• Claudia (7/5): Correcto pero mejorable - Tenía todo lo necesario y tenía buena ubicación. Estaba lleno de mosquitos. No habríamos la ventana y cada día encontrábamos nuevos mosquitos. La cama era super ruidosa, tenía polvo y los apartamentos de al lado se oyen mucho.

Bien aprovechado el espacio en el apartamento, con todo lo necesario (lavadora, horno, cafetera, hervidor, TV, refri, secador de pelo) y hasta cápsulas de café y galletas de cortesía. Champú y jabón de manos que huele delicioso. Limpio y con toallas suficientes. La cama muy cómoda y suficiente espacio en el armario. Check in con código, muy práctico. Lo único malo es que no hay lugar para dejar las maletas en caso de que llegues antes del horario de check in o te vayas después del horario de check out

Die extreme Ringhörigkeit und das quitschen der Lattenroste ist nicht das Hauptroblem. Es mangelt an grosser Hygienestandards. In meiner zweiten Nacht entdeckte ich auf meiner Bettwäsche frische Flecken. Der Vermieter wollte mir die Schuld überweisen, dass die Flecken von mir kamen. Es könnte sein, dass die Flecken Bettwanzen Kode sind. Aber von dem, will der Vermieter nichts wissen. Die Wand und die Decke sind voll beschmiert mit Mücken. Auch da wurde ich gefragt, ob ich all diese Mücken zerdrückt habe. So etwas unfreundliches und Vorwufvolles verhalten habe ich noch nie Erlebt. Ich durfte für eine Nacht das Apartment wechseln in die Suite. Natürlich inspizierte ich sofort das Bett und die Bettwäsche. Mit Schrecken stellte ich fest, dass auch diese Bettwäsche verfleckt ist mit grauen Flecken. Auch da, wollte man mir die Schuld wieder zuweisen. An diesem Morgen wusste ich sogar, dass die Reinigungskraft das Zimmer ''gereinigt'' hat. Das schlimmste an der ganzen Sache fand ich, dass die beiden Inhaber des Appartments sich rausreden wollten dass alles in Ordnung ist und mir immer wieder die Schuld zu weisen wollten. So etwas Gastunfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt! Was noch dazu kommt, Sie bekommen keinen Schlüssel sondern einen Code. Mein Vertrauen war weg und somit hatte ich auch Angst, dass die Inhaber den Code wechseln und ich nicht mehr zu meinen eigenen Sachen komme.

• Patrícia (8/5): - L’emplacement est bon mais, bonne lumière, très confortable. Beau lever du soleil. Le lit est confortable, bien qu’il grince un peu. En revanche, au moment du départ, nous avons reçu un message nous accusant d’avoir consommé des boissons du minibar, alors qu’il n’y en avait aucune à notre arrivée ni à notre départ. Après avoir expliqué la situation et proposé de vérifier même dans la poubelle, le personnel a finalement reconnu qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur de la part du service de ménage.

• Even (9/5): - Great location in a quiet neighborhood very close to the M3 subway. Great shops, coffe shops and dining options close by. Simple, clean and comfortable appartement. It was a little sparsely equipped with tableware when I was there, but just sufficient for two people.

Rien de grave, mais pas assez d'équipements pour six jours. Rien pour faire sécher le linge malgré une bonne machine à laver, trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Aucun accessoire pour faire un petit ménage, juste une éponge, ni torchon, ni balais... (mais le ménage a été assuré par le propriétaire en milieu de sejour)

Comoda anche la scrivania vicino il letto. Il problema principale è la pulizia del piumone, era macchiato e per chi è particolarmente schizzinoso non è il massimo. C'era anche un piumone di ricambio in armadio, anche quello sporco/macchiato.

• Paola (6/5): Appartamento con un buon potenziale, ma totalmente gestito male - Posizione ottima -Pulizia superficiale e grossolana….a grandi linee sembrava pulito, ma osservando nel dettaglio c’erano tante pecche come polvere e sporco un po’ ovunque: il termo arredo in bagno, usato giustamente per appendere gli asciugamani, pieno di polvere che inevitabilmente sarebbe finita sugli asciugamani se nn avessi levato io con le mie salviette disinfettanti tutto lo sporco; la tenda mai sbattuta (quando la chiudevamo/aprivamo si innalzava una nube di polvere); i battiscopa forse mai puliti con due dita di polvere sopra; muri sporchi e schizzati ovunque; macchina del caffè piena di polvere, spugna per lavare i piatti vecchia e stra usata dai precedenti ospiti (solitamente anche nelle proprie case dovrebbe essere regolarmente e frequentemente cambiata, figuriamoci in un b&b a milano dove c’è un ampio riciclo di clienti!!); scottex ma soprattutto carta igienica palesemente usati dai precedenti ospiti e quindi quasi al loro termine senza essere stati sostituiti da rotoli nuovi; cassettoni del bagno pieni di polvere, capelli e peli pubici e polvere -abbiamo soggiornato due notti e ci sono state lasciate solo due cialde del caffè quindi contate per un unica colazione (le abbiamo chieste per la mattina successiva, ma ci è stato detto che vengono fornite dalla ditta di pulizia (a questo punto da rivalutare in termini di efficienza e qualità del servizio) che quel giorno non avrebbe lavorato perché “fuori servizio” (quindi non ci sono stati cambiati né gli asciugamani né è stata pulita la stanza) -piumone sicuramente non lavato, ma appoggiato su un lenzuolo che non riusciva a coprire tutto il piumone -asciugamani sporchi e per nulla profumati -un solo cuscino in più (quindi se gli ospiti, come nel nostro caso, sono in due che si fa?

