Guest Reviews
- Lynn (8/5): We had a very nice stay other than the bathroom fan not working - Gloria was excellent. She is an asset to you hotel. She was so friendly and helpful. Fan did not work in the bathroom. This was very inconvenient after showering. I told the man at the front desk and he said he’d send maintenance but nothing was done about it
- Sandra (9/5): - GLORIA
- Cindy (2/5): Worst stay ever anywhere !!!!!!!!! - The location was very clean. But staff was curt and rude. Customer service was not their goal. The heated pool was not heated. The staff was in a hurry to put the breakfast away so they didn’t have to serve anymore. It was mostly put away by 9 am they started before 8:30 I came to get a quick waffle before 9 I came down at 8:55 they told me no more available staff was very rude. I will not stay here ever again I actually left a day early the bed was so uncomfortable my back hurt after sleeping on it. For the money I spent it was not worth it.
- Randy (8/5): - Airport location
- Jackson (8/5): Had a blast and will come stay again - There was a pool and food breakfast. Clean well maintained. Close to a dollar general Too close to other hotels

- Ayla (10/5): One of the best hotels ever! - I absolutely loved the swimming pool! It was huge! The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. Very clean. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The only complaint would be the parking. But I have learned to realize that is typical for Nashville.

- Smith (4/5): Blah - Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was not ready at 4:30. PM. Hostess Gloria moved us to another room in short order.
Water temperature was "sketchy". Hot and cold, not consistent.
- Jeniah (9/5): Overall a good stay - Good location, nice staff, good breakfast and nice swimming pool Tubs could use a little upgrade the sealing was coming off around the tub and looked a little unpleasant
- Allycia (10/5): Pleased with stay. - Breakfast was good, room was spacious, pool was nice. Shower was busted, but it was fine for a super quick wash.
- John (10/5): Comfortable - Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

- Jeniah (10/5): Good stay and good location - Very nice good breakfast variety Everything went well no complaints
- Wendy (7/5): Clean but wouldn’t stay again due to lack of hot water - It was clean nice staff No hot water . I was really upset along with other people that was staying at the hotel.. and the breakfast could have been better
- James (10/5): - Hiren was a good receptionist and made my stay easy
- David (6/5): - It was located in a gray area.
The pool had really good temperature.
The morning breakfast was the delicious There were few things in my room that needed to be fixed like the bathroom.Door didn't unlock or close at all. Some of my outlets were not working.
- Huey (7/5): - The breakfast wasnt bad and the location was nice the price wasnt bad either for only being about 30 minutes from downtown nashville Needs some up grading the pool wasnt horrible but the area around the pool was dirty

- Dauthline (3/5): - I called to ask if it was okay for us to check in early immediately the person replied “no your check in time is 2 oclock” after leaving the zoo my family and I arrived around 4:40 the person at the front said they need tm10 more minutes the room is still not ready.
I asked about a crib 4 times kept being told they would contact the manager around 7:30 I said my kid goes to bed at 8 I need the crib by 8 they bring a pop up crib them at was filthy with saints all over it and no crib sheets.
The room was not clean.

- Jimmy (8/5): Overall good. Would stay again. The staff made it a lot better. The guy are front desk was super nice and helpful. - The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool was cold. The hotel was a little run down

- Regina (2/5): Will never stay again! - Was treated badly. Was in the hotel due to the snow storm in our area. Power was out at our home. Had booked for another 2 nights. So had to check out and check back in. Was told that we couldn’t because we got complaints or someone arguing and slamming doors. Yes there was someone arguing on our floor but they just assumed it was us. Which the room only had kids and my mom in it. My kids could not even sleep from the arguing but we were the one they said were doing it. SMH! Told the property manager that I didn’t think you could go off an assumption. Most would go to that room to check and see who or what the problem was. Was told that we couldn’t go to the hotel next door and he would let them know we were coming. I work from home and needed internet while power was out. Now why would we have to go to another hotel off of an assumption and y’all accusing my family of something they didn’t do.
And another thing. We had booked for 2 rooms. When we got there and checked in. One room had the ceiling falling in and water everywhere . He did change out rooms but that was one of the issues at hand Don’t like how they didn’t allow us to rebook after an assumption. Very inconvenient with what was going on in our city.

