- Karen (8/5): Lovely flat in great location - Location, cleanliness, pleasant decor, facilities Mattress and sofa both hard and a bit uncomfortable. Could do with coffee machine
- Thomas (6/5): -
- Lauren (4/5): - Comfy beds , good location. Mouldy bathroom and bathroom ceiling.
The hot water was not on and no instructions on how to turn it on.
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Christine (3/5): - Good location. TV and central overhead ceiling light in lounge did not work.Radiators in the front bedroom could not be turned down.Very cold when we got there. No mirrors in bedrooms. Xmas tree was nice
- Helen (7/5): -
- Piers (8/5): Comfortable central two bedroom flat close to Chichester Festival Theatre. - Excellent location, clean and comfortable.
Parking after 18.30 in the street or in a nearby carpark. Steep external stairs to front door is potentially a problem with small children or the very old.
- katrina (8/5): - Location was good walking distance for the town center.
Comfortable beds. Nicely furnished.. More of to be aware, parking on street only 1hr ticket at a time.
- Gill (7/5): Excellent location but revolting stains not relaxing - Excellent location for exploring Chichester and buses/train a shot walk away. Beds comfy, pillows and duvet good and bed linen very clean. Very stained carpets throughout, worse in little hallway. Huge waterlike stains on sofa and armchair (as in the size of a person’s bottom!). Stayed 4 nights and it had It begin to feel very gross sitting on the stained furniture and we didn’t wish to walk bare foot. Reading the reviews now i’m home this is clearly not new so very disappointing it has not been addressed.
- Sian (10/5): Great location for a stay in Chichester - Great location, v central Stairway/entrance could be tidied up - as per feedback from others
- Emma (8/5): -
- Jan (8/5): Great location, quiet street near centre. - Very good location. Clean property and spacious. Host helpful when needed There were two lock boxes and it wasn't clear which one and how to open.
Carpets rather tired looking.
- David (9/5): - Convenience Not enough bedside tables
- Rob (4/5): Needs some renovation. Overpriced. - The bed linen was clean. The property needs some refurbishment. The carpets and sofas are dirty and stained. The steps leading to the property were dirty and had rubbish on them. The property was booked for my parents for a special occasion and they ended up having to book somewhere nicer.
- Lucy (7/5): Great central location - Central location. Good bedrooms with clean crisp white linen on comfortable beds. Good living space. Carpet and sofa could have done with a clean. Lack of kitchen basics like a cloth to wipe surfaces or wash up, and condiments. There was individual portions of tea, coffee, sugar and even milk but it would have been nice to have a pint of milk, some cooking oil etc as these aren’t the sort of things you bring for a two night stay.
- Edward (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (5/5): Clean, but disappointing it could be so much more with some attention to detail - Linens were sparkling clean and plenty of towels provided
Location was really good for central Chichester Poorly set up for 4 people. Only one accessible.bed side light. Wall lights could be provided. Access from only one side of the bed in one of the bedrooms. Little thought into the use of space. Two writing desks?! Only comfortable seating for three people provided in the lounge. Fridge needs attention it makes a high pitched squealing noise. Shower room needs some TLC, mouldy grouting etc. kitchen inventory requires refresh, lots of wine glasses, no cork screw!. Ants were sharing our tenancy in the kitchen. Welcome folder with instructions re recycling, location of heating controls, places of interest etc would be good.
- Marilyn (7/5): Good -
- Tim (8/5): Very good -
- Rob (8/5): Very good -
- Chantal (7/5): Pleasant stay - Location couldn’t be better. Nicely furnished and equipped.
Outside area and stairs leading up to property could be more welcoming.
- Evelyn (8/5): Very good - The location was brilliant. A very quiet square within the city of Chichester. Within walking distance of everything, including the train & bus station. The accommodation was clean & warm. I would recommend it to anyone N/A
- Ella (9/5): Relaxing and fantastic - I liked the location and it was very clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable. I would of liked the property to provide hand soap

- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
