- Cosmina (8/5): Very good - The place is nice, quite, birds singing, very few guests. Transit place it seemed, met our expectations as we stopped just for a night. Limited breakfast- just eggs( 2-3 types). Staff not speaking English.

- Balev (6/5): Not recommended for international tourists. But for one night stay it is OK. - Everything looked like new, high quality carpet and tiles, so the room was OK. Large yard, possibility to eat in the restaurant. The bathroom was large (it seemed to be even larger, than the rest of the room) Air-conditioning, WIFI and TV worked well. The basic, most important things, were OK. But the price/quality ratio is not good. There is no housekeeping. We stayed almost a week there, no cleaning at all. Even if you would like to take out your garbage, there is no visible sign where you can leave it. Some other tourists left their garbage at the entrance of the restaurant, probably as protest gesture. I consider that 50ml shampoo/soap for a week is not enough even for the less exigent tourists. If you want to take a shower, there are no shelves/ hooks inside so you should keep your soap, shampoo in your hands or at the floor. We did not succeed to find a staff member with English, French or German language knowledge. Not a single sentence or word in other than Slovak language in the room or lobby, not even the menu in the restaurant (they are located aprox. 1 hour driving distance from 4 countries) They are definitively not ready to international tourism, actually they are probably not ready yet for any kind of tourism. It is a typical example when you invest a huge amount of money, and you fail because few small things and/or because of the lack of proper human resources or the business specific knowledge.

- Norbert (9/5): It was a pleasant place to stay overall. - The take away breakfast was okay, and also the buffet breakfast was okay, however when we wanted to order a coffee the waitress disappeared so we couldn't have a coffee. She couldn't be found in the restaurant for 20minutes. Also they are not really able to understand and speak English. The bed should have been more comfortable and the staff should be able to speak English a bit.
