• Nachoms7 (8/5): - La limpieza y que todo era bastante nuevo. Localizado en una zona tranquila, pero cerca del bullicio de shinjuku. Poco espacio para 3 personas. Llega a ser un poco incomoso moverse. La cama es doble, y si mo vas con pareja, te toca compartir cama.

• 美優 (9/5): おしゃれで綺麗好きな友達の家にお邪魔する感覚。布団はそりゃ使い回しだよね。 - チェックアウトとチェックインがタブレットでアパートなのに鍵を受け取る手間がなかった。QRをかざすだけでよかった。新しい。静か。国立競技場からアクセス良好。連絡もスムーズ。おしゃれ。 布団が使いまわされてる感。毛布のようなものは洗わずかな？掛け布団はシーツもついておらず。。。

• shoham (3/5): Over priced - in this rate it’s better to take a hotel with complete service, lauggage storage, fresh towels etc - Great location in the middle of everything but still quiet The place was not clean when we came in - and even after they cleaned again - was still full of hair - nothing I’ve seen in Japanese standards Bad moldy air from the shower because of poor ventilation Bad drainage from the shower sink and sewer smell - we addressed it with with the staff but the problem consisted Not comfortable bed - and like with all amenities- looks like opted for the simplest cheapest options No elevator- not sure it was mentioned
• lautaro (7/5): Good - The apartment has everything you need and is super comfortable. It’s close to the train station. The check-in process is quite tedious. I had already read about it in other reviews. We decided to do an early check-in and were charged 1,000 yen for each hour, while in other places in Japan we were never charged anything. When it was time to enter the room, the code they gave us didn’t work. It took them half an hour to provide us with an alternative code, and they didn’t refund any of the money we paid for the early check-in.

• Nuria (10/5): muy buena estancia - Estaba super bien situado, en un barrio familiar. La líneas de metro quedaban a 10 minutos andando en la calle principal. El convini a 5 minutos andando. Tuve un problema con mi maleta y tenía que tirarla, al ser un objeto grande es complicado para turistas rellenar todo el proceso de recogida. Me puse en contacto con ellos a través de Booking y me ayudaron super bien y super fácil. Estoy agradecida de que me ayudaran con la maleta la verdad. Teníamos lavadora y con chat gpt la pusimos super fácil jajahjaja Por cierto las fotos iguales al sitio, estaba todo super nuevo no tiene ascensor y si vas con maletas grandes puede ser complicado, pero entre dos las bajamos muy bien
• Tali (10/5): - דירה מאובזרת מאוד ובמיקום נוח. לא חסר לנו בה כלום, והיא קרובה לאזורים מרכזיים מאוד. היינו 3 והיה לנו נוח. יש תחנת שילוח מזוודות של yamato ממש קרוב, הלכנו ישירות אליהם והם טיפלו בהכל! מדרגות תלולות בבניין שעלולות להקשות על הרבה אנשים. תהליך צ'ק אין שלוקח 10 דקות גם אם כבר עשיתם צ'ק אין מוקדם. אישית קצת הסתבכנו בכניסה אבל בסוף הדירה היתה שווה את זה.
• Amy (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a warm, cosy and modern apartment. - The location is good. Yotsuya Shanchome is close enough to the busy areas of Tokyo central (e.g. Shinjuku, Shibuya) but far enough away that you get to escape the busy areas when you’ve had enough of the crowds. It’s ideal for a couple but I wouldn’t recommend anymore than 3 adults. I’d also recommend packing as light as possible (avoid large luggage bags if you can) but that’s more a general comment. We fit two large luggage bags in the closet easy enough (stacked).

• Katarzyna (4/5): Not recommended for people with big luggage and groups of more than 2 persons. - Flat was clean and well designed. I don't like the fact that there was no information about lack of an elevator, but the most sad and unpleasant thing was that for the third person bed was not prepared, and the sheet was not unfresh and smelled like sweaty feet :( also the ventilation in the bathroom is very loud

• Heinz (9/5): Ingesamt war es ein tolles Apartment zu einem guten Preis. - Sehr sauber. Gute Lage und bequemes Bett. Es gibt keinen Lift und keine Garderobenhaken. Wir haben das Sofa für unsere aufgeklappten Koffer verwendet.

• Elvira (10/5): - Clean, new room, cozy. Everything is great. 1. We had to register at the entrance, even though I had already registered online. 2. The smart toilet didn't work, only the flush button worked. 3. We haven't figured out the garbage separation system, if the owner wanted us to separate the garbage, more bins are needed. This garbage instruction should be placed in the room, we can't check the house rules online all the time.

Grazie! - Pulizia ottima, casa fornita di tutti i servizi, comodità del letto, arredamento moderno e confortevole, quartiere tranquillo e non affollato Check in complesso, oltre a inserire tutti i dati prima di arrivare all’alloggio abbiamo dovuto fare una videochiamata con una operatrice. La posizione della casa è a due fermate di metropolitana da Shinjuku
• Cristina (9/5): - La ubicación es muy buena en un barrio tranquilo y bonito , pero a 3 paradas de metro de Shinjuku con la línea Marunouchi, que también te lleva directo a la estación central de Tokio. El apartamento está bien equipado y la cama es cómoda. Bien aislado de ruidos. La mesa de comer se movía muchísimo y había olor a humedad pero el balance es positivo.

• Joanne (8/5): Lovely modern and clean Apartment - Great little apartment central to Shinjuku and very modern. The bed was comfortable and son was happy to sleep on the sofa bed. Easy access to the tube stations and some good local restaurants The checkin was a bit long winded when I thought I had supplied a lot of the information in the forms I had filled out beforehand
