• Alexandra (10/5): Totul a fost superb! - Camerele curate și spațioase, în fiecare zi se făcea curățenie. Prosoapele se schimbau o dată la 2 zile, iar lenjeria la 7. Personalul foarte amabil, ne-am simțit foarte bine. Au și parcare, ceea ce ne-a ajutat foarte mult pentru ca aveam închiriată mașină și aveam nevoie. Recomand cu drag.
• Kamila (8/5): Przyjemne studio ale Brak internetu - Studio było wygodne i czyste, w zasadzie do restauracji i centrum tak z 20 min pieszo na plażę też coś ok 15-20 min wolnym krokiem .Dość spokojnie i cicho ,hotel ( studio) w ładnym stylu na terenie było czysto i schludnie ( nie korzystaliśmy z basenu było dość chłodno i wietrznie więc bez oceny basenu - ale było czyszczone praktycznie codziennie z tego co widziałam ) Napewno brak internetu, dostaliśmy dwa razy kody ( podziękowania dla pani pracującej popołudniu była bardzo pomocna , bo pani z rana z recepcji brak jakichkolwiek interwencji ) do internetu ale żadne nie działało więc było zero Wi-Fi na terenie i w pokoju. Druga sprawa to śniadania , bardzo słabe menu 6 śniadań do wyboru ( światowych śniadań np : English, German itp- zdjęcia poniżej ) wiec śniadania słaba opcja. ( Ale kucharz i kelnerka bardzo przyjemni i mili )

I’ve been to this hotel four times now and love it more every time I go. I will not use another hotel whenever I go to Lanzarote ❤️ Nothing negative to comment!

• Agustin Andres (6/5): - La ubicacion estaba buena. En el desayuno tenes 4 opciones. Hubiera preferido desayunar mas ( a modo desayuno libre servicio). En si el desayuno no es malo pero me parece poco. Ademas en regla general me servian menos de lo que mostraron en las fotos de los desayunos. Al llegar a la habitacion habia cabellos en el piso, una lampara no funcionaba y la television no se podia prender/apagar. las primeras noches hizo frio y pedimos colchas/frasadas para cubrirnos y me dijo que no tenian... un poco raro que no tengan...

• Raj (7/5): Nice rooms, nice staff and great quiet location. - Lovely staff, always helping and clean great rooms. Although although there is a steep hill before reaching property (like most others), the location is excellent, and easy cheap taxi to strip. The vicinity itself is great for a short stay. Decent food amd drinks in restaurant also. The insect and bugs around at the time, but its the same for everyone. Also, with rooms lower near the pool, the entry into the room is the patio door itself. So unless you keep curtains closed, you wont have the privacy. I quite liked it though as a solo traveller. Other floors fine.

• Alex (8/5): - Dejligt værelse og fin udsigt efter vi havde byttet rum. Booking.com oplyste forkert omkring værelsets beliggenhed og faciliteter. Personalet på Kikere Studios var yderst hjælpsomme og vi fandt en anden løsning som levede op til det som Booking.com havde annonceret.

• Brandon (8/5): Estancia de paso - Instalaciones exteriores con un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor. La habitación bastante bien cocina bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La limpieza de la piscina se hace por la mañana y termina sobre las 11 am por lo que no se puede aprovechar el último día de estancia para bañarse, también al reservar escogí opción de vistas a la piscina con precio más elevado y al llegar no era la que seleccione. Las habitaciones solo tienen camas separadas

La limpieza de todas las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal tanto en recepción como en el bar, la amplitud de la habitación y la comodidad de la estancia en general. Por poner algo las escaleras hasta la.planta de arriba....pero claro, a alguien tienen que tocarle los apartamentos superiores.

• Marta (5/5): Hay otras opciones mejores por el mismo precio - Personal amable e instalaciones bonitas. El desayuno que viene incluido en el precio está bien. Se observa bastante dejadez en las habitaciones. No tiene más ventilación que la puerta corredera, y esta no tiene ni persiana ni mosquitera, por lo que es imposible dejarla abierta para ventilar por temas de seguridad y evitar insectos. Se nota un olor fuerte a humedad que sale del baño, que está lleno de manchas de moho y juntas negras de la ducha. No creo que tal cantidad de humedad sea ni buena para la salud. Como guinda del pastel nos salió una cucaracha descomunal en plena noche. Deberían controlar mejor el tema de plagas y tapar los conductos de fregadero, lavabo etc por donde suelen salir, ya que he visto varios comentarios de hace años relacionados con este tema. Por suerte solo hemos pasado una noche, ya que para nosotros la limpieza resulta fundamental para poder descansar cómodamente y disfrutar la estancia, que es lo que se espera cuando uno hace una reserva.
• Aitana Belen (8/5): - En todo el día no estuvimos casi en el apartamento ya que salimos, fuimos a cenar y demás pero a la noche cuando nos acostamos encendimos la tele y estaba rota, como que había recibido un golpe (a simple no se veía, se tenía que acercar o encender la tele que se veía blanca con rayas de colores) por el resto el apartamento fabuloso

• Jo (8/5): Great apartment in a great location with fantastic views. - Location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking, it is uphill so you would need to be fit or use taxis. Property was spotless, cleaned everyday, we were there for 11 nights so it did feel a bit tight for space as the week went on but was ok. The Pool area was managed very well and cleaned constantly. Breakfast was great and staff in the dining area were very efficient and friendly. The reception staff were all great, I can’t remember all the names but all very helpful. The apartment was a bit tight for space and not a lot of storage space especially hanging space. Balcony was a good size but could do with some comfier chairs or cuishons for them, other than that it was great and would recommend.

