• Ann and john (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in Korcula . The apartment was centrally located, close to eateries. - The apartment was one level and easy to get to. It was centrally located in old town. It was a modern clean apartment . Wifi was very good. Communication with owner was easy. Close to port and bus stop. It was very compact and while the apartment living area was air conditioned the bedroom was hot.

• Austraveller (9/5): - The apartment was well located in a side street of old Korcula next to Anfora pizzeria and only a few minutes away from the ferry port.It was comfortable and had everything I needed. A sign on the outside of the building would have been helpful,since there was no street number. I had to ask the staff at Anfora Pizza, who knew of 2 apartments in the street.I eventually narrrowed it down to Apts.Vita.

• Carla (10/5): Fantastic location in the old town and comfortable apartment - Great location in the old town with minimal steps to get there. The owner was very warm and welcoming. Apartment was comfortable and quiet. Plenty of extra towels provided too. The kitchen had everything I needed, even coffee, which was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. The floor needed a good cleaning as my socks became very dirty after one day.
• Shirley (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment as per photo, nice touch by leaving local fig drink and shot glasses as a welcome. Great location short walk from port Lovely setting. This property really needs a sign saying "Apartment Vita" as there is nothing to distinguish it from any other house in the street. The door was open and the key was in the other side but being from the UK would not normally open oter people's front doors and look in to see if it resembled the photo inside on booking.com. That said once I phoned the contract number a neighbour appeared to show us where it was we were in the right street but wasted time carrying a heavy rucksack going up and down different streets and asking shop owners trying to find it. If you find a pizza restaurant on a corner called Amfora head down the narrow street towards the sea 2nd door on right, brown door with fugitive air-conditioning unit above the window.

• Linda (9/5): Wonderful location, amazing owner, and very comfortable. - Property is in an amazing location. Owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating for a late check out. The property is quite large. We loved our welcome drink of cherry wine. The property is dated, but this is common in the old city.
• R (10/5): Exceptional - The property is not large, unsurprisingly, as it's just the ground floor of a small, old building within the old part of Korcula. That's very much part of it's charm, as is, realistically the need to go up or down steps to get around. It had all the essentials, was super convenient and it made you feel briefly like a resident of the old town, we even became on nodding terms with neighbours and their cats and dogs! The host, Ivana, spoke excellent English and was super helpful before our arrival via email, WhatsApp, etc. She met us on arrival and took us to the apartment, helping with luggage and offering a few tips. She also went the extra mile when we left a phone behind. Having a free of charge and oh so convenient parking space was a huge bonus, too. I'd recommend it to anybody except those with severe mobility issues - if you're going to Korcula Old Town steps are inevitable and this property can be reached with luggage with fewer than many. An electric coffee machine - doesn't need to be a fancy pod machine, a basic filter/drip one would be fine - would be appreciated.

• Robin (8/5): Good-sized, well-equipped apartment in very central but quiet location. Excellent host. - Location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town, but not in any way noisy. It is a proper apartment, with a separate bedroom, which is nice. There is also a nice place you can sit outside and watch the world go by. Natural ventilation in the property is not great, so you are dependent on the air conditioning to cool things down if it gets hot, which I prefer not to do if I can avoid it.

• Merran (10/5): Wonderful location, adorable apartment. - Wonderful location right in the middle of the old town. We adored the access straight off the tiny little side street. Very well-equipped apartment, and just a few minutes' walk from great swimming locations and restaurants. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable! My daughter and I appreciated being able to sleep in separate rooms. The owner was very friendly and helpful - it was great we could check in early to the apartment when our boat arrived. Communications were very prompt. The apartment stays nice and cool even when it's really hot outside - the air conditioning works well, but we mostly didn't even need it. Everything was good!

Meet us at the port & took us to the property which was a short 5 minute walk. Upon check out she was kind enough to hold our luggage until our ferry came st 12pm. I would recommend this property to my family & friends Nothing …. Haha maybe a coffee machine “jokes”

It’s a bit noisy and what I thought was a private outside area is actually the street. Just need to look at the pictures carefully.
