• Ryan (10/5): Our stay went smoothly - Quite spacious for Tokyo at a good price. A little far from key areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku but the area around Kinshicho station was still enjoyable and safe.
• PEI JUN (8/5): - 從錦糸町車站到住宿地點步行不到10分鐘左右就到了 房間設備很齊全，齊全到連廚具都有 而且房間很乾淨，隔音也很好 沒有什麼可以挑剔的👍🏻 有桌子的地方燈光不是很足夠 女生需要化妝的話，可能要找燈光足夠的地方來化妝
• Qaz Lee (9/5): - The room was exceptionally clean. A good size room for 2 adults, wouldn't recommend for more as the room has limited space to move around when the sofa bed is set up for sleeping. The room could have more hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. And a mirror at the hall would be great so that 2 persons could get ready at the same time.

• Merry Grace (8/5): Needs improvement - Location, kitchen, balcony, and size toilet has a weird stinky smell. No idea where the smell is coming from. No towel change. Pillows are too flat imo. They only provided 1 very small toothpaste for each pax for our 7 nights stay. Had to buy our own at the nearest store after they asked how many more toothpaste we need. The answer was too basic to their question, and I hate explaining. Basic toiletries only like soap shampoo conditioner and toothbrush.

• Young Jae (10/5): - 긴시쵸역에 가까워 공항이나 관광명소 이동이 원활함. 시설이 깨끗하고 두명이 묶기에 충분할 정도도 방크기가 적당했음. 주방기기 등 필요한 물품이 구비되어 있어 좋았음 욕실에 약간의 냄새가 났던 것은 아쉬움.

• Yu Ping (10/5): - 採用自助式入住，非常方便，房間內空間也很大，沙發能拉出來當另一張床，在東京兩個人住算是非常大的房間，浴室也很大，還有乾燥功能能烘衣服，基本上一個晚上就能烘乾衣服，這間飯店真的沒有可以挑剔的地方，非常喜歡 離地鐵不算遠能接受，但我覺得在錦系町搭乘地鐵不是很方便，去一些地方都需要轉兩次車以上，除了地點不喜歡真的沒有其他能挑剔，如果在東京其他區域也有這間飯店能選擇，我會毫不猶豫的住這間飯店

• JAUFFRET (10/5): - Tout était parfait, calme, propre, bien pensé et bien équipé. Pensez à un masque pour la nuit cependant, le jour se lève tôt et les rideaux n'occultent pas tout le jour. Je recommande ce lieu de séjour à moins de 10 minutes d'une gare. Rien. C'était vraiment un excellent séjour !

• JungHsien (10/5): 很棒 - 距離錦糸町站、JR很近， 附近有24小時超市（PARCO樓下B1）有LAWSON 、全家 、離百貨也都很近 也很多店家 很方便 房間和照片一樣 有廚房可以自己下廚（沒有調味料）、微波爐 有洗衣機可以使用（有附洗衣精） 洗完的衣服曬在浴室用乾燥隔天就都乾了 非常推薦 會聽到腳步聲跟隔壁的聲音

• Yukuan (9/5): 入住及退房當天都有地方能寄放行李，附近生活機能良好，靜謐性也足夠整體是還會選擇再訪的好住宿。 - 環境位置設備都很優秀 清潔上還有些不仔細的地方，例如我們的電視旁還有上一位住客的隱形眼鏡。 另外浴室排水孔非常容易阻塞。
• Kheng Sian (1/5): - Mainly clean except for some bugs and a dirty spatula. There was a kitchen and microwave which was good for heating and cooking. There was a washer which helped with laundry. The room was very small with a twin sized bed and a sofa bed that barely fit the space. The room felt like there was no insulation so the floors were constantly freezing. There were two ACs that only heated the top half of the unit. In-home dryers are not a thing so you have to bring your clothes to a laundromat if you don't want to wait all night for them to dry. The building is in a seedy area behind a pachinko parlor and among other rundown buildings. I came with my family and we felt unsafe even though Japan is a pretty safe country. We booked a different hotel and left by the second day. We contacted the hotel to ask about a refund and even reached out to Booking.com but the hotel ignored our request and Booking.com said there was nothing they can do. It's pretty despicable when property owners aren't held accountable for the poor service and can get away with hotels that aren't properly heated.

• momoringggg (9/5): - 距離錦糸町站不遠，回家路上JR出口出來右邊有7-11，也會經過24小時超市（PARCO樓下B1）有LAWSON有全家，早餐宵夜想買哪一家都ok，很方便！去迪士尼的直達巴士也在PARCO外面的公車站等就好～ 房間和照片一樣，兩個人住剛剛好 有廚房可以自己下廚（但沒有調味料），也有洗衣機可以使用（有附洗衣精），洗完的衣服曬在浴室用乾燥很快就乾了👍 而且有入浴暖氣，完全不用怕天氣冷洗澡關水到穿上衣服的那一分鐘！！ 下次來東京還會列入名單～～ 桌子跟衣櫥那個洞的光線比較昏暗，早上化妝還可以，但晚上回家坐在那邊就總覺得上面應該要再裝一盞燈才夠亮（因為這個扣一分給他XD） 其他都是優點！！！
• TZU-HSIANG (9/5): 交通方便、空間舒適、採購便利、回覆快速，整體值得入住 - 設施齊全(瓦斯爐、微波爐、冰箱、洗衣機、浴缸等)，適合家庭旅遊，附近購物方便。 衛浴用品很容易翻倒、廁所無暖氣及初期有異味。

• Sarah (8/5): Good Location and Good Price - The location was good. There were a lot restaurants and convenient stores nearby. 600m to the metro station. Easy to access, and the cleanness was satisfying. The room was small and the sofa bed was not that comfortable.
• Yen Tzu (9/5): 算舒服的住宿體驗 - 位置離車站滿近的 房間寬敞 設備一應具全 採光很舒服 很安靜 也算乾淨 但可能房務人員有遺漏一些上個住客的用品會有一點嚇到（已打開的牙刷沒有換，床底下有一隻拖鞋未收.. 還有廁所有一點味道 但其他都很舒服～～～ 一樓也可以讓住客寄放行李 加很多分 下次還會再回訪

• CHING HAN (9/5): 基本設施及住宿體驗還不錯，地點離中央總武線跟半藏門線算很近。附近的餐廳很多；昭和風咖啡店很讚；還有柏青哥店。 - 洗衣、浴室乾燥衣服方便 連續住宿不進房打掃，我們住了8晚，浴室排水口在第五晚就開始堵塞了，雖然我們有自己清理，但濾網還是會卡住導致排水不良 經訊息聯絡後，隔天要了新的濾網，才解決問題

• Kathleen (10/5): - Fantastic location. Not a tourist hotspot so it definitely felt more authentic. Close to the train station and countless restaurants. Walking distance to the Skytree. The room itself was lovely and spacious. It did take a little bit of time to get used to using the shower room as a dryer but that ended up being very neat!
• Jacob (7/5): Great location and room. Thin walls. - The location was great being only a short walk to Kinshicho Station. Compared to other Tokyo places we have stayed in, this one was very spacious. The host was very responsive and check-in / check-out was very easy and convenient. The walls are very thin. Neighbouring guests can be heard quite easily, even when walking and so we had to be very conscious ourselves when moving around the room not to make too much noise. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
