• Fareed (8/5): Mixed feelings about this one - Nice and centrally location. Our room was different than advertised but no complaints. Smooth check in... completely remote. No reception or contact person. The room was very nice, just missing a few things...which don't really cost much but are very useful. 30min before arrival I got contacted to pay the city tax via some online link. This could be handled earlier. Imagine juggling your taxi and luggage and all that and on top of that you get a WhatsApp message to pay the city tax... so you can get instructions to the room. - Room itself was missing a trash can - Some dust bunnies - bathroom missing hooks to hang clothes and towels - no self in shower cabin so all your shampoo and soap stuff goes on the floor

• Soňa Bačová (7/5): Zadar apartmens, one night citybreak - Ubytovanie bolo fajn, čisté, v centre, za dobrú cenu. Mali sme možnosť nechať batohy na recepcii, staff bol veľmi milý a ochotný. Na prespanie tak akurát, dobrý pomer cena, kvalita. Na jednú noc, prípadne krátky pobyt ideálne. V kúpeľni bolo cítiť odtok, a teda sme museli mať celý čas otvorené kúpeľňové okno, aby to bolo znesiteľné. Tiež mám pocit, že sme mali iný apartmán ako bol pôvodne zarezervovaný cez booking... Bolo by fajn na bookingu uvádzať reálne fotografie izieb, ktoré sa rezervujú a nie ilustračné foto.

We had trouble getting into the place around midnight and when we tried to call the host for help, he answered our call, but then told us to wait for a bit and never called us back. We tried calling him many times and didn't get an answer. This was very unsettling for two young women. Thankfully, a local helped us get in, but if it wasn't for him, we would've had to find another place to stay that night. Also, the mugs they used for tea still had grime in them from, I'm assuming, previous guests.

• Barbara (7/5): Small apartment but clean and comfortable. Lobby needs attention! - The room was quite small but comfortable and efficient use of space. Two people would struggle to live there more than 2 nights. It had a small fridge. Good shower. The location was very good. It’s close to a nice farmers market and the cliff walk with a nice view. We did the city tour which was very good as it was led by a knowledgeable local lady. The lobby needs a lot of work. You unlock the lobby door and wonder what you got into. But then go up the stairs to the unit and it’s very nice. The area seems safe and we didn’t see anything that felt unsafe or sketchy.

• Josipa (7/5): Ok - Objekt se nalazi u samom centru, parking je u blizini. Jako ljubazna recepcionerka. Odabrali smo bračni krevet a dobili odvojeni, soba je imala neugodan miris pri dolasku, preporuke osvježivač za prostor!

Entrada para o box colada na pia, e o espaço do vaso sanitário tem que tem muita liberdade com quem for dividir o apartamento com você. Não tem janela no banheiro nem um exaustor. Fui com a minha prima, então separamos as camas para virarem de solteiro, e nos arrependemos…cheio de pó debaixo.

Brodzik od prysznica był z kamieniem i czarnymi nalotami w zakamarkach. Nie polecam kupowania wycieczek w tym hotelu. Biorą znacznie drożej niż w pobliskich biurach turystycznych

• Daniel (10/5): Muy bien - Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y el personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es bastante buena. Lo único que me chirrío un poco fue que había que ir a otra ubicación antes de hacer el checkin. Por suerte, no está muy lejos. Eso y que el baño está separado de la ducha.

• Hermann (5/5): Der Aufenthalt war nach e´der ersten eingewöhnung gut, da wir uns engagierten! - Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut Der erste Eindruck vom Haus in der das Zimmer untergebracht war. Sah imersten Moment sehr verkommen und ungepflegt aus.

• jana (2/5): - it was not clean at all, the curtains were dirty and there were insects inside them, the bed sheets were stained something yellow and we kept finding random blonde hairs (we are both brunettes), there were coffee stains on the floor, we contacted the property about this and there was no response
• Lukas (3/5): - Die Lage ist das einzige Gute an diesen Zimmern. Es hat durchgängig in den Zimmern aus dem Abfluss gestunken. Selbst nachdem wir lange Wasser haben laufen lassen ist es nicht besser geworden. Auf Reklamation bei der Zimmer-Verwaltung wurde das Problem während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Auch ein Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer war nicht möglich, obwohl es von der Verwaltung zuerst selbst angeboten wurde. Die Bilder passen nicht zu den tatsächlichen Zimmern.

