• Golam (5/5): I would give them 5 out of 10. And its ok for a short stay. - The bed was the only thing that was really good. The closet was kind of broken. I would give them 5 out of 10. But its ok for a short stay. There was no kitchen at the place. And there was no mentioning that there is no kitchen. One toilet was very unclean. The guy who I called to find out about kitchen was not very nice.

All guests were extremely respectful and quiet, but neighbors were partying until 5am on Saturday. It's not the property's responsibility, but bear in mind you can get noisy neighbors.

• Monica (10/5): - The double room is excellent. It has a sofa, TV, large drawer, a desk and a double bed. It is clean, safe and silent place. No need for a microwave as some might argue, not all houses provide that. Plenty of shops just downstairs and places to eat. Reasonably close to Elizabeth line at Woolwich, just 4 stops with 178. This is excellent value for money, and it is the 4th time I stay here. Highly recommended!

• Monica (9/5): Unique quality accomodation for budget stays in London - The manager is very reactive and kind. Common bathroom is cleaned every day. It is indeed very good value for money. It is quite close to Charlton park and its superb library, where people love the Old Cottage Caffé (check with Tripadvisor) -

• Hetty (7/5): Good price for short stay in London, as expected - It is a good standard room, perfect for if you just need somewhere to sleep while you are visiting and doing your own thing, There is a bus stop not too far away so it's fairly easy to get to, it has a small wardrobe to hang clothes, a t.v. & a desk with kettle and basic hot drink extras, bed was comfortable. The code for getting in the front door was different to the first code sent, which had been sent in an email which I was unaware of, however the landlord was prompt with answering phone and giving the new one (which I appreciate), one toilet dowstairs shared between 4 rooms which was a little awkward but bareable.

Great Broadband, Excellent Security Measures On Entrance and Room I Stayed In (made you feel safe). Comtable Bed (Just Changed Bedding). Quiet Location. Ample Street Parking. Great and Precise Commication From Host/Landlord. Step by Step Instructions. With Nobody Breathing Down Your Neck (welcomed touch). 100% Recommended. No Fridge. It Wasn't A Problem.

• Luka (6/5): Pleasant - Location was really good to get to where we needed to go for transport and sight seeing. Easy access for room code and front door code. We had a big room which was adequate The shower ran over the bath which meant it flooded the floor. The small toilet had a leak on the floor, which meant we had to wear shoes to and from the toilet as didn't know what the water was.

• Khanyisile (4/5): Disappointing - First of all I never seen a place with no kitchen even water you have to fetch it in the bathroom ,room was not bad at all my only problem was the kitchen this is the house with rooms the kitchen was made as Staff Room when I complained I was told to fetch the water in the toilet. I came in thinking there was someone in the bathroom in 20min I went to check the bathroom only to find out they have left the shower tab on as soon as I opened the door the fire alarm went on I was so scared and I rang the owner they have sent someone the person on the way bought me a litre of water it's really sad that we hve to fetch water in the bathroom .Garden was horrible they need to cut the grass as it look horrible outside this is a fair review No kitchen I have to fetch water in the toilet Garden needs cleaning
• Andrea (7/5): As a cheap option for 2 nights its fine. - The room was nice, clean. Very good heater in the room. Good wifi. Also few tea bags, cofee and milk. The bathroom was not clean.The other person from another apartment was first night very loud (steps, doors). However i dont mind but for other it can be big problem.

• Mártha (1/5): Bad - Wasn’t that far from the downtown It wasn’t clean, the whole house had a weird smell. The heater wasn’t working, we were freezing all night. We tried to call the property owner but he said we have to wait for the heater because it’s need time ,but it wasn’t worked after waiting for hours. When I try to recall again he wasn’t responding. There were no kitchen or just microwave ,a mini fridge at all. At least our neighbors were kind and nice.

• Ruby (8/5): Comfy affordable place to stay in London - Comfortable cosy room, easy place to rest your head / for a short stay. The room was very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities, a wardrobe, a mirror and a big comfy bed. Towels, shower gel and shampoo provided to use in the shared bathroom. Easy to access the house/room with a door code, and the hosts helped us out by allowing an early check in which was very much appreciated. We would stay again! (Room 4) The room was quite hot, maybe a desk fan could be a good addition.