- Francescar (1/5): Really bad experience!!! Not worth the amount of money I paid!!! - Nothing… Bad customer service and the rooms were bad as well. On top of that, the phones were not working!!! Terrible!!! First, the lady at the front desk was really rude, then the room was bad, tub not working, hair everywhere… they switch me to a different room, it was worse, animal’s hair was all over the room, trash under the couch, and the room smelled really bad…
- Tamia (10/5): -
- Tiffany (10/5): -
- Hofstra (10/5): - My best friend and I really liked the breakfast. They had eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy, waffles, 3 different fruits, pastries, etc. We thought it was great. It definitely is worth the $100 we paid for a king size suite off Booking. Com. They need new tubs, they were clean, but they weren't in good condition. The carpet needs to be replaced. It was clean, but there were rips here and there.
- Alexis (3/5): -
- Mary (5/5): Good if had heat - Location The heat didn’t work it stayed in 51 range even when you turned it up. Cold all night
- Obrey (8/5): The staff is friendly. The facility was nice and clean. I would stay again. - Nice and clean
- Montanez (9/5): -
- Gayl (10/5): - ... .
- Molly (7/5): -
- Santo (10/5): -
- Amanda (4/5): It was ok for a night but will not stay again - The breakfast was about the same as any other continental breakfast The motel is in serious disrepair! They try spraying febreeze to cover the mold smell but it becomes seriously overwhelming in the lobby.

