• Iga (9/5): Niewielki pokój blisko centrum, łatwy dostęp - Lokalizacja obiektu na plus, blisko głównych ulic z restauracjami i kawiarniami. Sam pokój był bardzo mały, znajdował się na wysokim parterze, a okno było od strony ulicy, przez co było dość głośno. W pobliżu znajdują się tylko płatne parkingi na których ciężko było znaleźć wolne miejsce, lokalizacja zdecydowanie dla osób korzystających z komunikacji publicznej.
• Fernanda (6/5): Practical, clean, impersonal stopover. Ideal if you are hitting the road next day or on your way back before taking flig - Great location! Super close to airport and in a busy area. Easy to visit all landmarks in city by foot and quickly go back to room if you need to rest in between. Ideal as a quick stopover before you continue your trip but would not spend more than a night. Great price value ratio. No check in staff so you need to know where you are going, no one to give you any info. Room is super small and bathroom too. There were two hairdryers and neither of them worked! Our room was on street side and as it’s a ground floor you get a lot of noise from the street and no intimacy.

• Fois (9/5): - Comodissima per la posizione in cui si trova, letto super comodo. Le prese vicino al letto funzionano solo con l'adattatore, mancanza di coperte un po' più pesanti (problema sopperito con il clima).

• Roberto (9/5): - La posizione ovviamente, un bel bagno, il letto comodo e un frigo spazioso. Forse per due persone con la mancanza di un armadio, ci sarebbero problemi per i vestiti ma dipende dalla stagione. In ogni ci si arrangia, non è un problema, anche perché un armadio, potrebbe via spazio, quindi è giusto che siano degli appendini esterni. Poi ho trovato strano che il lenzuolo che stava sul materasso, non avesse gli angoli con l'elastico, quindi di notte praticamente si toglieva tutto.

• Massimo (2/5): Non entrate in quella camera! - Fortuna che la posizione è centrale a Cagliari Non sono stati esauditi i più elementari bisogni: abbiamo chiesto di avere altri cuscini per dormire: negati. Set per lavarsi: inesistente: 2 piccole saponette e solo 2 piccoli bagnoschiuma per 5 notti. Nessun cambio di asciugamani. La pulizia è stata la più scadente che io possa ricordare: nero agli angoli, capelli e sabbia appena entrati. E poi presenza di blatte. Ci è stato detto che in un palazzo antico (sic!) ci possono stare.

• Anna (7/5): Soggiorno discreto, consigliato - Posizione ottima, sia per raggiungere il centro che la stazione ferroviaria. Camera discreta, un po’ cupa e con bagno piccolo ma accogliente, pulita e completa di tutto. La porta del bagno si è bloccata e non si è più riaperta. Contattata la reception, poco dopo è venuta ad aiutarci una ragazza con il tecnico in videochiamata e abbiamo dovuto smontare la serratura. La ragazza è stata deliziosa ma forse alla struttura servirebbe un po’ di manutenzione in più (la sensazione era che fosse già successo altre volte).
• Katrin (8/5): ein toller Urlaub - Die Unterkunft war gleich in der Innenstadt, super zu Fuß zu erreichen, und auch von der Zug Station. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte beim Check in/Check out seine Taschen/Koffer im Büro abstellen lassen. Der einzige Nachteil war das zu kleine Bad und das wackelige Bett. Aber da es nur für 4 Tage waren war es ok.

• Erik (3/5): You don’t want to stay here! - Location - right in the city center. Everythink is walking distance Room is small and dirty! There was dust on the walls (see pics attached), mold in bathroom, bathroom mirror was dirty. TV remote had missing batteries, no one checked the stuff in the room. There was really like basic deficiences which could be easily fixed or replaced. Owner either clean the room just high level or does not care at all… Also parking is a problem! I asked for parking and the owner recommended parking lot next to railway station. (15€per day). But the day rate applies after 24h parking. Therfore, we payed 27€ for night!!! Next day I parked on the street for 7€ (night is free. You pay just for particular hours). I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless the complete reconstruction takes place!
• Francisca (1/5): Really bad experience - La ubicación The walls had fungus, the room didn 't look like in the pictures at all , very small and dark space. The building was very old and very noisy, it doesn't' t feel like you want to stay there. When we asked for the possibility to change room they didn't give us an answer.

• Alena (3/5): Poor - No breakfast included The room is very poor insulated so you hear the entrance door beeing slammed 4 in the morning multiple times and people talking. The room was very dark, no direct sunlight. The Appartement is located in the private house and the neiboughrs were not pleased about the tourists. The street in front is pedestrin lane and you cant park only in the parking ca. 400 m away. It costs us 38 Euros for 1,5 days.

• Eliftace (6/5): Pleasant - the location and building was perfect. the room was not exactly the same as in the photo, there is a damp in the room, no oppurtunity open the window , because of that it is imposible to make it fresh air in the room. because of damp room and bed seems like wet , Air conditoners run as hot all nights during my accommodation.I asked blanked from the staff but never got it..

Disgusting customer service. - The host charged us 30 euros (thats an additional 40 % of what we paid for the entire stay) for a “late check in” that was NOT mentioned anywhere in the booking fees and NO RECEIPT was given for paying this. Have these people ever heard of a security key box for late check ins (i.e 10pm) ?? Any excuse to rip off money from tourists. Shameful.
