- Kateřina (1/5): Never again! - Breakfast was good. We left the accommodation two days earlier, because the whole place as is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. We wrote to the owner during our stay and no one dealt with us. You rent the whole accommodation but the lady locks your rooms. The lady locked two rooms out of 4 saying we didn't need them. The hot water is not running. The toilet in the room does not work and was clogged. There are bed bugs in the first room and cockroaches throughout the accommodation. I do not recommend using the laundry option. The laundry cost 600pesos and we lost our designer underwear and ruined a t-shirt. For the price, it was the most expensive laundry service in the entire Philippines. The property offers a scooter rental option. One scooter was fine and the other was broken. Again no solution for us. The photo shows a friend after being bitten by bed bugs and again no one addressed it. The owner did not want to address anything over the phone. The lady on site has little English and communication is very difficult to impossible. Everything can be seen in the photos. The whole accommodation would need someone who understands accommodation and business. It also needs a total renovation. I would like to note that the photos are nice, but the entrance to the sea is over rocks and the neighbour's land.
- Sergey (10/5): Wonderful stay! - A great place to stay in Bohol. The villa is located near the town of Jagna (about 1 km) and directly on the seashore. The villa has 4 rooms, 1 large living room and a very large terrace. The beds are comfortable, everywhere clean, there are air conditioners in all bedrooms (only the living room does not), the bathrooms have shampoo and shower gel - in general, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Every morning they cooked breakfast for us (quite simple, but very tasty and enough to eat), the owner of the villa herself came to cook breakfast (she does not live there, but she came every morning at the time we agreed on). We cooked dinner ourselves or went by car to the town of Jagna (to the fish market). Every evening the terrace offered a magnificent view of the sunsets. Time flew by, but we really liked it and would gladly come back again. It makes sense to do a little renovation in the house - freshen up the paint here, change the locks there, replace the chairs. Without this, it seems that the house has been empty for a long time. I also want to note that in order to live here, it is better to rent a car. Without it, it is difficult to get to the various attractions of the island.
