- Olga (1/5): SCAM ALERT! - Oh my god. I usually don't write reviews but this hostel is to much. First of all shity condition in common room. Lack of window and very dirty floor. I assume staff know this becouse they suggest me that they will change my room to their second building which was of course 3 times more expensive. Not very honest. But whatever. I checked out and then at the midddle of the night someone wrote from my accound 10/10 opinion about this hostel xD Someone from the staff have to hacked into my account and wrote this opinion. It's so creepy and I had to change all my password because I really don't know how many informations about me they collected. Well, now I know why so sh*ty hostel have so many good opinions.
- David (2/5): Beware, do not book this Tashkent hotel. - Some of the staff. Beware if the information and images are provided by the hotel to Booking.com. All false and misleading. Our room had no windows, no TV, not the bed size we ordered, no shampoo, the room was the smallest I've seen as an extensive traveler, broken 10" by 20" attached to wall desk, broken door, not soundproof. It's not a hotel, but 8 rooms in a decapitated apartment building in a bad area. Nobody was attending the small counter, and when he arrived, we couldn't communicate with him. He spoke only Russian. I tried to get Booking.com to intervene and get us another hotel, which we would pay, but they refused. As a long time loyal customer, I was very disappointed and felt I was let down by a company I believed was reputable. I tried to let Booking.com do something about it for future customers, but I was faced with an apathetic two reps. This "hotel" m6st be removed from Booking.com for the sake of the company's reputation.

The staff were polite, will surely stay there in the future. - Breakfast was great, fried eggs, sausages, bread, salads, and the melon were excellent. Additionally, enjoy the free tea and coffee all day! There were no windows at the property but the prices were affordable.

The shower was a bit slow but it was beyond their reach understandable..

- Yormahmad (5/5): The hotel at first glance looks very good but it is unsuitable for living (not properly throught out - I liked the location that is close to the airport, like AC, like the staff politeness The smart TV is not functioning properly, Its remote control is broken (see picture), There are only two towels, sanitary facilities are leaking, and the light is not adjustable, In this class hotel there shall be basic furniture (see picture), but there isn't, and space in the room is tight, breakfast is very symbolic, the canteen is located in the basement with very steep stairs and for disabled people very problematic to go there

Only if you need smt near the airport! - Close to the airport I was asked to pay extra money for checking in as a single person, even though I booked a double room and had already paid for it. I am confused as to why this was necessary. I have been traveling extensively, and never before have I been asked to pay extra for this reason.
- Sheq (5/5): There are plenty of other hotels in Tashkent for good prices. - Location is near to airport if you have really early flight. The room is clean as it was newly renovated. Stated to have washing machine facilities in the room, but there are none. Laundry service available at extra charge, but delivery time is not as promised. The staff mentioned my laundry can be picked up by 5pm, but it only done the next day. Booked room with breakfast, but due ramadan fasting, we requested for early breakfast (sahur) at 4.30am, and agreed by staff. But next morning at 4.30am, nothing was ready. A staff was quickly trying his best to prepare breakfast at that moment, but its too late for proper sahur as time is almost up for subuh when the breakfast ready. The next day, same thing happened. But we don't border to insist for them to prepare breakfast anymore (we bought our own foods), while the staffs were having sahur next to our table and well aware that we should have our breakfast by them. But they just couldn't be bordered.
- Anatolii (4/5): Management of the hotel must do something.... - Only location. First of all, on the ground floor, a bathroom has a big window that is not covered, and people outside can see you. So I had to construct something by myself to get privacy. It looks like the Administration does not care about it. I noticed taints of tape on the glass, meaning that previously other guests already tried to do something themselves. Another issue is that for several nights and early mornings, an aged lady who from the look of it was drunk loudly chatted for a long time with the Receptionists. The remark I made to them was ignored. As a result, I didn't have an opportunity to have a normal rest during my stay in the hotel. As well, the mobile internet signal is very low there, is not usable, so you have to rely on the wifi. Guests' wifi also was not working, so I had to request for access to the Reception wifi.

- Gunay (9/5): Good value - Close to airport clean rooms used be a hostel but now a hotel renovated 2 years ago staff very helpful and friendly speak good English which is a bonus hard to find English speakers in most hotels around Taskent. Breakfast sufficient can't complain.. Finding place as its named still a hostel in Google maps so make sure you write it as Taşkent hostel in google maps till its changed..

- Alan (2/5): False expectations and overall disappointment with the room. - The main receptionist was friendly and spoke quite good English. The breakfast was surprisingly good forr a small hotel. The room was clean and the shower was good. I did not get the room that I had booked and paid for. I had booked single use for a deluxe family room with a garden or city view. I was given a small windowless room. I raised the problem and they were not prepared to change the situation. The list of inclusions was grossly overstated. I would give it only a single star as it fell far short of my expectations. I had booked a stay on my return to Tashkent. That has been cancelled as I would not stay there again.

- Yusuf (1/5): Bad - Staff members were quite friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was rather dirty especially the bathroom. Moreover when we arrived there was no electricity. Due to this reason the aircon did not work at all which was terrible as we could not sleep at all due to the heat.
- Aleksandr (9/5): Superb - Transport availability is the best. It took only 6 minutes to get to railway station by car. The bed was comfortable. Hotel manager had prepared breakfast at 6 am since we were leaving early. To sum up this stay was the best money-value ratio for one night stand in the city after the whole day of sightseeing.. Bunch of mosquitoes occupied the room. Though after 5 minutes of hunt I was victorious and insects were gone.

- Juliane (4/5): Don't book the dorm room here! - Booked the dorm room, which was an absolute nightmare. No dividers between the beds so I got kicked by the lady sleeping in bed adjacent to mine. No window in the room, no lockers. The staff were great though and the location close to the airport is great. Do yourself a favour and book a private room.