• Tatjana (4/5): - Апартаменты в старом городе, рядом с набережной. Место красивое. Очень любезный и готовый помочь персонал, дверь на кодовом замке. Выдают ваучеры на завтрак в кафе в старом городе, но за ними надо идти в агенство Номер очень тесный. Вход в душевую кабинку прямо из спальни и раковина ничем не отделена от кровати. То есть вам надо чистить зубы, вытираться и менять одежду навиду. В душевую надо протиснуться между раковиной и стеной. Проход на ширину створки. Хорошо, хоть дверь в туалет есть. В подъезде воняет кошками. Мест для парковки нет совсем: ни платно, ни бесплатно радиусе 20 мин пешком. То есть выгрузить/загрузить вещи- проблема. Неправильно запаркованные машины быстро увозит эвакуатор и потом ищи ее по всему городу.
• Gurmit (8/5): A lovely stay in a fantastic location near the old town. Clean, compact and tidy and has everything you need. Friendly s - The location was very good. The apartment was clean and the supermarkets and other stores were all within walking distance. Any queries or questions we had were communicated clearly through WhatsApp. We arrived late on our first night and the staff were happy and kind enough to leave our keys in a safety deposit box for us to access. The toilet and sink were in separate areas of the bedroom. We would have preferred it if they were together in one room. The external door to the apartment was closed and on one occasion we didn’t have the key so we were unable to get into our room. We had to go to the reception desk for the key. We were not informed that there was a possibility of us being locked out. It’s a good job this didn’t happen to us on our first night as we got to the apartment quite late and the staff leave their office at 10pm!

• madlenanna (10/5): Polecam! - Lokalizacja idealna bo byliśmy w zasadzie w samym centrum starego miasta a jednocześnie cicha i spokojna okolica, obok targ rybny, targ z owocami, taki klimat lokalny. Wifi działało sprawnie. Bardzo czysto w pokoju. Pokój mały (byliśmy na to przygotowani) ale fajnie urządzony. Śniadania w restauracji Heritage oddalonej ok. 400 m. Do wyboru kilka pozycji z menu, naprawdę pyszne, świeże. Odbiór kluczy i wszelkie informacje w biurze oddalonym o ok. 150 m. Panie w biurze NIESAMOWICIE miłe, pomocne, przyjacielskie, wesołe!

• Femke (7/5): Goed. - De communicatie met de host verliep zeer vlot. Ons laat aankomstuur was geen enkel probleem. Locatie is goed, in het oude centrum en parkeermogelijkheid (betalend) in de buurt. Klein balkonnetje was wel leuk. Douche was aan de kleinere kant. Het gebouw waar de kamer zich in bevindt geeft een wat mottige sfeer, maar de kamer zelf niet. Hygiëne kon beter.

• Magdalena (9/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, 2 Minuten vom Flughafen-Bus, fast Mitte der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück wird in einem Cafe serviert, 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend und das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Zimmer ist gross genug, sehr sauber und hat ein Balkon. Wir hatten sogar einen Wasserkocher:)

• Janell (5/5): I wouldn’t recommend it. - We were there for less than 12 hours- in the actual room for maybe 8. We got what we needed but wouldn’t have wanted to be there longer. The room was fine but shower was not clean. Hard to find both reception and the property. The halls we not lot so coming back late at night was very difficult.
• Toby (9/5): Superb - The apartment is right in the middle of the pedestrianised old town. So you can't park outside. But you can park 10 minutes walk away for €0.30 / hour (only charged 8am-10pm). We paid for all 3 days on arrival and came and went without issues. There are so many excellent bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The room is very compact but has everything you need and newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The entrance to the apartment block is tatty but it's in a safe and quiet area, and this isn't an issue once you are in your room.

• Sharleena (8/5): Very good - Check in was easy and lovely staff. Luckily we were able to check in early as well. Fridge wasn't working initially but message to staff and they fixed quickly. Location was amazing right in old town. Stairs to get to room and with a suitcase but that's my problem 😅 Small room for 2 single people. No view or outdoor patio for the room we got.

You have to walk into what looks like an abandoned building and I thought we got scammed when we walked in. The room is great but the building to get to it - my god.

The room was equipped with everything I needed for a weekend stay. The AC was a relief! The walls are quite thin so you could hear the people in the hallway or in the neighboring room.

• Travelocaine (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location in Zadar Old Town - still quiet at night. Very comfortable, clean, AC, small fridge. Would recommend to anybody who would like to stay in a heart of Zadar.
• Xiaohang (4/5): only pictures seem well - no enough hot water to take shower, unless both of you can finish the shower within 5 minutes. If you have long hair, that’s really difficult. The staff read my message but gave me no answer. The room is very small and not clean enough. The building is very old and not clean, smells terrible. There is also no balcony in my room, not what the picture shows. Only the location is satisfactory. Terrible experience, luckily we only stayed for one night
• Rares (10/5): Comfortable, in the city center, large room - In the center; Big room with two beds. Kettle, tea and coffee available. I stayed in rooms 4 and 1. Room 1 had balcony but liked more room 4. Affordable price (went in October). Good wifi (was working remotely). Check is relatively late (starting from 4 pm); late checkout hard to get.
