• Jorge (6/5): Preço justo - De uma maneira geral gostei da limpeza e da localização. Apesar de ser uma casa com espaços pequenos, estava equipada com o essencial e necessário. Além disso estava perto de um parque automóvel e da Central de Camionagem. Não gostei do cheiro a mofo ou humidade. Seria necessário abrir as janelas umas horas antes dos hóspedes chegarem, para evitar essa sensação. A casa não fornece pequeno almoço.

• birgit (9/5): Eigenes kleines Haus über 3 Etagen - Das Haus geht über 3 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss eine Wohnküche. In der 1. Etage Schlafzimmer mit Bad und 2. Etage Schlafzimmer mit Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt ALLES! Sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Die Wohnfläche ist recht klein aber optimal ausgenutzt mit Schränken, die sich unter der Treppe befinden. Pfiffig gemacht! Die Treppe ist relativ steil , und für Leute mit Knieproblemen oder kleinen Kindern eher nicht geeignet. Auf der Dachterrasse hätte ich mir noch einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht!

• Aldo Felipe da (10/5): Localização excelente e anfitrião muito atencioso - Apartamento muito bem localizado, em lugar tranquilo e muito perto de tudo, restaurantes, monumentos, etc. O anfitrião muito atencioso respondendo rapidamente sempre que precisamos. Nao foi nosso caso, mas vale o aviso de que tem escadarias para chegar aos quartos e ao banheiro? então pra quem tem dificuldades de mobilidade não é indicado. Foi tudo muito bom.

The accommodation has everything one is looking for- very convenient, clean, every room (including the living room) has air conditioners so it’s a blessing during summer season. The house has literally everything so you can just come with your clothes and not worry about anything. Location is at a walkable distance from everything. If I visit again, will definitely stay here again. No negatives except for people who have trouble climbing stairs, beware as the rooms are all one the 1st floor and 2nd floor so that can be an issue for them else no negatives

• Lisa (10/5): We only had a short stay in Faro, but the Downtown Villa worked great for us. - It worked well for us and it had everything we needed. We also liked how the kitchen had clean lines. We appreciated having a washer and a drying rack. We loved the private balcony. Everything was great.

• Philippe (8/5): Belle découverte de Faro - Maison de ville sur 3 étages avec terrasse au dessus, permettant de manger avec une vue sur la ville certes restreinte mais agréable. Très bon niveau d'équipement, aussi bien au niveau de la cuisine que des autres services. Appréciable de pouvoir compter sur quelques ingrédients de base laissés par les autres clients à notre arrivée (sel, poivre, huile, ....). Climatisation dans la pièce principale et dans les deux chambres, pas inutile même en septembre ! Notre hôte, Pedro, était là à notre arrivée et nous a tout expliqué; nous nous sommes sentis chez nous tout de suite ! La porte d'entrée frotte un peu et est dure à ouvrir et l'aération dans la salle de bains ne semblait pas fonctionner

Está en zona tranquila para descansar pero a 1 minuto de las calles comerciales y a 5 minutos del puerto Al estar en 3 niveles tiene muchas escaleras y le faltan espejos en las habitaciones. Solamente hay un espejo en el baño

The apartment is walking distance to everything while also being tucked away from the noisy restaurants and bars so you’re guaranteed a good night sleep. Really loved having a roof terrace to enjoy the views and soak in the sun. Property owner was fantastic. Great communication and very flexible to our needs - thank you so much! All amenities and modern comfort available, very tastefully decorated, quietly yet centrally located. Lovely little roof terrace is a bonus. Extremely helpful and reactive owner/agent. Cannot fault it !

Lovely roof terrace with furniture to have coffee and food or relax on sun loungers. Spotlessly clean with everything you need, home from home. This is not a dislike just be mindful that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the bedrooms.

• Carina (10/5): - Es ist eine außergewöhnlich, schöne Unterkunft die bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht ist. Der Vermieter sind super nett und unkompliziert was die Anreisezeit angeht. In der Unterkunft ist wirklich alles vorhanden vom Duschgel bis hin zu Wattepads. Und vor allem kann man abends den Tag oben auf der Dachterrasse super ausklingen lassen.
