• Ralf (9/5): Angenehmer zentraler Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung liegt Zentrums-nah, aber ruhig und es gibt sehr viel Platz. Leonard ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilft sofort weiter. Angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gern wieder. Riesige Küche mit recht wenig Ausstattung. Bei kalten Außentemperaturen schwierig zu beheizen, insbesondere das Bad.

• Marian (9/5): Sauber in einer sehr guten Lage gelegen mit einem guten Preisleistungsverhältniss. Der Betreiber ist sehr nett und hilf - Der Standort ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und der Betreiber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
• TING NI (10/5): - Leonard非常友善熱情是我遇過最貼心的房東，使用非常流利的英文會解答你的任何疑問更樂於提供各種資訊，回覆訊息的速度也很快，公寓裡的廚房設備完善適合在這裡為自己煮上一餐，有寬敞的陽台能夠晾衣並在這裡喝著Leonard煮的咖啡，公寓位於pogradec的市中心，前往湖邊及採購食物都相當方便，隔天早上驚喜地收到Leonard送來的早餐，感謝你的熱情招待 如果是搭巴士的人從巴士站過來會有一點距離 1樓公寓的淋浴空間較為狹小 可能是網頁標示有誤，沒有看到自行車與洗衣設備
• olivier (8/5): Hôte adorable mais des petites améliorations doivent être apportées - L'hote, Léonard est adorable et a toujours répondu à nos besoins.et questions. L'emplacement est très bien car très près de la plage, du centre et des animations Les matelas sont anciens et pas très confortables et l'un d'eux a changer rapidement. L'appartement est sur un étage mais la porte au pied de l'escalier n'est pas vraiment sécurisée.

• NAI CHI (8/5): - The owner was very kind and friendly. I asked him to come to bus station to help me, and he was very enthusiastic to help me. The second day when I took a shower, But there was no hot water, all the time it running cold water, and I felt very cold.
• Nathalie (10/5): Super séjour à proximité du bord de mer - L’appartement est très spacieux et confortable mais surtout d’une propreté impeccable. Léonard nous accueillis avec cœur et nous l’en remercions sincèrement. Les deux chambres à notre disposition était vastes, dotées d’une excellente literie. La salle de bain est très confortable. Nous avons apprécié le grand balcon pour étendre nos maillots de bain après la plage qui se trouve à 5 -7 mn à pieds. La localisation est parfaite à proximité des restaurants du bord de lac. Léonard nous a réservé une place de stationnement juste au pieds de la maison. C’était juste parfait. Merci Léonard pour votre accueil. Il y avait quelques travaux à proximité mais le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé. Si on est sensible à la lumière du matin, cela peut être un problème mais nous n’avons pas été gênés.

Owner stocked up on fruits and water for me. To note that the bathroom is outside the room but it wasn't an issue for me as I was already aware of it but could be an issue for some.

He picked me up from the bus station, brought me coffee every morning which was really kind as I stayed there for 5 nights. He made my stay really comfortable and I will recommend it to anyone who goes to Pogradec. Everything was good
