• Michael (10/5): Es ist ein tolles und stilvolles Apartment mit Blick auf den Hafen und auf der Straße von Gibraltar mit der Nähe von der - Es war alles vorhanden Was für ein Urlaub gebraucht wird. Super Bad, gutes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche, Inklusiv Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach und Geschirrspüler. Klimaanlage im Wohn und Schlafbereich, welche einzeln zu steuern war. Und die Dachterrasse war das Highlight von diesem Apartment. Wir waren insgesamt zehn Tage dort, und hatten sogar einen Bettwäschewechsel und Handtuchwechsel in in der Halbzeit. Kommunikation per WhatsApp war tadellos. Es hat tatsächlich an einem Windschutz gefehlt durch den starken Levante auf der Dachterrasse. Es gibt tatsächlich ein Parkplatz Problem bei diesem Apartment. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe, welche aber sehr teuer ist. Dieser berechnet pro Tag 12,80 € ab 8 Stunden bis 24 Stunden. Der Parkplatz ist etwa vier bis 5Geh-Minuten entfernt von dem Apartment . Ich bin selber Vermieter und hätte mir gewünscht einen Staubsauger zu haben um den Dreck, den ich gemacht hatte, selber weg zu saugen.
• Indra (10/5): Beautifully designed feels-like-home apartment with terrific views and private terrace! - Easily one of the best holiday apartments in Tarifa with amazing views of Morocco and the strait! It feels like a home, it’s beautifully designed and charming, at night with cozy direct and indirect lighting. All was recently refurbished and modernized (summer 2024) and feels new and fresh. The property manager Sammi is a very lovely person who is happy to help. From booking and check-in to check-out everything went very well. Thank you Sammi! We had an awesome stay! The apartment lies in a great location on the fringe of the old town (it’s very very close to everything) but quiet enough because it’s not next to or above a bar/ restaurant but rather in a residential neighborhood in a cul-de-sac (so no traffic noise). And the apartment (on the first floor via stairs) is directly next to the old town wall (with a great positive surprise when you get there!). The private terrace is simply amazing. You get both sunrise and sunset! The bathroom is modern with a shower that has both rain and hand piece. The mattress in the bedroom has medium firmness. And the kitchen is well equipped. The doors are not soundproof but mainly thin sliding doors but the windows are all new, most of them with shutters. Direct parking is difficult (but paid and surveilled parking is ca. 500m away) and just know that your car could get a minor souvenir scratch in those small Tarifa streets. But you will definitely enjoy your time in this fantastic apartment!
