Nigdzie nie było napisane że kuchnia jest w wspólnej części. Wyposażenie kuchnia tragiczne, chcieliśmy zrobić sobie śniadanie ale patelnia jest tak zepsuta że nic nie dało się zrobić. Mieliśmy pokój 4 osobowy i na piętrze były 2 osobne łóżka a właściwie to tapczan i stojak z materacem. Jest to duży minus. Straszniejsze cienkie ściany, było w pokoju słuchaj jeżdżąca winde. W obiekcie śmierdzi.

• Senkovic (2/5): Lo barato termina saliendo caro. No recomiendo para nada este lugar. - Solo la ubicación. Bastante sucio todo, la ducha funcionaba mal y estaba súper sucia y con cal. La bacha del baño estaba tapada y tardaba en drenar el agua. No había shampoo, solo un jabón líquido. Las toallas feas y muy rotas. En la habitación no había ni un velador, ni una silla para sentarse, ni tampoco un pequeño cesto de basura. La “residencia” se comparte entre 3 habitaciones, en nuestro caso el baño separado de la habitación, realmente muy incómodo y eso no figura en ningún lado del aviso. Podría seguir con cosas negativas pero no recomiendo este lugar.

• Méline (1/5): Nous n’avons pas dormi dans ce logement insalubre. - Nous sommes arrivés et la chambre n’avais pas été nettoyé. C’était sale, il y avais encore les serviette et le lit défait de la personne d’avant. La salle de bain n’en parlons pas, pas nettoyer non plus et pas vraiment privée comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Nous sommes partis juste après et nous avons du trouver un hôtel en urgence. L’appartement était très difficile à trouvé avec aucune information. L’hôte a été très désagréable. A FUIR !!!!!! TOUT !!!

Le code de la porte ne fonctionnait pas .Des gens de la résidence nous ont ouvert . Reçu un mail en arrivant comme si mon séjour était fini. Pas de papier toilette .On nous dit d’aller en acheter et de laisser ticket . A 20h c'est un peu tard. Nous revenons a 22h noys en trouvons sur la poignée dans un sac poubelle. Des traces de moustiques écrasés partout sur les murs , de la poussière sous le lit , lampe dégradée, impossible le d’ouvrir le velux. Lavabo qui ne s’évacue pas . Matelas de très mauvaise qualité très mou et tâché , oreiller trop gonflé impossible de dormir. Papier par terre en arrivant . Un verre dans l’évier. Terrasse inondée . Avec mobilier vétuste dessus . Canapé taché. Sol et plinthes sales . Et pour finir on nous dit de laisser 12e pour deux sur la table en partant et d’envoyer une photo. Alors que sur le site booking il était précisé que rien d’autre à régler. Voilà très mauvaise nuit... très déçus 😞 Nous avions logé auparavant 3 nuits au relais Stibbert fabuleux avec très bon rapport qualité prix . Voir réponse ci-dessus Très mauvaise couchage taché et mou. Dur le site on vous présente comme lit King size.. Mauvais oreillers . De la poussière partout sous le lit . Lampe vétuste. Lavabo bouché. Pas de papier toilette en arrivant .On nous dit d’aller en acheter puis on nous en laisse dans un sac poubelle.Les murs couverts de traces de moustiques écrasés. Velux impossible à ouvrir. Mauvais code de la porte . Impossible d’entrer. Aucun accueil sur le lieu ...terrasse inondée. Mobilier vétuste et taché...Très déçue😞

We also appreciated having a microwave and kettle in the spacious (shared) kitchen. The host was rather curt but he always responded immediately and was helpful. The walls are also a bit thin.

Hanno accettato un’ora di posticipo check out. Aria condizionata (calda) non funzionante, carta igienica richiesta e non pervenuta (quella trovata era gia usata), finestra del bagno senza privacy (no tenda/no serranda) con parcheggio frequentato e hotel di fronte a vista. 4 codici per entrare in una stanza diventano davvero troppi.

One couple was sleeping in the kitchen because they didn't have their room number and key lockbox code. And, I suppose the local tax fee should be included to avoid leaving cash at the place.

Prezzo del parcheggio elevato, dato che neanche il personale sapeva dove farci parcheggiare. Ci avevano dato il parcheggio 45, peccato fosse occupato. Chiamo e chiedo:”parcheggi pure nel 43”. Parcheggio nel 43. Dopo 20 minuti mi richiama dicendo “Ho sbagliato, era 46”… Non ho veramente parole per la polvere che era presente. Wc sporco… !!!

However, there was a serious issue with the downstairs bathroom, as water leaked into the living area and toilet when used. We had to clean and dry the area ourselves to avoid damage. Overall, this issue affected the comfort of our stay. Additionally,although it was stated that all charges and taxes were included, the host requested an extra €6 per person on arrival. Overall, these issues made the experience less satisfactory.

• Greta (9/5): Soggiorno accogliente! - La zona è molto centrale e facilmente raggiungibile, la camera è in un appartamento condiviso molto spazioso, forse un po’ piccola per tre persone, ma pulita e ordinata, con bagno ben tenuto e anche un terrazzino. L’host gentilissimo, molto disponibile, ha risposto a ogni nostra esigenza in pochissimo tempo e si è mostrato attento e flessibile! Camera un po’ piccola per tre persone

Quarto com cheiro a bolor intenso e cheio de mosquitos quando chegámos. Ar condicionado avariado e sem arranjo numa estadia de 3 dias