- Pamela (9/5): Peaceful stay - Indoor pool Proximity of other hotels
- Lounicia (10/5): We like it so much it’s our place to stay in Nashville. - The breakfast had a good variety, changing a little each day. The location was peaceful, restful, and close enough to food and attractions. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They did a great job taking care of us. Desk clerk Gloria is awesome!
- Tiesha (10/5): -
- Lewis (7/5): -
- Jim (7/5): Good place to stay - Very clean and making efforts to improve facilities Strong odors in room and common areas
- Desirae (7/5): -
- Campbell (4/5): Disappointing - How comfortable the bed was The wifi won't connect
- Isabella (10/5): Exceptional - Indoor pool and friendly staff
- Mardean (7/5): Hotel Ojay - Location was easily accessible, near freeway, Crackle Barrel, convience store, gasoline My friend said that the side of his bed was uncomfortable, mattress too soft. And the Ironing board was broken.
- Garrett (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was awesome!
Had a little Bar.
Rooms were perfect and bed was plush.
- Shirley (5/5): Hotel needs a makeover - The location was close to Waterpark. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain is not wide enough for the shower rod. King bed was extremely hard! There was water coming from the ceiling down the hallway on the lobby. The hotel needs a complete makeover!
- Shoemake (7/5): Satisfied - Over all for a last minute decision of making the trip for a quick 48 hour trip this hotel fit the needs. Especially the price for fourth of July in Nashville. The evening lady at the desk was always so friendly and accommodating. She herself deserves 11 stars. Hotel was clean, breakfast was fine. Staff was great. After I read some reviews I wasn't sure what I was walking into but it was fine. If your looking for an inexpensive place to sleep, shower, eat breakfast and then go to the city it's perfect for that. The bed wasn't the comfiest, but I'm also a bed snob.
- Megan (8/5): Very good -
- Dylan (3/5): Smelled and not clean! - The location and the breakfast. It smelled like someone had been smoking in the lobby and the room smelled musty.
- Miah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Great place with friendly staff - The size of the room was awesome, big and roomy
Comfy bed and big
Super clean
Breakfast was lovely both days
Staff were super friendly and helpful
Parking is great There were patches that could be repainted but it was so clean, and not many so only thing i could think off.
- Reeves (2/5): We will NEVER be back and I will make sure nobody else stays there in our family and friends. - The location was easy for us. There was bug in our room. The beds was like sleeping on a brick. The breakfast area was small we couldn’t all sit together as a family. There was never somebody at the front desk you had to wait forever to get served. And after showing and telling staff about the bugs and dirty towels that was already in the room they refused to refund me my money or get anything fixed.
- Marionna (8/5): Very good -
- Margo (9/5): Overall, a very good value. - Young man at front desk was very personable and professional. Bedroom window did not close fully, and very early morning traffic noise made it impossible to sleep.
- Brandon (7/5): It was in a good location from airport but mold in shower. - It was in a good place There was mold in the shower
- Foster (8/5): Very good - I liked the breakfast Saturday. That's the only day that I ate . The price was really too much for a 2 day stay. Which it really wasn't 2 day's? The luggage holder could be better too push.
- Clarice (6/5): Pleasant - It was raining and my wifi wasn't working so my daughter and i came in to charge her phone,, we were well dress and clean, but I guess we were profiled, the front desk clerk who was a male told us we cant be there and we need to leave, and I said what! we're guest I showed him my room key and he said sorry, but started to talk about homeless people and said do we look like we're homeless, before he ask he jumped to this conclusion, I was a little upset over this and accepted his apology, but some of the staff needs be trained in this area.
- Bianca (1/5): Bad - Nothing Staff
- Rebecca (6/5): get ready for a cold shower - it was clean, the desk person was friendly the hot water was not hot and didn't stay hot, I kept adjusting it until it was pure hot water and it ran cold before I could rinse my hair. I do not take long showers either. I was really disappointed by that. also, it was me and my daughter staying and there was only one standard pillow given and a few small square ones. I stated it was two people in the room and got a queen size bed. bed was comfy and clean but hardly any pillows for two people.
- Cinandre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shacoya (10/5): Exceptional - Great How quite it was and the price was great
- Robert (5/5): Nice indoor pool. - Breakfast Strong odor in lobby area, rooms smelled of strong detergent or air freshener. Thin walls.
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Clarence (1/5): Terrible!!! - The mattresses were covered in urine stains, as well as the bed frame was broken. The rooms are very out dated, There was a itchy, yucky feeling in the rooms. When turning the heat on there was a nasty smell that lingered all through the room.
- Bridget (10/5): Exceptional -
- Don (5/5): I overpaid for a well known franchise with below average facilities!! - Location Facilities had an awful odor, carpet was wrinkled, torn, stringy and dirty!!!!
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aisha (9/5): Superb -
- Patrick (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hollaway (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great. Staff wasn't friendly, pool area was dirty with wet cardboard and hair balls outside the pool. Random things floating in the pool. The bathroom sink in our room had dryed up tooth paste in it. Sheets were all stained up.
- Amber (7/5): Good -
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Breeanna (3/5): Poor - Nothing There Was Spiders In The Room It Smelled Like Cigarettes And The Hotel Staff Is Rude
- Ryan (1/5): It was disgusting! One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Someone else’s food in fridge, terrible bed, disgusting food - Location to our family was the purpose and deciding factor. Staff was rude! I stopped in at 12:15 to see if we could check in early, and had to stand there cause cause staff was ignoring me…. And when I finally was greeted, it was a quick, no check in until 2:00. And then when we finally did get back to hotel to check in, there was no mat at front eoor to wipe our wet feet on, so when we stepped onto the wood or vinyl flooor at rhe frontt door, my wife who was already on crutches almost fell AGAIN cause of how slick the floor was with wet feet. And I’m not done, when we got to our room, there was chocolate or something stuck in the carpet that we got on our feet when we got out of shower, and there was food in the refrigerator!!!! Not to mention, the bed was garbage! I could feel springs in my back.
- Jessica (10/5): Family trip made easy - The check in was so easy, front desk was wonderful and polite. Everything was very convenient, we will definitely be coming back on our next trip !! Thank you!! I honestly have no complaints, our stay was very lovely 😊
- Edward (7/5): Everything was average. Bang for your buck. - Good breakfast No weight room
- Timothy (1/5): Worst I have ever stayed at - Location that’s about it The gym equipment was rusted the pool area smelled like a wet dog the door jams was rusted property was not properly maintained at all the pull out had urine stain room phone didn’t work
- Kayla (10/5): Great stay!!!! - The size of the pool was great. The breakfast was exceptional. Very accommodating. Nothing.
