• Naomi (10/5): Great stay, would recommend! - Very clean, excellent location, great facilities! Very handy having a private car park too! The only fault I could say would be that it would have been helpful for there to be shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. You usually get these in hotels/apartments so we never took them. It wasn’t a problem as there is a Tesco 2 seconds up the road but if I had to chose something I didn’t like, this would be it.

• Graham (10/5): - Everything was fantastic at Cheltenham Two. Apartment was beautifully decorated with everything you would need. Location was as close as you could be to centre of town, with the massive added bonus of parking. Clutching at straws but the only downside was the stairs. Not an issue at all for us but could be for some guests.

• Lauren (10/5): Perfect and stylish apartment - The property was immaculate, clean, stylish and very well equipped. The location was perfect and it came with a free parking space. It was perfect. Will only mention that one of the lights flickers in the lounge so might need the bulb changing. But honestly perfect!

• Penny (10/5): 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - A superb location just a few minutes walk from the centre. The apartment was easy to find using my satnav and clear instructions were provided by the owner regarding the free parking spot and how to gain entry into the building then to access the key to the apartment. The apartment was finished and furnished to a high standard and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and both bathrooms were again very clean with fluffy white towels and bath mats. The wall panel heaters were easy to adjust if you needed to increase or decrease the temperature in each room. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and would 100% recommend the apartment! Nothing!

This was only a personal thing as I should have checked, but there were two flights of stairs up to the apartment, including some steps outside, and we had a buggy!

• Katrina (9/5): - We loved the apartment, it was really clean, modern, in a great location and has parking. The kitchen was well equipped, the heating worked well and the beds were comfortable. The added bonus of good size TV's in each room was ideal for us, especially as the weather in the evenings was not the best. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊 Our only two small gripes were that there was no shelf in the main bathroom to put washbag etc and we found the sofa uncomfortable (that is probably a personal thing).

Beds very comfortable and there was sufficiant cutlery and crockery for us (we were two persons). Property is on a main road which can be a bit noisy especially in the morning when the bins were being emptied. Also lockbox was quite hich on wall so not easy to see numbers when you are short :-)

• Alison (10/5): Beautiful stay in Harrogate, perfect location for apartment - Location to central Harrogate was amazing for this property and to have parking for one car also a bonus. Will definitely book this apartment again. Ha 2 flights of stairs but hey ho it’s a 2nd floor apartment. Both bedrooms could have been en-suite. No need for separate bathroom.

• Davis (8/5): Bright and cheerful apartment in the heart of Harrogate. - Beautifully furnished and equipped. Extremely convenient and central yet nice and quiet. Good to have a parking place. The two flights of stairs were challenging when carrying luggage and tiring at the end of a day out. We did have a problem finding the property as it was tucked away off the street.

• Helen (8/5): Central, comfortable stay in a high quality apartment. - Great location and clean comfortable apartment just like the pictures. Car parking was also easy in the designated space. We didn’t realise just how popular the road is for going out to eat and drink. It is super convenient but meant we were disturbed through the night by people shouting, singing etc on their way home. Our fault for not working this out and being a bit quiet and boring ourselves!

The only issue we had was finding the property using postcode in satnav. Found it after asking in a local business. Having said that, we didn’t try the what3words which in hindsight may have been a better option.

The location was perfect, apartment fully-equipped and very clean. Communications ahead of our stay were accurate and clear. We wouldn’t hesitate booking again when we are next in Harrogate. However, the settee was hard to sit on Bed was very comfortable Great location if you want to in the town centre Every single cup (6) had several stained rings of previous contents Plates, Knives, forks & oven tin we had to wash before using A thick black hair approx 3 inches long in the inner side of sink in a bathroom The host has been advised, photos sent, apology provided - to be quite honest I think we should have been offered a credit of the payment provided due to the circumstances…. Water was running cold after 1/3 of bath full - we hadn’t used hot water for approx 2 hrs previous to this (running water into the sink to wash up). Took over an hour to warm up again! - Contacted the host who advised it would warm up again

Plenty of room for a group of friends of two couples. Host was very helpful with clear instructions for check in and check out. On top floor of house so two steep flights of stairs but this did not detract from it being such a lovely apartment.

Lack of instruction how to operate the bollard to access parking space - The welcome text had said how to access the key to bollard but the key was damaged. Call to ask for assistance went to answerphone. Similarly the instructions how to turn on bathroom heating did not match the controls we found.

Woken by sounds of arguments outside both nights. Heating controls a mystery. V cold on arrival, be good if host could set to warm the place for arrival.