• GAEA EVENTS GmbH (10/5): - Antonio, the host, was very responsive and send clear instructions for the check in. Everything worked out flawlessly. The appartment is located in a quiet area (we had the window open the whole night and could sleep well) and yet everything is in walking distance. There are nice breakfast places just around the corner, a mini market with all the essentials that's open until late a few steps away and nice restaurant in a walking distance of around 15min. The metro station is just a jump by foot and also to reach the Stazione Centrale by taxi is 15min. We always walked - to the Duomo, to Brera and so on - it's a safe and easy walk. Very good value for money.

Ayrıca tesis sahibi çok kibardı ve yardımcıydı. Oda gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Kendi kendine check in de gayet kolay yapılıyordu. Su biraz daha sıcak akabilirdi ve diğer odada kalanlar gürültü yapabiliyorlar, gürültü ölçen cihaz ve belirgin uyarılar konulsa sanırım daha iyi olabilir.

• Minh (9/5): Very nice. - The location is easy to find, the host sends you information and everything so just make sure to read them carefully. The room is amazing with insane window views, very clean, and has a kitchen. Definitely one of the best stays in Milan. The wall is pretty thin so it's easy to disturb the neighbors but as long as you keep quite during required hours, it should be fine.

• Márton (7/5): Kellemes, tiszta, szép szállás, jó környéken. - A szállást kóddal tudtunk igénybe venni, a szállásadó nagyon jó videót készített, így könnyen megtaláltuk a lakást, ami tiszta, rendezett, felújított volt, ráadásul jó környéken van, Metro megállótól pár perc sétára. Én gluténérzékeny vagyok, így külön öröm volt a környéken lévő gluténmentes pékség, ahol isteni pékárúk voltak. A szálláson volt sütő, hűtő, kézmosó, tusfürdő, törölköző. Amikor megérkeztünk kellemes hőmérséklet várt minket, és nagyon nagy tisztaság. A szállásadót könnyű volt elérni, és segített amikor szükségünk volt rá. Jó volt itt lenni. Alapvetően a radiátorok nagyon hangosak. Úgy értem, hogy ahogy áramlik bennük a folyadék, kluttyog, fura, és hangos hangja van. Olyan mintha levegős lenne. Emiatt éjszaka felkeltem, és annyira idegesített, hogy inkább elzártam a fűtést. A klíma nagyon jó volt hogy ment, amikor megérkeztünk, mert éjszakára kikapcsoltam, mert nagyon száríotta a levegőt, nem volt kellemes, viszont így reggelre lehűlt a lakás. A WC-ból valami furcsa szag jött, ami miatt szellőztetni kellett. A mellettünk lévő lakásból nagyon áthallatszik minden mozgás, beszélgetés. Amikor eljöttünk nehezen találtuk meg a külsű ajtónyitót, angolul nem volt kiírva melyik az, csak olaszul.

Il proprietario molto gentile ha r - Posizione strategica vicino la metro Monolocale molto piccolo e non insonorizzato perciò si sta praticamente insieme con gli ospiti dell’altro appartamento e se gli ospiti sono rumorosi non si dorme. Faceva freddino a ottobre nonostante l’aria condizionata calda si faceva fatica a scaldare l’ambiente. Mancava una coperta calda per coprirsi.

• Garie (10/5): Concetta House Review - The place is really near the metro, it's about 3 mins. walk only to Concetta metro train. Only 2 stops going to Duomo, so if you have plenty of time walking around the city, you can practically walk to the Duomo. The facilities in the apartment are brand new, it is in excellent condition. The bonus, it has an air conditioning unit which is really necessary especially in summer time in Italy. The unit is on the 6th floor, but there's an elevator, but you have to alight to the 5th floor and take a walk one floor up to the next level, just be mindful if you have big luggage, although it should fit to the elevator. The host responds immediately for every communication and instructions were clear. We really enjoyed our stay in that apartment, and because it's on a top floor, the view from the small window is great. We highly recommend this property and will recommend this to my friends too. We'll come back if we ever come back to Milan again in the future.

The apartment is heavily equipped with all you may ever need: an electric coffee boiler, washing machine, all dishes, hangers, soap, and even some cookies and tea. The window view is also very nice. The toilet, like the rest of the flat, was perfectly clean. The interior is very nicely looking. The price value is very reasonable for such an apartment and central location. There is no key, just a combination lock, it was convenient. The building is nice. I found some strange rash on my hand — many small red dots. It looks like these might have been bed bugs, which are common in Milan, but it may be also my own allergy of some kind.
