätte möglich sein sollen. Inneneinrichtung schien selbst gebastelt und war nicht stabil. Keine Möglichkeit im Bad die Handtücher oder sonst was aufzuhängen. ( Keine Haken oder Regale.) Kommunikation auf spanisch (das ich nur rudimentär spreche).
Quetzaliris (4/5): - Necesitan una sala de espera mejor acondicionada para para que los huéspedes puedan esperar a realizar el check-in. A su vez, el personal debe mejorar su atención, ya que aumentaron el costo en las habitaciones, pero desmejoraron el servicio.

Lara (9/5): Gute Wahl in Chitré - Eine sehr gute und preiswerte Wahl in Chitré. Grosszügiges und praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Bad. Gemütliche Outdoor Küche. Alles super sauber. Abends (vorallem Wochenende) kann es ganz schön laut sein. Die Wände sind dünn und einige Bars sehr nahe.

Ralph (9/5): Superb - Really nice welcome and friendly family. The central location is great. Bus station is 15 minute walk away, supermarket and restaurants Within 5 minutes walk. Also recommend Bar 19 October just around the corner. Room had very comfortable beds and a good tv with Netflix access. For the price and location I can't fault it. No fault of the hostal but there was a power cut which affected the whole town on the morning I left including the shopping mall and bus station.
Donna (6/5): Pleasant - It was my error in booking. Upon arriving I discovered t was a "hostel" and NOT a "hotel". We did get a room with multiple beds and a private bath. That was the good part. Beds were uncomfortable and there was nothing nearby except a coffee shop a block away.
Swen (2/5): Think twice before you stay here. - I was allowed to check in earlier and the room and bathroom was very clean. I booked a room with aircon and garden view so that I would have relative surety that the room would have a window to let in fresh air. But my room had no windows, not even in the bathroom. The person at reception could not offer me the correct room and just said that it must be an error on Booking.com. Then the room had very poor noise insulation and people next door had a loud conversation and banging doors until 01h30 in the morning. So to come back to basics: The establishment is selling the guest a place to shower and to sleep, and the guest trades 40.00 for a promise. But then the promise is broken. Where does it leave the guest?