• Cian (8/5): Lovely, quiet stay - The property is a in the perfect location in the old town. 15-20 minute walk to the main strip, so nice quiet area. The pool area is excellent, the bar staff are very sound also. Good food and drinks in the bar. The room was lovely. Nothing, apart from the fact they maybe could have changed the sheets and towels more often.

• Kacper (7/5): Poza usługą sprzątania wszystko ok. - Lokalizacja i śniadania Podczas sprzątania, została zepsuta szklana pamiątka. Nikt nie powiadomił o tym recepcji. A sprawa wyjaśniania trwała do ostatniego dnia. Dodatkowo w dniu zameldowania, apartament nie był w 100% wysprzątany, a mianowicie zostały pominięte miejsca takie jak ubikacja, która była zasyfiona czymś o czym nie chce tu pisać. Apartament w którym zostałem zameldowany nie zgadzał się również ze zdjęciami z oferty. Po zgłoszeniu, nie mieli wolnych pokoi żeby nas przenieść. Budowa domu obok, która zaczyna się o godzinie 7.00 nie pomaga w odpoczynku.

• ALLISON (10/5): Excellent accommodation with very friendly helpful staff - The property was modern and lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and just a nice quiet place to be around to relax . To be honest nothing major at all .We did miss a full length mirror in the room though as only one in the bathroom . Maybe more storage at side of bed or under shelve on opposite wall to keep toiletries etc .

El primer día informamos en recepción que ninguna de las dos lámparas de lectura de las mesillas de noche no funcionaban y no las arreglaron en toda la semana de nuestra estancia. A parte de esto aunque la limpieza es buena, la zona de ducha está instalada de tal manera que las juntas son tan anchas que están negras a pesar de que el hotel está renovado. Deberían utilizar algún producto especial para esas zonas, es una pena que estando recién renovado la ducha se vea negra.

• Amaia (8/5): 4 dias de desconexión - La ubicación es muy buena. Ademas el desayuno que nos hicieron todos los dias estaba buenisimo. Las camas son bastante comodas y el baño también amplio. Por poner alguna pega, la luz de la terraza se queda toda la noche encendida y es bastante molesto si te molesta la luz a la noche.
• Gemma (6/5): Mejorable en varios aspectos - La amabilidad del personal de la cafetería. Fácil aparcamiento, al menos en el mes de marzo. La limpieza es bastante mejorable. La habitación tenía mucha humedad, evidente por las manchas en la pared (especialmente del baño), por los defectos en la pintura de las paredes y por el olor. Que la única manera de ventilar la habitación sea abriendo la puerta de entrada y que da la piscina tampoco ayuda. Estaría bien que las habitaciones tuviesen persiana o algún tipo de cortina que quite la luz, ya que entra muchísima tanto por la noche como cuando se hace de día. Regular relación calidad-precio.

• Gillian (10/5): - This is a little hidden oasis, the rooms are great, staff were fantastic and the coffee and the guys in the restaurant were exceptional. Highly recommend 👌 The bad weather but nothing the hotel can do about that 😅 Each room could do with a long mirror 🪞

• Amelia (8/5): Great location and nice apartment - Location is great and decent apartment with everything you need The WiFi only allowed 3 devices and I had my work laptop so I had to use my own hotspot which was annoying as I hadn’t been told about the maximum devices and then it wouldn’t recognise removing one
• Mandy (9/5): Nice Accommodation in a Good Location - Accommodation was in a good location, with a 10 minute walk to the harbour. We had a lovely and comfortable sea view room. The only criticism that I would have, is regarding the sockets in kitchen area. There are none, so kettle and toaster have to plugged in to sockets on the floor - which is fairly dangerous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay again. No sockets in kitchen area

• Cari (8/5): Nice staff, great pool - Neighboring units seemed to be homes for people long term. It was an interesting mix of vacation rental vs residence.

• Liam (5/5): Was ok but wouldn’t return - Rooms were clean. Nice walk nearby to watch the sunset. Was able to get a sun lounger. Checkin wasn't great- didn't get information on safety box, wifi and wasn't informed about breakfast. Building works started early (out of the hotel’s control). I left a day early as there was significant disruption in the hotel at around midnight but no staff on hand to support- the next day i got a message to say the police were called and someone had come to give me an update, but I am unsure this happened. They did offer to move me rooms but I changed my flight by then as it felt unsafe for a solo traveller.
