• David (10/5): Great value for money and - Central location to amenities and beach. Good facilities for self catering. Good welcome pack which was well received. Found information app useful. Would be useful to have instructions for appliances eg washing machine. Tried to “ google” but model not available. However we were only there for a short stay so wasn’t a massive problem. Maybe include instructions or hyperlink in app to assist.

• Catherine (6/5): It was a good base for enjoying the bay - Location. Good toddler provision. Quick response by Anthony to questions. Mattresses were too soft. Dining room chairs were uncomfortable. We could tell a cleaner had been in but it was substandard. Eg hair on bathroom Floor. Rust on metal bowl in cupboard. We cleaned all the pans before we used them.
• Tom (10/5): The sandcastle house in "The Bay" - The house was ideal and handy for all the facilities in the bay. We were also provided with a small welcome pack which was a nice touch. Also Anthony from anchor bay was only a call away if any help needed. Everything was great nothing we didn't like. The house was situated very close the leisure facilities, restaurant and pub. Short walk to the beach also which was a plus
